This is regarding my recent experience at **************************************, specifically involving a sales team members named ***** ********* and ********* ****. I visited the dealership to explore purchasing a pre-owned vehicle listed at approximately $39,000. However, I encountered behavior and practices that were not only unprofessional, but in my opinion, deceptive and ethically questionable.During the negotiation process, the initial $39K price quickly escalated to over $52,000 after unexplained taxes and unclear fees were added. There was no explanation on my current trade-in value. Upon questioning these additions, I received no detailed breakdown. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and mockery Mr. ********* laughed directly at me when I expressed concern and asked for **************** the conversation continued, and I asked for payment quote price at 52k, additional miscellaneous charges were added, pushing the final quote closer to $55,000 again, for a used vehicle, when a brand-new model of the same car costs approximately $60,000. There was no transparency in the explanation of these inflated charges. The entire process is designed to confuse, pressure, and upsell without any disclosure.Furthermore, the demeanor of the salesperson was condescending, and I felt humiliated as a potential customer simply for asking for a clear, itemized breakdown. This is not only a poor reflection of the dealership, but also damaging to the Mazda brand, which I previously respected.I am bringing this to the attention of Mazda Corporate and the Better Business Bureau to formally document this experience. I believe in holding businesses accountable when they fail to provide fair, respectful treatment especially in major financial transactions such as car purchases.I sincerely hope Mazda takes this matter seriously and evaluates whether this dealerships behavior aligns with your brand values and customer care standards.

This complaint is regarding my recent experience at Mazda of Palm Beach, Northlake Blvd, specifically involving a sales team members named Jesus ********* and Christian Rizo. The Internet sales Rep ******* is dishonest. They were persistent in asking me to bring them my used vehicle to purchase. I let them know that I would not take less than $6k and not to waste anyones time if they werent will to pay that. She agreed that if the car met their concerns that tyhey were prepared to offer more than $6k. I brought them the car and they offered $2k but said they could do better if I were to use it towards the purchase of a new car. They did not express any concerns or issues they had with the car.., SO MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS TO CHOOSE FROM

The employees of this establishment including the managers have demonstrated consistent hostility towards dissatisfied customers. From being insulting, argumentative, dismissive, to mocking. They display little professionalism and lack the ability to take accountability for their mistakes (which they make many of). They have consistently been accused of mis-advertising vehicles, not honoring advertised prices, intentionally hiding major flaws or damage. They display little integrity and even worse customer service. If I was the manufacturer I would personally fly out to rip my companys name off the top of their building.

Purchased a used jeep Cherokee 2018 for $27,000 purchased at ****** miles. In 2022 dealership said the vehicle had no problems. They gave me the car with a bad engine and it burns excessive fuel. Had to get parts replaced more than once. My mechanic said the dealership should have checked everything before selling the vehicle to me. Now I have to return the car or get a new engine.

Worst dealership I've ever been to! A package for clear coat and Scotch guard $542. Never did it. Sales person never followed up with me. And Mazda Corp won't do anything about it,Because they are independently owned. Don't buy from here.... If I would have known I would have either. Don't know how they can operate like that ?

I visited Mazda of Palm Beach, on Friday afternoon, October 4, 2024, to look at a used ****** salesman was quite pleasant and we took the compulsory test drive.I really liked the car and wanted purchase it. We started negotiations and came within $1,000 dollars of each other, but could not reach an agreement. Fair enough.I called the next day, Saturday, to see if they had found a little more wiggle room. The salesman asked if I would do $xx,***. A split of the previous $1,000 difference. I agreed. Offer and Acceptance. He said he would call me back to work out the details. He never called. I called the Dealership and left a message. He never called.Sunday came and went. No call. I was disappointed and chalked it up to terrible customer service.A very frustrating experience. They negotiated in bad faith. I moved on.Wednesday morning, I received a call from the dealership. Was I still interested in the car at the amount we spoke of on Saturday. I ***********. He said he would call back. No call. I texted later. He said he would get back to me in the ************ day came. No call. I had received an email from the Sales Manager the day before with his personal number. Today, 10/10/2024, we texted back and forth about my terrible experience so far. He then came back with a price that was $1,300 higher than the price we had been discussing. It was also higher than their best offer when I was in on Saturday! He said that other number was a one time offer and the new, higher offer was a Great Deal!Again, the Mazda of Palm Beach negotiated in bad ******** is tactics like this that give car dealerships such an awful reputation. A well-deserved one for Mazda of Palm Beach.

I recently went to Mazda of Palm Beach to look at the used F-150 they had listed. The truck was very clean and the sales person was very friendly. I had a great experience there and I love my new truck.
