I would like to thank and recognize your employee, ***********************! He was an exceptional help in all aspects. He was so kind and considerate, he made sure I understood every detail of my debt, payment, and also was great at listening to my issues and helping me work around them. I usually hate answering phone calls from debt collectors but he really made my day better with his positive attitude and calm demeanor. I now feel at ease knowing Im paying off a bill Ive been avoiding for months and months. Hes truly an asset to your company. I hope this young man is recognized for the work he does, so many of us actually care about our jobs and the people we help and do not get the recognition we deserve. Thanks again for your time *****.

1 starHorrible company. charged a ***** fee for a 4-dollar charge. I will be filing formal complaints for ********************* and ******************************* for ethical business practices. 1 starVery disappointed in management skills of personnel in *********** ** ********************* Apartments! Does not listen to or care about tenants and has shown to be FAR from LUXURY APARTMENTS AND AMENITIES WE AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND A COMMUNITY SIGNED UP FOR! Signed a pre lease in good faith with former owners in August 2022! Move in started last of May 2023! Very stressful to live here as nothing is as promised! Valor Homes is the current owner and it was built, pre-leased and sold by ******************* to Valor! RENT IS HIGH AND PROMISES MADE HAVE NOT BEEN FULFILLED!! NOT RECOMMENDED! They have been harassing me with spam texts and now calls about collecting a debt for the North ***** ****************** I dont reside in ***** nor have I ever been to that state. Every time I block a number, they use a different one to contact me. I dont know how they have my contact information, but it is getting old.Review fromKarmen E

1 starThey ask me if they were speaking to terminated and I said yes and I asked him what it was in regards to and they said are you **************** and I said I've already answered you that and she hung up on me so I don't even know what this is about but this is BS out of nowhere I'm getting harassed by them and they don't want to say why?Review fromSivakumar P

I would like to thank a agent name ****** I think that was her name.I was talking with a week she was very helpful and help me understand the process with the tolls and why it was in collection. She was pleasant and help me calm down when I was upset and cursing her. If I have any issues I will call her back to help me cause was getting the run away and no one would help and she did. 1 starIf I could place a NEGATIVE ZERO stars I would. This collecting agency has been HARRASSING me for YEARS now. They have me confused with someone else. I used to politely call them back and tell them they have the wrong number and they would promise to take my number off their list, BUT THEY DON'T. The harrassment has escalated to the level of them calling me from different numbers. I have blocked at least 20 numbers from them. A rep cussed at me one time when I told her that I was tired of their calls when I have already told them they have the wrong number. This agency is so ghetto and unprofessional. I hope they fall under and fail. I would love to see their business wiped out!!!Review fromBrenda N

1 starI paid a ***** toll charge on 3/29. I have a confirmation number and proof of payment. As of right this minute they are saying I still owe the money period. They WILL NOT listen to reason and all of my information regarding this matter
