      keep getting calls from this company. Sorry, 1) I don't discuss financial information with cold-callers; 2) I have a credit score of 815 - no CC debt... don't try to lie and say I owe ANYONE money - scammer/ID theft company

      I got a phone call today for a debt collector from my old cable company I explained I'm disabled and they said we'll you know how much you get a month because I'm on a fixed Income I felt that was extremely inappropriate then kept asking me to give my debit card or my bank account number over the phone so I hung up on them I will not give my card or bank details over the phone because of all the scam callers I don't trust anyone the person that called me made me uncomfortable and was kind of rude when I explained I don't get paid weekly If I could give ZERO stars I would that was extremely inappropriate

      This number keeps calling me, every single day, will not give me any information about who they are or why they are calling, yet they want my private information. I dont have any debt, and they are apparently a collections company. They are very nasty and rude when I dont give them any information.

      I paid hundreds of dollars in debts from tolls through the NTTA that Valor was collecting last year. My husband had been deployed to Korea and never got the bills. Today I got a text that he still had a $224 bill from 2021 that the company simply didn't apply my money to or forgot. They never sent another bill, just a text that I luckily clicked the link to. I called NTTA and they wouldn't use the $166 credit we have and said that they could see where we had paid hundreds of dollars, that this balance was simply not paid towards them.

      No message, just a hangup, looked up identified name: VALOR. No debts, cold call, wish FCC would ban these debt collector calls. DO NOT CALL ME.

      I closed an internet, the ** cable, and the home phone account with X-************ at the local store on 08/04/2022. The home phone was disconnected right the day after. A down graded account was set up without home phone and to have only the cable and the internet at the same time on 08/04/2022. I then left for Oversea a the end of the month and returned to ***************** in mild Oct. 2022. For some reasons, my old account was never closed, and the auto pay continue with one my credit card. At the same time, my down graded account also was billed with auto pay with another credit cared. I reported soon after I cam back, and I have spent over 50 hours with this double billing, talking to the local store employees, to the billing department, and to the **************** agents. So stressful every **************** and explaining some problem over and over. My health has been affect at the same time for have to repeated this problem that still not been talking care. To keep the long story be short. Today, I received a letter from the Valor Intelligent that say I have to pay $379 for cable service that I owe to my old account. I then phone the Valor Intelligent right away and I explained to the agency that what ready has happened with the double billing, and that how stressful has been for me for deal this with no result. Believe or not, the Valor Intelligent agency suggested that i should pay this $379 so that my health and my credit score won't be affect further.

      I paid it the first time assuming it was toll charges my concern is you will never talk to a real person to verify what you are paying. Pay it or the phone hangs up. So I give up and refuse to pay another invoice without speaking with a live person! Bug off!

      I must be a scam, harassment at the very least.Text only messages to payntta.com? Send me a bill by mail and show me a contract or leave me alone.I have no idea who these people are and want no part of it. I have no "account" and I'm not interested in creating one. Nice try!

      I receive calls from this number multiple times and I block each new number. I dont give out personal information over the phone, even to my bank (which would not ask anyway) of 30 years! The reviews seem to say they ask for personal information (I consider my address personal!) I have a chronic illness that makes it hard for me to sometimes even hold my phone!! No letter from them (which youd get from them were they reputable). Please stop calling me!
