    I have been a customer of ********************** for well over a year. Their teas and supplies are Of the highest quality. *** purchased for friends and colleagues and everyone is impressed by the attention to detail of this small business. The customer service department is dedicated to make certain every order is filled and shipped correctly. I no longer purchase my tea anywhere else.

    I have been a Snarky customer for over a year. They have the best quality tea Ive ever tried. They launch several flavors a year so as a customer Im never bored. **************** is amazing, there is communication at every step of the order. The one time I had an issue with my order ***** lost it) Snarky made it right. They are the only company that I shop with that has created a true community that makes me come back again and again!

    Ive placed many orders from Snarky Tea over the past several years and their teas are delicious and their customer service is amazing. On the rare occasion that there was a problem with my order, their customer service representative has always gone above and beyond and resolved the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company!

    Snarky Tea keeps customer service at the front of all decisions. The one time I had an issue with an order they bent over backwards to make it right. I continue to shop Snarky Tea for both their products and dedication to the.cuatomer experience.

    I have made several purchases in the last few years. Shipping is always prompt. We/they cannot control anything once it is in the hands of the freight company. Great products and service!

    Placed an order November 25th and as of December 11th did not receive it. It was stuck in transit via UPS. I reached out to Snarky Tea for assistance via email and their need help page ( link for packages lost in transit - do obviously an issue they are accustomed to). The Customer Service Rep replied that it was out of their hands and they could not make UPS move faster. When I have had this happen with other vendors the order was simply reshipped. They took a bad situation and made it worse with no sense of service, concern, resolution.

    I am not sure who I need to contact about this, but a negative review was left on your site by ********************** on 12/11/2023. I would like to have this comment removed or be able to dispute this review. This customer stated that her package was stuck in transit with the ***** After review of her order, this customer ordered on 11/25/2023 - her order was shipped 11/30/2023 and was delivered on 12/12/2023. When she messaged our customer service department, we explained that her package was still in transit and requested that she allow additional time. She responded stating that we should just reissue the order in which we would have happily done if she did not receive her order within the next couple days. She received her order the day after she left that negative comment on the BBB website.

    I have made multiple purchases from Snarky Tea. The products are high quality and customer service is phenomenal. If Ive ever had an issue with an order, they handle it quickly. I would highly recommend this company. They are always coming out with new products and truly care about their customers!
