      Only writing this to prevent anyone else from being taken advantage of. This company is very unprofessional in the way they conduct business. If you use them and have issues which its likely you will. You will regret it use someone else. They made a mistake on a delivery and charged excessive charges for fuel and delivery fees even when it was their mistake. To recover the delivery cost. And also continue to charge for late payment 4 months after settled. Best advice DO NOT USE DOZR!

      This company is horriable, promised me a ***** lbs dozer to my place in *******, I took off work for a 2 weeks vacation from ******** and flew out to az to use the dozer on my land there. I confirm two week before on the date and time and they agreed syill good, then I called a week before leaving again they agree on time and date still good to go. Then the day of while in az, yes it will be there today around 5 pm. No show, week later offered me a ***** dozer, not big enough. Local guy they contracted for this , said i would have not had ***** only ***** dozer ? then weekend before i leave they oftered me a ***** dozer for another 2000 dollars on top of my 1500 they had for months. I losy vacation time, airfair and a driver who i paid to drive it. they said ok sorry then we will refund your money if you dont agree to 2000 more on top of the 1500 already paid. I used them 2 years ago and the machine broke down and no one to contact to fix it. no refund or anything. better deal on next rental, that did not turn out right at all. Beware of this company. never hire them.

      We had a great experience with ****. They provided us with a boom lift at the last minute when another rental company let us down. We exclusively use **** now.

      Dozr is a rip off I had a boom for one day and called it off the next day they charged me for a week almost 7k and then they charged me 197 on top of that a week later. I called several times to get my money refunded for the extra days they charged me and the 197 dollars (which I still dont know what that is for).they all said ok we will check on this and get back to you and nothing ...crickets!Do not use them they are rip offs! I would think the better business bureau would do something about these guys I see I am not the only one they have overcharged!

      Do NOT rent from ****. Absolutely ridiculous overcharging, nearly 2 days late for equipment pick up, equipment had a terrible smell to it and the support team is slow. 0/10 do not recommend.

      Unreliable. Bad billing. Bad business practices. Just looking to s**** you over and take your money and run. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You're better off renting from **********. I can give you the details of my story if you'd like, but I suggest you learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company.

      I recently used DOZR for equipment rental, I'm interested in sharing this with all. I just booked the equipment for rent in the Dozr through an online website, I got a call from the Dozr team and they offered me the equipment at the right price in the market. They are providing extended rental services for the equipment. The rental extension policy and customer support agent's behavior are excellent.Also for pickup, they came on time to pick up the equipment. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and customer support team of Dozr.

      *** never made a public complaint of a company but this company left me no choice. I had problems with them from the very beginning that were never resolved. **************** is terrible. Id strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. There are many better options out there, which u learned the hard way.
