      This is my 2nd request. I had a previous complaint but it was closed with no resolution. I received a call from someone at Massey promising the replacement of sod and once again there has been no communication and they are ****

      I had Massey assist with lawn treatment only for about 2 years (from *********). The entire time I was having to remind them to service my lawn instead of them just scheduling me appropriately and without my involvement. This continued until March 4th, 2024 when they didn't send anyone for nearly 3 months. I emailed them once again but this time asking somebody to call me about my lack of service and to see what they could do to correct the situation. Instead they sent somebody the next day, May 30th, to service my lawn when that is NOT what I asked for. I wanted somebody to call me and explain why I was skipped. Multiple people in the company including the technician agreed that they forgot about me, but they didn't do anything to correct the problem. The only thing I got was an excuse, well we sent somebody when you emailed. If I hadn't emailed, they would have continued to forget about ***** I tried to cancel my service. There was absolutely no way to do this other than calling or emailing and hoping to get a response quickly. I continued to reach out for a resolution but when it was clear they didn't want to accept accountability, I attempted to cancel my service. They continued to send out technicians to service my lawn when I did not want them to just so they could continue billing me. Finally when somebody responded to me I cancelled the service, but not before they racked up another 2 invoices to try and squeeze more money out. On Friday, October 18th, 2024, I walk up to my door with a letter stating they are filing a Mechanic's Lien on my house due to non-payment!!! For less than $150!!! Unreal!This company doesn't care about customer **********************, they simply make excuses for themselves, they don't want to make things right, but even worse, THEY WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR SERVICE AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU AND THEN WILL FILE A LIEN ON YOUR HOUSE AFTER BULLYING YOU INTO MORE INVOICES. This is beyond unreasonable.

      General Manager ***** ******* spoke with Mr. ********* on October 21, 2024.  Mr. ********* was unhappy with the condition of his lawn and cancelled without a 30-day notice but still owed for two services. ***** agreed to waive the balance owed for customer satisfaction and Mr. ********* agreed to withdraw the BBB complaint.

      we have vey small area lawn and area is getting worst day by day , its been *** than 6 months when fist manager came and promised sod change ,,,,,,so many manager changed at massey ***** this time ....i called so many times raised issue but few manager came and either left company or no longer with my account .....no one call for an update and my grass is getting not any better ....i am really tired lisening their excuses and not to followed up i hope some manger read this and take a charge to solev issue

      paid ****** for initial pest controil have been here 5 times with no resolution. cancelled service have found another company who will do job better . they threghened to send me to collection if i dont pay ****** for quarterly or will send to collection. the problem was never resolved. dont want to deal with them anymore. the agreement was quarterly after problem solved as stated by ***** from massey services on 8/22/24. they keep telling me diferent reasons for problem. now they want to break something to spray inside wihich is outside the bathroom on house.

      As of 10-11-2024, I have been waiting for the Massey Pest Control that is contracted with the SterlingShire Apartments to spray my apartment for pests, for the last three weeks! The maintenance person typically arrives on Tuesday no set time, but usually gets here to my area by mid afternoon. For the last three Tuesdays, he has not been out to spray and there is a pest problem with unit #****! As to my knowledge there is no purpose why he has not, the last time that I spoke to the property manager on site, everything was a good to go for him to continue spraying my unit. The problem is that these people are constantly playing number games and doing things that they should not be doing. If they would mind their own business and do what they are suppose to, then they would have less problems! It is very sad when you have a race of people like this that are the root source of the problem but then they are always complaining about they don't have this and they want the best. I don't get it.

      Ms. Fort is a tenant at *************, a multi-family property serviced by Massey Services. Our local General Manager has made multiple attempts to contact Ms. **** by phone and in person, but these efforts have not been successful. Subsequently, we reached out to the Property Manager at ************* to assist in contacting Ms. **** to address her concerns. However, Ms. **** has not responded to either party.

      Massey Services has made a concerted effort to engage with the tenant and address her concerns. Despite these attempts, it appears that Ms. **** is not interested in resolving this matter. Therefore, we respectfully request that your agency dismiss or close this complaint.

