WATCH OUT BEWARE 2022 Mazda Cx9 VIN# JM3TCBAYON0620401 I purchased a vehicle here with 900 miles. ********* preowned and No Accidents come to find out it was involved in a crash. My wife and I with a new born came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle Friday night. Everything seemed to go smoothly, agreed to $40k out the door 60months/2.9%Since it was getting late we couldnt finalize paperwork, but they had me take the vehicle home. In the day time I noticed the door was not flush with the frame of the body, and it was two different colors. This being a new car It is disheartening that this was not disclosed prior to the purchase. When I returned .. I was patient stating I would purchase a newer model but with compensation for what transpired. Only to find they were trying to take advantage and get more money out of me. The old interest rate doesnt exist and that my new purchase price will be $47k out the door on a sticker price of 40k. BEWARE unfortunately PALM BEACH Mazda cannot be trusted. The irony is that I am a Fire Fighter and during this deal, they have a poster behind them stating, honor our firefighter Men and Women.I guess this is how they take care of firefighters. If theyll do it to me, theyll most definitely do it to you.

I was cheated, manipulated and lied to at MAZDA PALM BEACH 6/2022. Purchased used 2017 ******* First question i asked about the vehicle was if there were any accidents it was ever involved in. They said no and proceeded to show me the Experian Car Check profile for the vehicle. Which did not show the accident. It wasn't until the i tried to upgrade to a newer vehicle in 12/2022 that i found out that it did have an accident on carfax. They purposely don't show the carfax so you don't know the full history. If that wasn't enough. I also purchased an extended warranty for which i never got any paperwork for nor any information regarding the warranty details. After finally getting warranty info myself i find out they lied to me. Again saying i could cancel warranty anytime. The warranty they didnt tell me about is apparently not cancellable. I tried to resolve with management but they just keep giving me the run around. I will be taking legal action. Dealerships have to be held responsible for lying and manipulating customers.

WARNING! Stay away from this dealership! On December 16, 2022, I inquired through email about a 2016 Corvette Z06 convertible. In that email I requested information about the car. ****** ***** was assigned as my sales rep. He provided some of the information and said that he was waiting on other information. On December 17, 2022, ****** stated that he would call me the next day. On December 19, 2022 I sent ****** an email stating that I received the quote for the vehicle. Meanwhile, the dealership is sending all kinds of automated emails that are irrelevant. Also, I have not yet had many of my questions addressed. On December 29, 2022 I was finally able to speak to ****** and I told him that I had questions that I was still awaiting answers to. He stated that someone else was suppose to get back with me with these answers. When I told him that no one had contacted me, ****** provided some answers; however, there were still questions that he did not have answers to. Here ****** stated that someone would contact me that same day. Regrettably, this did not occur. On December 30, 2022, I called and was passed around like a marijuana joint at a pot party. When I asked who I was speaking with some of those who answered the phone refused to tell me their names but passed me to someone else instead. The event that finally caused me to write this review occurred when I spoke with **** and explained that I would like to speak with the sales manager regarding the fact that I was being transferred from employee to employee without regard for getting me to the right person. Guess what happened? **** sent me to a voicemail that was full and gave me no recourse. It appears that this dealership makes it difficult to purchase from them unless you come to their location. This is a warning sign! STAY AWAY! Thank God I dodged this bullet...HOPEFULLY YOU WILL TOO!

Besides the hour and a half spent waiting for a numerical quote (**** was our salesperson), the thing that most upset me was the lies. We called ahead 3 times and were told each time 2022 Mazda CX-5s were available for leasing; however, upon arriving, the story changed and the cars were mysteriously unavailable, and the salesperson tried to sell us on a 2023 upgraded car. Two days later, I received an email advertising the 2022 Mazda CX-5s were available. Frankly, the advertisements posted by Mazda of Palm Beach are complete lies and the salespeople will try to cover their lies by keeping you in the dealership for as long as possible. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership - go to the Southern Palms Mazda dealership instead.
