      Massey had a scheduled service to check our termite bait stations. We didn’t see them at all that day as it poured rain and I was home the entire day. We received a bill that they came out. They didnt ring our doorbell to get a signature for completion of service. I was home the entire day and it absolutely poured rain. We get a bill stating they came. Stating no bait needed changing. Not one bait trap was moved bc it they are all covered in mulch and we looked on our cameras for time technician said it was serviced. No one came out. The technician billed us for not even showing up. This is a complete scam. Consumers beware.

      I contracted with Massey almost five years ago, specifically for a german cockroach condition in my condo unit. Right up until May of 2023 (this year), everything was just great. Mike was the tech and communicated with me very professionally. He was here on time and was very pleasant. I have had a very difficult year. After struggling with life issues and not contacting Massey at all, I received a bill from them for $60.00 for services performed (not) on August 1st. I called to tell them I had not received the services they were billing me for, I was told, "They were there. You just didn't see them because they were outside." Really??? What are they doing outside a condo unit? The job is inside. I was then passed to another person who was also rude. Finally, after receiving another bill for the same reason, I reached Brian, the manager of some sorts for "residential." He was very nice, said the invoice would be taken care of and he would come out to do treatment for free. That was mid-September. Today, 11/17, I was called about my "past due" bill for August 1st.! I had already started looking for a new pest control company anyway. At this point, I'm not angry or upset. I'm laughing out loud over their incompetence. lol lol lol

      They were doing the termite prevention on our new LGI home in Fort Myers. We received a Renewal notice ad showing $1.00 if we renew before 12/31. When you call to renew they state it is really $189.00. Don't appreciate the bait and switch ad.

      We hired Massey in July to maintain our lawn. The very first time they came out they applied the wrong chemicals and burned our lawn. They came out to assess the situation and acknowledged our lawn is properly watered so it was not due to drought, and the chemical burns being clearly visible. We've now been strung along for 3 months trying to get their mistake and our lawn fixed. We've had 3 appointments in a row where the manager didn't show up or cancelled at the last minute without having someone else come in their place (Goerge and Matt), a total lack of communication and lack of ownership on their part. We should've read all of their terrible reviews before they hired them.

      Dan **** come to our house for pest control. He was very friendly, professional, and did an excellent job spraying my house.
      He took a lot of time brushing off the spiderwebs off my house before spraying.
      I had another company spaying my house before and switched over to Massy because I wasn’t satisfied. I am very happy with my technician Dan **** and I would highly recommend him.

      TK came out to spray inside for Granddaddy Long Leg Spiders. I had a lot. TK treated the problem. No smell. I feel so much better now not to be on spiders watch.

      I signed a contract and paid for a year of services in advance for my front yard to be treated for bugs and to be fertilized. The service was very poor and I was constantly pulling weeds and killing bugs on my own anyway. I was dissatisfied. I thought that my one year was up and that I was done with my poor decision to hire and pay for a year in advance. BUT NO. They cam again and claim to have treated my trees and shrubs, I don't have trees and shrubs and I specifically said in that initial contract that I did NOT want my flower beds treated. now I am being harassed by them to pay for a service that I never approved and they claim I somehow did on my initial contract from over a year ago. They claim the services will continue even though the contract is over. Stay away from Massey services they are not a good choice.

      Extremely dissatisfied. Tech sprayed our lawn in the front and we were charged for the entire lawn. Witnessed this on multiple occasions. Management is horrific. Rarely return phone calls unless you call 3-5 times. They say one thing and do another. Ours grass was thin and weedy after Massey’s terrible tech and management got involved. We switched to Drake and WOW what a difference. Drake tech is knowledgeable and lawn care is customized. Massey is in the pst where they belong.

      I hired Massey Services a year ago and I fired them and I would never recommend this company to anyone. They killed the grass in my front and backyard and they weren't going to do anything to fix the problem they created until I threatened to sue them and stop payment to them. They put new sod down, but only in the dead areas instead of doing it the right way. My grass was beautiful before I hired Massey. My yard looked like a mess and a real eye soar. They don't stand by their guarantee. Don't bother contacting the owner/CEO because he could care less about your yard or the problem. CONSUMERS BEWARE! Don't hire this company because they're incompetent and they will kill your grass as well or not treat it properly for insects and fungus. Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this company.
