  I recently used DOZR for equipment rental, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The platform is user-friendly, the selection of equipment is extensive, and the customer service is top-notch. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the entire rental process was smooth. I highly recommend DOZR for anyone in need of reliable and efficient equipment rental services.

  DO NOT USE DOZR.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES. ITS A SCAM.
  I reserved a doser 2 months inadvace. I specifically asked for a enclosed doser because of the conditions we were working in. On the date of arrival it was a old NOT enclosed doser. I immediately called before the driver unloaded the doser and was told to allow the driver to drop that doser as he needed to pick up another doser and bring it and then would take this old doser back with him. 3 days later he never came. I called back and was begged to keep the old original doser. I informed them that I could not do the work I needed without a enclosed doser. By text message he begged me and I refused. 2 days later they picked up the doser and charged me a week's rental. After months of disputes. Doser.com lied to the credit card company and I ended up paying them a weeks rental fir nothing.
  I ended up going to a private owner and paying twice thanks to Dozer.com.

  Was easy to contract. Equipment was good. Had problem with new JD dozer. Almost immediately many warning lights came on while working at job site. Called DOZR to notify of problems. Had to quit and drive to nearest town to buy DEF fluid. Used two and half gallons to get warning lights to go out. Service people were supposed to come, but never showed. We were supposed to make sure equipment was full of fuel for pickup or pay high fee per gallon. Since work time was lost and incurred DEF cost along with operator/pickup cost, we did not fill tanks then charged about $350. The amount of fuel claimed we used did not match time of meter use. No refund to us. We finished with backhoe and dozer in half the rental time letting them know to pickup. Pleasant situation turned bad.

  I rented equipment from the for April 19th to April 26th 2023 they didn't deliver until April 20th on the 26th I called and told them I was done with their equipment. Then again on the 27th I called and asked why they didn't pick up their equipment and was told they would get it by the 28th they didn't pick it up until the 5th of may then on the 12th of may they charged me 1176.09 for the 27th which I did not rent for that day. Then they draft the 750 in my account without authorization.

  I am filing this complaint to state that this company has over charged me for services in additional time over and over even in next month for equipment not used and would like to be payed back for the charges they have avoided me in this matter in diversion of my phone calls and by stating they would get back to me to revise and never have I have spent alot of time on this and I feel it is pretty wrongful to represent yourself in this business manner. There has been re occurring charges to my credit card and I have put a stop to this through my credit card company. I have been renting Equipment for decades and building my Projects never have I had this kind of Encounter and there needs to be a stop put to this company. Summary- original agreement for the payment amount $736.27 and they charge on 3/17/23. Somehow they charged me over and over on 3/23 for $173.02 and $404.96 on 4/24, and $5 on 4/27. It is really dangerous that they know my credit card number as they keep charging me without our permission. I may have to lock this credit card. Please help.

  The reviews are very accurate.I was told that the backhoe thru United Rentals for 7 days,Dozr was actually the ones who rented from United Rentals and deducted 2800 out of my checking acct,I had only authorized 100 , because I had already paid a thousand,I bought insurance 380 dollars, I was digging when a hard wind blew a top of a pine tree damaging, I told dozier that I was finished with the machine Monday morning, parked and came home.The nachine was not picked until following Thursday ,The charged me for 4 days machine was not used.I was charged 380 dollars because they claimeed that the machine was moved during that period A lie again.I was home 150 miles away, if someone moved the nachine due to their neglegence, The damage they say was not cover by the insurance , they say to to negligent operation Their ioophole to double dip on insurance.Feb 10 my credit card was blocked due to Dozr extracting 3400 dollars from my checking acct, I am sure the FBI will be consulting the company for the unauthorized action

  I rented a backhoe from this company and got ripped off. Beware of this company they charge altogether 4,500 dollars to rent a backhoe for a weekend. They initially charge me 2300 dollars at first. They charged me 200 dollars for some kind of insurance on it in case something happens while you have it. That was include in the 2300 they charged at first. So they charged me 287 dollars for fuel. That I had already filled the backhoe back up with. Witch it only cost me about 90 dollars to put about the same amount they claim they put back in the backhoe. Then when I had it a stick punctured a hose and it stared leaking. So when they came out they fixed. Then charged me another 2200 dollars. So what I'm trying to figure out what was the 200 for the insurance for. Pay attention to these people they are a third party anyway.

  Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They promised a piece of equipment and verified it was available three times before I went ahead and paid them for it. When the day came to have the equipment onsite, they told me they were unable to source it and needed more time, I gave them a couple more days and same result. They charge 50% more than anyone else plus changed the rates they quoted me six days earlier even though their quote says quote good for 15 days. If you are looking for an equipment company DO NOT use these guys, they are either idiots or liars and when they leave you high and dry, they just shrug you off and screw the next guy. I wouldn't wish these guys on anyone. The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to if you want to post your experience, these clowns deserve no stars. They are a great example of bad customer service.

  Charged the money without having the right equipment (even though I was told that equipment is 15 mins away). The price was more than double of average in the area. After we've figured that, promised to return the money immediately. 4 days on the calls, shady operators were promising me to see the funds asap, immediately and blaming my bank to hold the money. Footballing my calls to "the office" which wasn't the office, provide contradicted info about office hours etc. It took me around 20 calls to get an email with confirmation of transaction, explained that it takes 10 days to see the funds, for a transaction which they present as "immediate". Still waiting for my money... stay away. Worst service I have ever experienced.
