      Went very well - i was at work , my husband was home when they installed . He didnt call me once lol, the crew that did the work was amazing !!!!

      Sunergy came out and explained that we could reduce our FPL bill to a minimum and pay $155 for the solar panels. We have the solar panels installed. Our power bill is still in the $200+ range every month, plus now were paying the $155. Something is terribly wrong. And I have tried reaching anyone from Sunergy repeatedly to no avail. You can not reach them! Please do your research before using them. We had a friend recommend them, they dont understand why this is happening to us. Oh, and that friend never received the referral $500 card either. Right now Sunergy is terrible!

      Today I had a crew of three do an eight panel install on my house. They got the job done efficiently working well as a team. Very respectful and did a final walk through with me to explain what they did. Top job.

      ********* did a wonderful job setting up my home for solar. Consistent communication and seamless installation. From start to finish I was informed of each step of the process. I highly recommend them for all your solar needs.

      While I see many negative complaints regarding this company, I would have to agree with the shady misrepresentation of this company. I have made numerous calls to discuss the contract and its unfair practices. This company has a 3 day return policy which is like having a zero return policy and a 25 year term on the contract (which is never paying off solar panels until you die) type of contract. To date, I have found that people have quit, hung up or are not willing to help out a service member in the Millitary. While I have protection under ****, the contract is a lock, stock and barrel for this Sunergy company. You will never get out of this contract. Anyone out there with an exceptional attorney, please let me know. This Sunergy solar plan and contract is a SCAM from the get go! If you want to preserve your pocket book, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY! RUN -RUN- as fast as you can! SOLAR PANELS ARE A SCAM!

      So far, dealing with this company has been immensely frustrating. I purchased a house with solar panels more than four months ago. Despite two previous calls to Sunergy, as of today, the account for the panels is still in the name of the previous owner; this was confirmed via a pone call with yet another customer service agent today. Furthermore, this agent could not find any records of my last call to them (made three weeks ago or more), during which the agent had told me he would see that the account name was updated immediately and that someone would call me within a week to set up a service visit that is needed, since two of my sixteen panels are not working properly. Long story short: I never received that call, and whomever I was speaking to was either lying to me/delaying or failed to keep basic computer records of our communication. So, a lot of time has been lost and today I am trying again. This time, I've been told (again) that the account will be switched to my name and someone will all me within 24 hours to set up a service. I will update this when or if these things happen!************************

      The service technician arrived on-time and was polite and knowledgeable of what needed to be done.Once the micro-inverter was replaced, he synchronized the system and brought all firmware updates current. I'm very happy to have my Synergy solarsystem operating properly with full production on all panels. Thank You !
