The business has stated it has created a Customer Loyalty Department which will deal with any negative customers or disagreements.

I prepaid for 1 year of lawn service on March 1st, 2022 and told the PestBear technician that I would not be renewing by service until August so that it would align with my pest service which is also on a 1 year prepayment.In March 2nd, pestbear sent a lawn technician to my home for lawn service even though my annual agreement ended on March 1st and I told the technician not to return until August.PestBear sent me to collections for a service that I did not request.On July 24th I spoke with *******, she claimed to be the customer service manager. She wanted me to pay for service that I told them I did not want and also stated that they would not honor the remaining portion of pest control that is paid in full until August.I would like a credit for the service that was provided the day after my agreement expired that I did not request, my final pest control service that I am due and an apology for their unethical business practices and unprofessional treatment of clients.Business Response

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. There seems to be a lot of confusion here. We were not informed that the service was canceled through the technician. We have a a 30 day written notice of cancelation so technicians generally don't have the ability to cancel services for this reason.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE, and HORRENDOUS RESULTS! My Issues are well documented with the management via phone and text. Keeping it short, near 2 years ago instead of spraying the proper treatments for bugs and fertilizations their service tech accidentally sprayed a harsh weed killer over my shrubs and plants. This led to THOUSANDS of DOLLARS of a distressed New Hybrid Lawn along with Dead and Dyeing Elaborate Palms and Plants of many species. I was assured by (****) management that they would make it right. It took 12 months to get any sort of compensation agreement from Pest Bear. We settled on an $800 reimbursement with a 12 month FREE service to the property. Obviously, their service and results were HORRENDOUS, and no longer wanted their services, however was assured they were going to have their TOP Tech work my property to make me whole. Their TOP Tech (****) worked my property for several months, then in December HE ALSO SPRAYED HARSH CHEMICAL KILLING LARGE sections of Lawn.Pest Bears TOP Tech (****) Promised and assured me he would make it right and would have the lawn Aeriated and Plug the Lawn. Shortly after, a new guy was assigned and has skipped treating the lawn and shrubs for into the 3rd month. ***************** for into the 3rd month!Yes, I have spoken to and texted the TOP Tech (****) numerous times with more empty promises delivered.During the FREE 12 months of Promised TOP SERVICE. They :"Billed me for One of the Months with NO refund"..."Have Skipped Three Months of Service"... I am rejecting this response because: I haven't heard a single word from Pest Bear regarding this complaint. In fact, I haven't heard from anyone at Pest Bear for months. Pest Bears comment that management is/were in contact with me regarding this complaint is unequivocally NOT true. IMO, This is yet another example of a blatant lie.

2 months ago I cancelled their pest and lawn services because poor quality. I contacted this business because they charged me for their monthly services even though I already canceled them. I was told that I would get a refund in 2-3 days and nothing after a month. Today I checked my bank account and got charged again causing the account to overdraft.Business Response

We live in a private, gated community with a very clear no soliciting or trespassing sign at the entrance. A few weeks ago, one of their employees came to my house harassing me to use this company. I advised that this is a private community and that he is trespassing. He said he wouldn't come back anymore. Just yesterday, May 8th, the company was back again soliciting everyone in the neighborhood. We are looking at all legal options to keep this company out of our private neighborhood. We've tried to call but no one ever answers the phone. If they come back again, we will call the police.Business Response

Towards the end of February, Pest Bear sprayed my yard with liquid fertilizer and where needed weed killer. This is per our agreement of applying the fertilizer/weed killer every 6 weeks. As the weather warmed, I noticed areas of my yard turning a lush green while others appeared to be dying. I called Pest Bear and they sent two field managers on two different dates. I was told that the weed killer applied was not compatible for my Bahia grass. Options of repair to the dead areas were discussed; reseed the yard or put down sod. To my knowledge nothing has been done - no seeds have been put down and no sod has been put down. I have made 10 or more attempts to talk to field managers with no return phone calls. Meanwhile, the areas with dead grass are becoming barren with crabgrass and torpedo grass taking over. I would like for someone (preferably a regional manager) to contact me and rectify my dead grass problem.Customer Answer

This is my mothers home, she is 84 years old. In November she was moved into a nursing home. Pest Bear pest control is trying to charge her for services on 12-10-22. Her home has been unoccupied since November. Pest Bear is stating they came in and sprayed for bugs one month after she moved out. I have left the messages returned their bill with a long explanation that the house wasn't sprayed in December at all. I hired pestbear back in May of 2021. I prepaid for an entire year of service upfront. After my year of service was complete, I contacted their office and inform them that I no longer wish to have their services. Their customer service is lackluster, and their pest control is even worse. After canceling the services, I come home to a pestbear sign in my yard, I immediately wrote the customer service email because they do not pick up the phone (also left a voicemail) and ask them why there was a sign in my front yard when I canceled my services. I did not receive any email back nor a phone call back. Fast forward to a month later and I am sent an invoice for the service and then another invoice for another service. I have repeatedly called and left voicemails and have written numerous emails which I have proof of all attempted contact from myself. Two weeks ago someone from Pestbear reached out to me about the open invoices. I explain to her the situation, and she informed me she take care of it. I thought this was the end of it until I came home today, and had a letter in the mail from a debt collector, wanting the money from these two fraudulent invoices. I am actually appalled that a business would conduct itself in such a fraudulent way. I now have two negative invoices on my credit from a service that I pre-paid for, and then informed them after my last prepaid service that I did not wish to have their services anymore.Business Response

we had set up services through pest bears for lawn and pest control. we got serviced once and decided we dont want to pay 85$ for them to throw seeds. we paid for our first service then my husband and i both called and cancelled future services. around dec 28 another guy comes and says he will be servicing us again and asked me at the door if that was ok. i told him no we had cancelled and no longer wish to us pest bears. he had said ok and left. on 1/12/23 i got a text stating pest bears was going to fertilize to which i responded no we cancelled. the guy (*****) responded ok 2/23/23 i got a text from a guy named ***** from pest bears stating he would come and treat our lawn to which i had responded no do not treat we cancelled. he responded 10/4 have a great day. *** talked to ***** and cancelled ive talked to ******* and cancelled and i talked to a lovely operator to which i had also cancelled again. not to mention the times my husband has called in and cancelled. i got on the phone with the lady from financing and she refused to refund my card to which services were not rendered. we had one treatment to which we paid for. she got defensive and said they refuse to pay us back and to take legal matters. they over charged me ***** on 1/31/2023 to which there were multiple cancellations by then.Business Response

After eight months of doing the lawn chemical services, one third of my lawn is dead, the weeds are growing and they have become non responsive and lie. They told me I was running my sprinklers every day when in fact I was running them twice a week. Never, Im the 11 times they serviced the lawn did they inform me of any problems.
