From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. My salesperson was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring I found the perfect car. The buying process was smooth and stress-free, with no pressure at any point. Im thrilled with my new Mazda, and I highly recommend Mazda of Palm Beach to anyone looking for a top-notch car-buying experience. Five stars all the way!

    This dealership is advertising a 2001 Mazda Miata for $6,686 dollars with a $2,899 dollar Platinum protection package bringing the total to $9,585. That means that the "platinum protection package" cost 40% of what the car is selling for. Here is there response from your sales *** in reference to the cost of the vehicle:" Hi, Will effectively the total price is reduced to include the protection package at cost for the customer if the package is removed the price stays the same just without the benefit of the package also are you looking to cash purchase or finance the 2001 Miata?"Is this how you guys run your dealership? Why not just advertise the vehicle for more instead of playing games?

    Dis-honest dealership. Untrustworthy Sales person and management that does NOT care. (****)They raised our lease price from $425 per month to $479 per month because of THEIR MISTAKE.Once all the paperwork was signed **** was like take it or leave it.Instead of sticking up for us because of THEIR ERRORS, **** chose to drastically raise our lease price just to get the car we asked for.We told the sales person to give us the exact same car and package and lease mileage....just a blue vehicle this time. We had prevoiusly had 2 red Mazdas.They tried to give us a LESSER package on the car we left with. The salesperson told us several lies. He EVEN ASKED US TO LIE TO HIS MANAGER and tell him that we test drove the car.Never will I set foot in Palm Beach Mazda of North Palm Beach again.Worst car leasing experience of our lives....Be warned!!! Read ALL YOUR PAPERWORK TWICE!!!********************** Prefer

    This Mazda dealership is probably one of the worst one in all of South *******. This dealership is not ****** or *******, this place was purchased back in 2017 by a private party and has gone down hill since. Ive been a Mazda customer for over 15 years and never experienced what I am about to describe. The salesmans are not trained well and ownership is rather discriminatory. I went in for a purchase order and the guy tried to sale me a car. I told him, no. He then tried to have me do the loan with the dealership, again I told I was already approved with my bank, simply needed the purchase order. He then tried desperately to pulled the loan from my bank, again I told him no. When all else failed, he brought me the documents but wanted me to sign a piece of paper that said for internal use only I asked him why the amount was so different? Apparently they tried to sneak an extended warranty in there without me noticing. I asked them to take out because I didnt need it. ********* came back to the desk after making me wait all this time and told me sorry we cant help you. It is within our policy that if he client denied to extended warranty, we cant give them a purchase order. In all honesty, this felt like I got discriminated upon. I was denied services for refusing every sales tactic they threw at me. At this point, I would like to see the written policy that statesif a client refuses the extended policy, we simply cant help them. The place was a ghost town. Full inventory with an empty showroom and parking lot.

    Total scam dealership. Read your fine print. They will sneak hidden,unauthorized maintenance plans into your lease or purchase deals without ever even asking you. They will tell you we are going to give you free oil changes but in fact what they are doing is slipping in a $445 maintenance plan without ever discussing the cost or even asking if you want it. They have you sign everything on a Ipad but hand it to you in such a way that all you see is the signature line and not the actual document you are signing. They seem to have you come in the later evening or after you have been in the dealership for a few hours so you are tired and just want to rush to get out of there. They are pretty dumb and will eventually get caught by the federal government FTC just like the Napleton dealership up the street who just got fined 10 million dollars for doing the exact same scam to customers.

    This dealership is without question the worst customer service dealership I have ever dealt with. They don't return calls, they don't honor service when the car needs an oil change, no wonder they can't keep any help

    They tell you your fico score is a certain number which is untrue. They said they pulled all 3 bureaus when they only pulled one. They Will LIE to your face!!!! Salesman doesn't provide credit disclosure. Finance department packs :back end: and have you sign off without knowing because the signing pad doesn't display properly. . This is a very old business practice that is not allowed. We will be filing false misrepresentation this week against illegal businesses practices this week.

    False advertising -- posted on the website that they had the Carfax on a vehicle, when asked to see it they said they would send it. After not receiving, i called back and was told that they would not provide the CARFAX and was hung up on

    Great experience at this dealership.Extremely smooth transaction. Very fair deal and excellent customer service. The follow-up after the sale was also impressive. Highly recommend.

    OMG if I had known the reputation this dealership had, I never would have bought my car there. I read a few reviews. I am going through same exact thing. No extra key ever given to me. No side door scratches ever fixed. Please do not go to this dealership they are so untrustworthy. They really do not give a s*** about you at all. Once you drive out of the parking lot they forget you ever existed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The one star is too much it should be minus 10. All of the sales managers are a joke. Could care less about you. The reputation for car dealers is well deserved. Run for your life!! Put up a good act. Your dealings will be h*** on earth. I am going to try and find out who the owner is. Not that he gives a s*** either. This is so frustrating to see all the people with such bad reviews. I was sucked in. How bad could it get. It gets worse. You cant even get a hold of ****, his cell phone messages are full, wonder why!!! They stole my money and laughed about it. Please oh please go somewhere else to buy a car. No golf carts to go see the cars. So poorly run, you can see it They are like lions on the ****, ready for the kill, disgusting. I got a bad feeling when I walked in. I was right all along. Still no one has called me at all. They hide from you. Totally unbelievable to me. The saga still goes on. What a h*** of experience this has been. All I wanted was what was said was coming to me!!! They lie!!!
