    We purchased the JOURNEY CONCERT TICKETS MISTAKENLY, We are charged $207.95. And we found cheaper tickets on Ticket master only $120 and we got that . This is purchased by physically disabled I
    Person. I tried many time and explained to the customer service of event ticket centre, they just keep ignoring us, and the concert is approaching

    Excited to secure concert tickets as soon as they dropped, I searched for the group's name, tickets, and venue on Google. The first result was Ticket Center with my search terms prominently displayed—making it appear as though I had reached the venue’s official site.
    I clicked "View Tickets" and was shocked at the pricing, but since my last concert had been a while, I assumed prices had dramatically risen. As a dedicated fan, I reluctantly purchased two tickets. For seats that were practically in the lawn section, the total was over $1,000!
    When I received the confirmation, I was outraged and sickened to see the face value of each ticket was only $130. Realizing I had ordered from a third-party site, I checked back and saw that months later, I could have purchased two tickets directly from the venue—for far less than what I paid for one through Ticket Center—and with much better seating.
    This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and costly. I feel as if I have been robbed. I regret not realizing the source before purchasing. I don't understand how resellers are legally allowed to instantly buy up tickets at face value and turn around and rip off fans and entertainers. Beware of misleading resale sites and always double-check official venues before buying.

    Please don’t buy anything tickets with this and don’t know how to call them, This website is a SCAM. They charge way more than the actual event ticket page. They scam individuals pay close attention that you do not end up on their page for tickets. They are a third party scam site, they do get real tickets but overprice them.
    They have the worst customer service , untrustworthy at all.

    In August of 2024, I made a purchase from EventsTicketCenter.com: five tickets for the February 21, 2025 show of Les Miserables at the Popejoy Hall in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

    In December 2024, I received notice that the delivery of my order had been changed from Direct Transfer to Upload QR Screenshot. I complied with all instructions and downloaded the QR codes that were to be my tickets. I heard nothing else from EventsTicketCenter.com after that date.

    On February 21, 2025, I drove my family the two hours to the show, where I was told that my tickets were void. The Popejoy staff member who gave me the news said that the Popejoy Hall does not partner with EventsTicketCenter.com at all, and that the fact that the tickets were void probably means that EventsTicketCenter.com sold them more than once. They had no other tickets to sell us, so my whole disappointed family and I drove the whole two hours back home.

    I sent an email to the customer support email as suggested on eventsticketcenter.com. It is undeliverable. I further noticed on eventsticketcenter.com that while reviews are displayed, there is no way to actually leave a review on the site.

    In short, EventsTicketCenter.com appears to have deliberately stolen over $2,000, as well as six months of anticipation, four hours of travel time, travel expenses, and one of the most disappointing and humiliating evenings I have ever had the displeasure of living through. They have stolen the chance for my family to see this show. I have no reason to believe they are not thieves and fraudsters, and I am shocked anyone at all regards them as a legitimate enterprise.

    Right after making a purchase, I realized it was a mistake. I contacted them to cancel and they said “too bad”. Just minutes! Their site does not make it clear that they are a ticket exchange. They make it look like they are the actual seller. Deceptive and I want them to be investigated for unfair business practices.

    This company is an absolute scam. I purchased a ticket for a concert that was literally three times the going rate from other merchants. I tried to cancel and get a refund within minutes after making the purchase and before my tickets were even delivered. They told me all sales are final even though it states on their website that you can make a cancellation before tickets are received or downloaded. I am trying to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. This company is horrific and I would never make a purchase for them again.

    I purchased two tickets to go see on Dec. 3, 2024 the Pentatonix Christmas show from Tickets- Center. I was charged $169.00 per ticket, $91.00 in service fees and $7,50 for ticket delivery. In other words my credit card was charged $451.00. When I checked on the ****** ******* website, I couldn't find the seating area and I decided to check the cost of the tickets on their site. The cost is not more than $60.00 PER PERSON. Wow, that's a big cost difference. I contacted Tickets-center and they refused to reimburse my money. They put a timer on for the seats you select and human nature has it that we rush to get the tickets before they are gone! I asked for their location and would not provide that information. I also contacted the real Ticketmaster and informed them of the occurrence.
    Tickets-center are a scam and taking advantage of people. Somehow, someway they need to be stopped!
    Please contact your credit card company immediately so they can put a stop payment to this group of thieves.

    Bought 2 tickets to a Ricky ******* comedy show for $550 when they are only worth $200!! Immediately tried to get a refund.
    I called their customer service department and was placed on hold for one hour only to tell me that they don’t do refunds. The lady who put me on hold knew why I was there and that she couldn’t provide a refund yet put me on hold anyways.
    Terrible and immoral company.

    I bought 2 tickets to see Pink Martini in Erie PA. I was charged $329.39 for the 2 tickets. Last night at the event, I found out that the actual price of the ticket was $50 each. That would be $100 for 2 tickets. This means that this Event Ticket Center scammed me for an additional $229.39. What kind of people do this? I see from the reviews now, that this is a common occurrence with this company. It’s disgusting and hurtful. How can any company justify this?

    Purchased tickets to an event and found that what I was paying was literally 10 times the face value for the ticket had I purchased it through the venue.

    I am not granted a refund I plan on filing a complaint with the state Attorney General in the state of Florida.
