  I really liked your field representative, ******* . I felt like he presented things clearly and wasn't pushy. I liked the fact that I could talk to other people in my area that had already had solar. Sunergy were transparent and honest about what was going on. They always either answered the phone or returned my call in a timely fashion, and they were usually able to resolve whatever my questions were. During the installation, they arrived early and had a number of workers - I felt they worked hard all day. They were respectful about the amount of noise they made. I like the fact that somebody came from the company to check their work when they were done. And they cleaned up everything.Good job ***************** Good job Sunergy

  My sales associate ******* was very knowledgeable and well rounded about everything solar. Anytime I had a question about the solar panels and the process he was right there to answer all my questions. He was always quick and responsive to my questions and concerns.

  Sunergy is by far the best solar company I have met with and very professional. The sales representative, ******, did a phenomenal job at explaining how solar works and answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt much more comfortable moving forward after meeting with him and their service has been very efficient. Their customer service has worked great with us and we are saving great money! We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking into solar!

  We are very satisfied with this company. From the beginning to the end, everyone we have delt with has been very informative and attentive to any every way for us. We really appreciate that they care in every way to make sure things are handled in a timely matter.

  3 years after signing our solar contract and we are not happy or whole. The original site survey was inadequate…after we finally were turned on and up and running (9-10 months after signing the contract) I waited a year to calculate our savings. I was not happy with the results. I reached out to Sunergy and they calculated we needed to add 21 more panels to our existing 34….the original survey did not calculate our needs correctly. We decided to add the panels, but at this point we decided to put a new roof on our house first. We went through Sunergy to replace our roof. The 34 panels were taken down, a new roof installed and the original 34 panels and the new 21 panels were placed back on the roof. After the roof replacement, we discovered leaks around our chimney. We had the roofing company contracted through Sunergy come back out to repair the leak 3 times. We ended up hiring our own contractor to fix the leak. In order for our contractor to work on the chimney, we had Sunergy come out to remove 5 panels from the roof….just the panels. The mounting rails are still on the roof. After having the chimney leaks repaired, (at an additional cost to us), we called Sunergy and asked to have the 5 panels mounted back on the roof. We were told this would now cost us $5500. To remount 5 panels we already own on the rails already in place on our roof. None of this would have been necessary if the original roofing contractor through Sunergy had been able to fix the leaks around our chimney. I just need my 5 panels remounted.

  Well, their sales team is very good. We had our panels installed fairly quickly but the project failed to pass inspection. The installers placed the panels inappropriately - did not follow the engineering instructions. So, we have installed solar panels, but they are not hooked up due to this failure. Been waiting. Got ahold of ********** who is a pleasure to work with and just hoping this is resolved soon.

  First of all Quenson is the Best! This man has bent over backwards for me going above and beyond and often times outside his scope of training to get me answers and help me out! Henceforth the two stars. If I was rating him and only him, it would be five stars! On a negative note… the “customer service” is horrible! Not very friendly or outgoing to say the least. They don’t seem to “care” or to have a sense of urgency when it comes to anything. I love the panels everything seems to be working. We are still not at a $15 electric bill yet and it’s been almost a year. I think the potential is there for this to be a great company, but they do need to put some legwork in, And I would start with customer service, first and foremost and above all.!!
