      great job installing our solar panels. installers were hard working, very friendly and open to questions! they worked very fast and had the system up within one day! company owner came out and checked out the work himself! thank you for a great job! i highly recommend them

      Original installation was last year, and went live at the end of August 2023, so this is a 1 year review. Pros: Overall, was very happy with the sales process, scheduling and installation. Had a few hiccups getting the status connectivity established, but one phone call and a return visit a few days later to correct the problem and it was off to the races. Had no issues with contacting their customer service, getting a response and obtaining resolution to my issue in a timely fashion. Cons: Solar production is much less than what was calculated and expected. Solar production was supposed to be approximately 20% in excess of an annual energy usage of about 20MWh. Annual solar production (per the Enlightened monitoring app) has been less than 16MWh. My system is an 11.2kW system, 28 panels x 400W/panel) and typically produces less that 1.3MWh/month, which is pretty low for a system that size. Bottom line: No real issues with the company, but definitely disappointed in the performance of the system. FWIW, I may be contacting them to install a few more panels (at my expense) to boost the production to what I was originally expecting. Hope this 1 year review helps others.

      I am so impressed with the technician who came to check my solar installation. He was polite, professional, made his presence on my property known to me as he started and when was done. He answered my questions, explain how to use and interpret the information in the App. When he was unsure, he immediately called to make sure J got the information I wanted. I was very impressed by his service!

      They were very respectful and through. They did every thing that they said they were going to do. They were very through in explaining what they were doing and how long it would take them to finish. I would recommend them to any one looking to have Solar panels installed.
