    I am filing a complaint against Ticket Center for misleading business practices and failure to deliver services. On April 28, 2025, I purchased two tickets for $697 (Order #********), believing I was buying directly from the event's official site. The webpage I was directed to via ****** did not clearly disclose that this was a third-party resale platform.After the purchase, I received confirmation stating the tickets would not be delivered until the day before the event raising concerns about legitimacy. The face value of the tickets is around $250, making the charge exorbitant. My immediate attempts to cancel were met with evasive responses. I spent over an hour in an online chat with no resolution and was unable to reach a live representative. A cancellation request was also sent to my credit card company and the vendor in writing. I am requesting a full refund and urge BBB to investigate this business for deceptive sales tactics that have affected many consumers.Resolution Requested:Full refund of $697 Clear disclosure practices to prevent future consumer harm and keep from being redirected to a third party site.

    This company is engaging in price gouging, which we have disputed. Tickets listed on Ticketmaster for $60 are being sold by you for $122even 90 days in advancedespite the event being more than half empty. Additionally, their policy of not allowing returns, even within hours of purchase for an event that is three months away, is unreasonable and unfair. I called within the hour to cancel, yet I was denied a refund, despite the fact that tickets were unavailable and it was evident that you had not yet secured them from the venue.This is an unfair business practice, and I feel misled. While I understand the secondary market, their pricing and policies clearly constitute deceptive marketing and unethical price gouging.I expect either a full refund or for the tickets to be adjusted to the fair market value of $60 each.

    The event ticket center website is fraudulent. After the transaction they not only charge twice the amount for tickets, they add excessive fees. Tickets were supposed to be ***** each for 4 people and i ended up getting charged ******. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. The insurance that is supposed to protect you 100%, ends up only covering ******. I tried to reach out within 12 hours of this transaction with no response. I am planning to dispute the charge on my ****************. I went to the venue to check prices and they are only ***** per seat with ***** fees. Four tickets were a total of ******. This event ticket center is a scam and should be charged for fraud and taken down.

    I went to purchase tickets from **************************** in *********, ** but was sent to Tickets Center. I did not realize they do not even have tickets to the show I want to see. I did not understand they are a third party ticket supplier. The ********** told me they have not even released the tickets for the show yet.

    I tried buying presale tickets for a concert but eventstickets had phished the real website and over charged fees where the real website should have had just the set price. I had even contacted the band management and they agreed it must have been phished due to the fact it was a presale event. I would like my money back and this company penalized and the band management agreed this company should be dissolved/terninated as they do not understand how people were sent to this site when it should have been brought to another. The company has already been in the news as well and should be brought up on chargers.

    I bought tickets for the Nutcracker online thinking I was buying Directly from the **** Center. When I received the email it was from ******************************************************. When later I received the tickets and they had a price of $18 each and I paid $588.11 for 6 tickets. I tried to get a refund claiming they scammed me and they denied a refund and said they are legit tickets. I thought I just got ripped off some money but not scammed at that point. Then I called the **** Center to verify the tickets were good before going and was told they were fraudulent tickets and we could not use them. She said they were purchased but were purchased as youth tickets and were fraudulent and we could not use them.

    Went onto ******************************** on September 21, 2024 to order a ticket for the ********** concert at the ********************* in ***************, somehow or another another not sure how it happened but it converted it over to ticket center and they charge my charge card $250.00 for one ticket to this concert. I first contacted my bank about it immediately, but they went ahead and ran the charge.I never heard anything from the bank. What brought my attention to all this immediately is once I saw the charge on my charge card. It was the incorrect amount. Thats why theres a credit on there for *****

    I ordered two tickets to a play at the *********** in ******* Ga on May 10, 2025. I have since discovered that they are a fake online site and that goods/services purchased will not be received. Their talented is ************.

    The name of the business is Tickets Center. Their phone number is ************. They are selling fake tickets and price gouging. They misrepresented themselves. I thought I was dealing with the Fox Theater.

    I bought tickets for a musical and I should have realized it was a scam when they told me that my tickets, which were mobile tickets, would have to be delivered 2 days before the show. It is now the day of the show and no tickets were delivered. I had to call the company who said that they do not have them. They said there was a change in seating which is why my tickets are unavailable. They obviously NEVER HAD CONFIRMED TICKETS! I want as many people as possible to know that this company is falsely selling tickets that they DO NOT HAVE! I dont want other individuals to be stuck in the same situation. I also want to point out that I was clearly price gouged from the jump. I feel like such an idiot who got duped by a fraudulent company.

    ************************************************** is the first website that pops up when searching for tickets. It is not obvious from that it is a third-party vendor and they are reselling tickets but it is in small print in the corner. The ticket prices are 3x what they are on the box office sites. When I received an email about the tickets following the purchase, it said the order has been processed but the tickets are not ready and will be sent to me before the show. I need to sell my tickets because I have a work trip come up. I called requesting a refund and they said they cannot because the tickets are with the broker who has already been paid. If this was a fair business practice either they give me the tickets right now or give me a refund. I seek the latter and they could resell it to another customer.
