      If you talk to Angel the man is lying through his teeth. Optimum Rv. Ocala, Florida. He kept making the deal better as to even say he would give up his pay if I would come down to Florida. I kept asking for something in writing so the 13 hour drive would have some guarantee. They would not send me anything. They will say anything over the phone to get you in the dealership.

      The Mims and Ocala locations desperately need to be investigated. The General Manager Mr. ********* desperately needs to be investigated. The Mims location did not complete a proper walkthrough on our brand new unit and our kitchen cabinet flooded the first time we used the unit because pipes were not properly connected. After six months of back and forth with the Mims location, we finally got it in for service. It was at their location for over a month and being told it was almost done and ready for pickup. After not hearing from anyone we stopped in on a Saturday to look at our unit and rather than the cabinets being replaced the Mims location decided to paint our cabinets. At this point we contacted the Ocala location because we knew the Managers were most often at this site. Mr. ********* claimed we could’ve picked up our unit at any time to use it for camping and it wasn’t their fault we decided to keep it on their site for repair. We decided to stop by one afternoon to pick up the rest of our belongings from the unit and it was parked in front of their building, along a highway, unlocked. They also tore down more trim, some of which had nothing to do with the repair. Staples were sticking all over the place out of the unit Mr. ********* claimed we could’ve picked up whenever we wanted. If my child was hurt due to their “repairs” would they take responsibility for that? Doubtful. We ended up trading in this unit because it was our only way out of it. Communication is almost non-existent between both locations, and they promise things and never do them.

      We were working with James on an rv they had listed, we offered a starting point price and he said he would send pictures and get back to us. we never heard from James again, in fact he hung up the phone on my wife three times without even speaking a word. Finally my wife spoke with another salesperson only to find out the rv was gone. James couldn't even bother to let us know, makes us wonder if the rv was even in stock. if I could give a lower rating I would.

      When I walk in the door the atmosphere was so different from the beginning than other Rv locations I had visited from my salesman Shawn to Ana *****. She made the outcome a 5 star rating. I love my RV and am very thankful I can use what I bought trading in my large camper that was beautiful but I had trouble pulling it because it was so big. Now I am thanking to everyone in Ocala who made things great.

      Wish I had seen the reviews first! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I don't understand how they are in business. I know I was pushed to buy and sign and it was quickly.... I'm a senior and was treated like I was a child.... Please stop this business....

      I would like to say if you are a honest hard working and elderly person do not, let me repeat do not buy from this places. We brought an rv last season and it is a disgrace they supposedly fixed everything that was wrong that's a lie. It leaks every where the floors are all messed up it is terrible they saw us coming they should be a shamed taken advantage of people like that. How can people work for you shame on your employees. I am going to write a review every week to make sure I get my point out there. Go to *********** or *************. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Governor Ron Desantis . This is my home. I am sure nothing will get done but my hope is people are listening. I am not saying this to get a freebie I just want to save other people from this place thank you Marie Roby

      Go elsewhere for camper. Service is the worst of any business I've ever seen. Seal leak on slide out caused floor damage. They serviced camper just a few months prior to leak. Extended warranty doesn't cover damages unless has been serviced 6-12 months. Optimum serviced roof and seals just months prior but no one will take responsibility. Can never get calls back or answers for weeks. Same with their Service manager Dan. Then they wrecked my camper on their lot and been waiting for repairs for weeks with no return calls to see when it will be done. Been in service since June 10th, it's now October

      DO NOT purchase from this dealer, keep driving to the next dealer! The sales team was fine but all interactions with the Service Team and manager has been atrocious! The rudeness we have experienced from them over the phone (when they actually return or take the call) is beyond anything I have ever dealt with EVER! The poor workmanship in work that they did do has resulted in my black tank leaking and has been going on for 1 year. I will now have to take my unit in for them to repair AGAIN and because we live full-time in our unit, we will have a hotel expense again. I asked that they cover this seeing as it is their fault and I shouldn't be out the money, but they refused. How this location is still in business I will never know. Please for the love of all that is camping...DO NOT give them your money the frustration and disappointment you will have to deal with isn't worth it!

      We called ahead about an advertised travel trailer. They confirmed it was in stock, but when we arrived we were pushed for a full price one and initially told that one was sold. We then were met by Cody (a manager) and told that the one listed was actually for a different one and that it was an error online. Cody then proceeded to tell me that they were in process of changing website companies. I told him they were a bait and switch scam and it was a lie. He shrugged his shoulders and we immediately left. They also charge $2,100 in cleaning and prep fees AND charge $1,000 in dealer fees! Buyer beware!!!