      I've been using Massey Services for a few months, and it has been a disaster from the start. They failed to show up for the services I paid for, which led me to contact ******, the General Manager. ****** explained he was new to the role and persuaded me not to cancel by giving me a sob story about his situation. I reluctantly agreed to continue.Months passed, and although a few services were eventually provided, my lawn showed no improvement. In fact, it got worse, with weeds completely overtaking the grass. On September 5th, I scheduled a meeting with ****** at my home so he could personally assess the situation. However, in line with my previous experiences, Justinwho is supposed to set an exampledid not show up at the scheduled time.I waited an additional 30 minutes and finally called him. When he answered, he had an attitude and tried to blame me for not understanding that he was dealing with an emergency elsewhere. As someone who works in the medical field, I understand that emergencies happen. However, what I cannot tolerate is the lack of communication. This was the fifth time I left work early to meet with Massey Services technicians, only for them to not show up.After giving them multiple chances, Im frustrated by their ongoing unreliability, lack of professionalism, and poor communication. My lawn has only worsened, and their service has been anything but dependable.I have requested a refund a month ago am now told it could be months to process if I get the money.

      Issues we had with Messeys lawn treatment services for unwanted grasses and weed control in our residential yard. After five months and three scheduled treatments of lawn service for our yard. There are now large areas of unwanted grasses and weeds, that should not have developed in our lawn.There were several scheduled treatments where Messeys text person failed to show up and one no show treatment that we were billed for. Fortunately we have cameras outside around our house showing the property. So we are able to know when Messeys text shows up and how much of the lawn is actually treated. On the last treatment date that Messeys text did show up. He was on his cell phone all the while treating our lawn. The text was so interested in his phone conservation, that several areas of the yard were not treated. But ****** still charged us for a full treatment of our lawn. We canceled lawn treatment with Messey and would like to be refunded for the four treatments not done.

      On October 24th, 2024 Masseys employee **** Block contacted me stating that he will have Massey refund the amount paid for the lawn service treatment to my credit card company.  As of November 2 there has been no credit refund from Massey to my credit card company.  
      Please dont close my dispute until Masseys refund credit shows up on my credit card account.

      I was leaded to believe that I was paying ****** for repairing 4 sprinkler heads and adding 1 sprinkler head to ensure the of completed watering of the yard which I was told this by the Massey salesmen. But when the technician showed up to do the job, he stated to me and ***** that he don't install new sprinkler head and was not clear on what was needed to be done, and also, they should have the technician that is actual doing the job negotiate price for the job. At this time, I told him that I was not going to sign anything because this is not what I paid for.

      I just purchased a home Aug 15 2024 and had massey lawn service agreement signed and started service Sept 12. Five days later (9/16) I called the ocala fl. Office and notified them my grass was dead in the front and side yard. On 9/18 the ** came out to inspect and notified me they would start supplemental treatments.On 9/20 I was told they would order grass plugs and it would take 2 weeks to arrive. On 9/23 I notified the corporate office of my dead grass. On 9/25 massy came to fertilize the lawn. On 10/1 they came to fertilize and treat weeds. Later on 10/1 the regional manager called and I was told there people didnt kill the lawn and my reply was why was supplemental treatment started and grass ordered. I asked about the 30 day guarantee which stated,Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the results of your program, we'll provide corrective service at no additional charge.After 30 days, should your problem persist, we'll continue to provide service at no additional charge until you are satisfied, or we'll refund your last regular service payment.I was told by the regional manager that my initial payment would be refunded and that all future services would continue to be billed to me. On 10/3 grass plugs were placed but not enough was ordered to cover the damage of using to much herbicide that caused the issue. Also that I would need to water daily for 25 minutes for the next two weeks at my expense.I have the before and after pictures and very disappointed in the lack of communication from the local office in ocala. And the non communication from the sales man that said I will give you my number which is the same number his children have should there be a problem or concern.

      I was a customer of ******************** for pest and lawn care. The technician came out and killed a huge area of my grass because he used a chemical not for *****. I had multiple folks out here and the supervisor told me that they were set to replace the sod. That never happened and we have been getting the runaround ever since. My sod was new and in perfect condition now I have spots and dead grass
