    False advertistment: Told we would all have a different niche an its a front there is no niche. 1 of my orders took 4 weeks for delivery when I was told 5-8 day delivery an had a upset customer for a cargo pants that doesn't even look like the full cotton ones in a video that moy media provides. *************** also disappears an was gone for two month then changed his phone number so have no contact with owner of Moy Media. THE BIGGEST IS ON THE APPLICATION WITH FINANCIAL COMPANY MOY MEDIA PUT A FAKE NUMBER IN ********** WHEN THERE BUSINESS IS OUT OF ******* THAT NUMBER IF LIKE TO VERIFY ************ can send that contract as well that was fully paid to Moy Media . I have talked with attorney an its a breach of contract. I also have the discord of screen shots made with *******, ******************* employee who informed me I'm no longer in shopify program an have all ******************* Tik Tok False advertistment saying you will make 20k to 800k a month. Also have witness also going thru same issue loosing thousands of dollars an he needs to be shut down. There is no 24/7 support Stated in contract. Also Tik Tok Ads never done we had to make our own an post an pay for additional advertistment fees on tik tok. Charging some people $680.00 an me $12000.00 for the same program. Which have proof. They are scamming people out of money not right an need stopped There not constant with promises an fill you with lies.

    In March 2023, we spoke with *************** several times about a "BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP" for Shopify. Eventually, we decided to "partner" with Moy Media. He promised Moy Media would do everything and all we had to do was listen to their instructions and do what was needed on the back end. He stated the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE would be refunded if the shop did not profit. We felt we could trust him since his company was based in *****, **. He introduced us to *********************, the assigned project director who lived in *******. My partner and I, *************** and ********************* had out initial conference call to start the business after depositing $30K to ***************. At that time, *************** stated beyond the $30K, if we had $5K for advertising, we would not have to replenish monies for the ads since the company would be making enough profit in order to reinvest and run more ads. We also agreed all of us would have a weekly call for updates on the progress. Again, we BELIEVED him. (In his contract, it was written, "we have direct access to ****, which he considered the value to be "PRICELESS")Well, after 4 months, we saw no profits, just churn of money. We made sure the products were being paid for and kept an eye on the progress. This continued. There was 1 month with a surge of sales, and we began to feel at ease. But, of course, more product sales, more overhead. Afterwards, it went back to the same issue. Only TikTok ad (which we never saw) costs were rising and products were not selling as they expected. They were supposedly doing "product research" but there was no "hit" product. After 9 months, there was more money going to ads with no sales and we were having to cover the cost of the products as well. We dished out another $10K in addition to the initial investment ($30K and $5K). We reached out to **** and ****** for assistance. They always had a reason they couldn't speak or never replied to our requests for help. Lawsuit in the very near future!

    I found Moy Media online through Tik Tok, after talking with the main onboarder ********************* I felt very comfortable investing in this business. Fast forward 8 months and my investment is negative and the team is not communicating with me. I put my entire savings into this scam and no one is responding. In the agreement I signed it states I can have my investment back 12 months after signing, but still no one is getting back to me. At this point I feel the only course is legal action. They have broken their agreement multiple times.

    Fraud, breach of contract, and embezzlement. No communication from *************** after paying him for services. This is a full on scam on his part.

    On July 2, 2023 I entered into an agreement with Moy Media to run fully automated Shopify store for me. I invested $30,000 in their diamond package. The promise was that once the initial set up of 2-4 week took place, I would have my money back within 3 months, but with a contract guarantee within 12 months. They took over 8 weeks to get my store up, and to this day have not turned a profit. The gentlemen who run it ***************, and ********************* are very elusive and do not communicate. They hide behind their customer admin's who have little to no information. They told me they were going to shut down over the Chinese New Year for a few weeks and would re open with new plans for success. Since then there has been zero activity on my account and I cannot get anyone to communicate with me as to what is going on. They do not return phone calls, or texts, or on their platform on Discord. I believe they are in Anticipatory Breach of Contract at this point and I want my money back. Even the sales rep who sold me on their program is avoiding my calls, and emails at this point.

    There are a group of 5 people that are joining up on Discord whom are having the very same issues I am with Moy Media.  The cell phone number I had for *************** is now disconnected, and ********************* the sales rep who signed me up has left the company.  We need help getting our money back from Moy Media.  They are clearly a scam.

    This media company promised a return on investment of $5000 within a 12 month period. We agreed on an ad budget of $50 to start and attempted to take over $450 from my account without communication. I have lost money each week and have received complaints from customers they are serving. I requested a refund with no response.

    After signing a contract for moneyback guarantee. I proceeded to invest $5000 with my media to create an online store and they said if its not to my liking, I can be reimbursed back my money they left out so many details and the business end of things to mislead me into investing the money. I have been in trying to reach out to them. No one has replied back or responded to my phone calls or emaIll.

Direct Access to *************** 4. A positive experience The nature of the dispute:1. Full *******************:After joining their program I was told that my store would be up an running within 4-6 weeks which was already a departure from the expected timeline for completion that was given to me in the sales process. It was at about the 11 week **** that my store become semi functional with what was called a "soft launch". At that time my store was made Live containing so many quality issues that I would have never personally bought from the store just based on legitimacy alone.The following is a list of some of the quality issues with the store: 1) Broken English on the Header picture of the site. 2) Discount info that didn't adequately match the pricing of the product. 3) The word for Size was listed in French as "Taille". 4) There were product reviews listed that didn't make sense. One actually said that the product wasn't good with a 5 star review. 5) There were product images shown that didn't exist on the site and several other quality issues. 2. Winning Product Research:Most of the products that have been listed and advertised on my site have had nothing to do with the Home Goods Niche that my site is literally named from: House to Home. I've had: 1) Back Straightener 2) Toilet Bowl Cleaner (Loosely connected) 3)Face Lift Serum 4) ******** Cream Also, to date, their sales and ****eting efforts have lost me over $100. This isn't all that re****able, but after 3 months is it is completely frustrating.3. They are in breach of our Service Agreement for refusing to allow me to communicate directly with **************** 4. All of the issues have made for far less than a positive experience. They have attempted to correct some of the quality issues, but they keep creating more.

    Hi *******,

    I was contacted by the owner of Moy Media and was told that I needed to be more patient because the process takes time. I was also told that most of my concerns weren't valid because they had data that the quality of the site didn't have an affect on sales since they were linking ads to individual product pages. Since our conversation, I decided to try to give them some more time because they didn't seem willing to refund my money. I have only lost additional money in the time since I spoke to the owner. I will say that the staff responsible for communicating with me and running my account have been very communicative and appear to be trying. 

    My plan is to give them another 3-4 weeks and then look at the possibility of a legal remedy.
