      I have 2 pieces of Tupperware that need to be replaced under lifetime warranty. I've been buying these products for more then 30year and have never this be a problem. It's garbage the the customer service doesn't even know anything. He was quick to help me find someone to sell me replacements. It's time to stop hiding and to do what you promised customer you would

      I have damaged Tupperware that I can't get replaced. When I call, they state they are revising the warranty. Call back another time. First called several months ago. Have stopped buying Tupperware since they won't honor warranty. Would like my very small pieces replaced. One is my favorite bowl lid for my salads. Please help

      I have a cracked Tupperware lid, and have called (multiple times) and emailed (through their website) the company to get a replacement. These are lifetime guaranteed products. It is an oval 1617-13 lid. They still make these lids and should be simple to honor the warranty and send a replacement. I've received no response to the online submission I made months ago, and every time I call I get the same response - that their warranty system is being upgraded and I could call back in a few weeks.

      Have 3 pieces of Tupperware, all with Lifetime warranties. Opened a claim in 06/2021. First email received is they were updating their warranty system, should be addressed, at the end of July. I have contacted them almost every month since. In June they told me that they were working on issues that come from consultants first. But i can send back my pieces. Sent back my pieces, and contacted them again. I have**** tracking #, and confirmation that Tupperware had indeed received it. When i contacted Tupperware again today, they will not confirm they had received my pieces, and told me they are still working on their warranty system, and to check back, but could not give any time frame. Just want my 3 pieces replaced.

      Like other customers, I also have been waiting for Tupperware to honor their warranty policy. I began calling the toll free number in October of 2021. I called each month and was finally given a Ticket ********* on December 15, 2021 for several pieces of Tupperware that have cracked and should be replaced under their policy. I have continued to check their website for updates and was even told in June, 2022 that they would soon be honoring their warranty policy. So far, nothing has changed.

      A Tupperware Customer Care representative contacted me via email on 8/8/22. I answered her questions regarding the items needing to be replaced and received another email on 8/10/22 stating that they had submitted an order for replacement Tupperware to be sent to my address. I am now waiting to receive the Tupperware replacement containers. Thank you BBB for your help with this complaint. Hopefully, I will receive the replacement Tupperware as promptly as I heard from the Tupperware Customer Care representative.

      Last fall the lid on one of my tupperware bowls cracked. I took a picture and called the company. I was told they are updating their warranty system and to call back later. I asked how soon they would be up and running and he didn't know. I asked how long it had been going on and was told it had been awhile. I pressed and him asked if they just aren't honoring their warranty anymore. He stuck with the story line. I have been checking their website since then and it always says the same thing. Today, a chunk of the lid came off so its no longer usable. The website still won't allow me to make a warranty claim. It seems like they're not willing to make good on their promises. I just want a new lid so I can continue to use the bowl for storage.

      I am having issues with Tupperware's replacement warranty. Over the last year I have called multiple times about 4 cracked lids needing replacement as per their warranty. I have been told that their system is not ready to process claims and cannot give a date as to when it will be available. I tried calling customer service today 1-800-887-7379 and the number just hangs up. My Tupperware is useless without the lids and it appears they are avoiding honoring their warranty. Hopefully BBB can help me.

      I have several Tupperware products purchased in the past, all of which have lifetime replacement warranties. I have never had a problem having broken pieces replaced, however I have been trying to get warranty replacements on some items for almost a year now, having called three times since January, 2022. The Tupperware company continues to tell me that they are working on revising their warranty policy. This is what they tell me each time I call and it seems like there is some deception going on here. This is not to Tupperware company that I have always known. My items were purchased before this "revision" and should be replaced under the lifetime warranty that was in effect at the time of purchase.

      After contacting the BBB, Tupperware honored their warranty. It took 4 weeks of back and forth call backs and finally a representative (supervisor) was able to take my replacement order over the phone. I have been a loyal Tupperware customer for many years. I will not be purchasing Tupperware again. Thank you BBB.

      I have been trying to get replacement items under their lifetime warranty since May 2021. I have called monthly to get an update with the same response of they are updating the system. Continue to call monthly as the suggest only to get the same response. E-mails go unanswered. My products were purchased well before this "system upgrade" and should be honored under the old system.

      I have been trying to get a replacement lid for a warranteed tuperware product. I keep being told when I call that the warranty is being updated and they don't know when it will be available but if I can send the defective product to them at my expense and it may or may not replace it. Also they wanted me to contact my consultant who I purchased it from. She passed away a long time ago. Their lifetime warranty was in place when I purchased this item and was one of the reasons I purchased the bowl I did. They had a good reputation but now they aren't standing behind their products and warrantees.
