      I have a cracked lid and a warped lid from a Tupperware container that is covered by the company's lifetime warranty. I have been calling off and on since July to request that they honor their replacement parts policy, and EVERY time I call the excuse is that their warranty system is "Upgrading." They told me I could try mailing in my pieces but that, that process is pretty backed up and I should just keep checking back . I can only assume they are just making an excuse to not honor their warranty. In the past I have had no trouble obtaining replacement parts. I just had to take a picture and only had to pay for the shipping. I can't use a container with no lid. There lifetime warranty is a promise they have made. Why won't they just give me a replacement? If they can't honor their warranty maybe they need to change it.

      Tupperware changed the parameters of their Lifetime warranty AFTER I purchased the items. I have a cannister set, and one of the lids broke. They state that I have to pay upwards of $25.00 to send the bad item to them before they will replace it. This is not what I agreed to when I purchased the products several years ago.

I was able to place it on the container with no issues.

      Dear BBB Representative,My family has been purchasing Tupperware products since **** and for the most part, our experience has been very positive. Early in 2022 however, one of the mini choppers I purchased from Tupperware suffered a failure of the 'pull string' mechanism, and no longer pulls correctly under a load. This is a manual mechanism, not powered by AC. We contacted Tupperware's customer service department twice during the year, each time being told that nothing could be done to assist, as their warranty "system" was undergoing an upgrade. While I was willing to accept this the first time, the second time, a long period after, I was no longer willing to accept the same reason. The representative told me that this same "excuse" was being told to all customers, from approximately April/May of 2021 - almost a year. There has to be some violation of the law occurring here, given Tupperware has a lifetime warranty, market's its products this way, and sells them with this understanding, but is doing its best to find constructive ways of avoiding honoring it. At this time, I would simply like to have the device replaced with a unit that works or return to me the original cost of the product. I find it sad that after a lifetime of my family purchasing these items, and being a loyal customer, that this is the only venue for the company to keeps it promise.

      I have been trying for months to have a ********** (blue #2L 8 3/4c) replaced through Tupperware per their warranty and it has not been resolved. I called **************** (File ********* and although only the bowl was broken, they instructed me to return the bowl and the lid to them for replacement to insure a proper fit. I paid to have it shipped, they received the item on September 26, 2022. ***** #**********************) ******** calls were made to them throughout October and November. (at times given file numbers ******** & ************) I spoke to supervisors, and eventually ended up with a manger ******" with cell phone of ************ who insured she would resolve. We conversed via ************* Eventually received package (package ID *************** on Nov 26. However package contained 2 bowls and no lids. I immediately texted same day to notify her of improper replacement. She said it was packing issue, keep those, she'll place a new order and ensure the right pieces get sent. After not hearing anything about tracking or new order # I reached out to her on Dec 7, Dec 15 via text and called on Dec 21. I have had no responses to texts or phone calls. I would like to file a complaint against Tupperware and get my blue ********** replaced. It was part of a set.

      The day after filing this complaint with BBB, I received a replacement bowl and lid from Tupperware; however, the bowl and lid do not match. The bowl is blue and the lid is white. So the replacement is still incorrect. Please note that Tupperware requested I return the matching lid with the defective bowl, I would like the matching blue lid.

      I have been calling for two years to get lids that have simply cracked. each time i log on and call I am told that the warranty system is down and once it is up again I can submit a claim and have the lids sent to me under warranty. I called again today 12/21/2022 and was hung up on by ***** when I asked when the system would be up and running again. I called back and just offered to buy the lids and have them mailed to me but was told I could not do that. I only did that becaus that is what the site instructed me to do. this is a very poor business practice, offeing lifetime warranties on the product and then making it impossible to submit a claim. disgraceful...

      Since January 2022, I have been trying to get 3 Tupperware lids replaced. I just called customer service ************** & was told their warranty system has been down for 2.5 years!!! The 2 Tupperware Directors that I spoke with prior to the customer service call told me they could help me & then they ghosted me & didn't have the courtesy to say the system was down!!!! Apparently, I can send the lids to a warehouse in **************** will see if they can replace them. I fear I will never see the replacement lids.

      No lids were replaced for the items I requested. Instead of a lid for my stacked steamer, the substitution was a rice cooker which is nothing like a stacked steamer. Was also sent a substitution container that is about a quarter of the size of the container that I requested a replacement lid.

      They say they will provide a comparable product if they no longer carry the product that is broken. However, the products are not comparable. The rice cooker is nothing like the stacked steamer and there was no ****************** in the package I received and the Modular Mates(r) Oval 1 is about 1/3 of the size of the Modular mate for which the lid broke. My modular mate is not a mini. It holds 8 cups.

      I have been trying to reach Tupperware regarding replacement of my lid (#***-5), which cracked right down the middle recently. Reaching them by phone has been impossible and of course I've been waiting for the online warranty system to come back online...only to do a search on the internet tonight to find that apparently their system has been down for a over a year. For what we pay for Tupperware and the promised lifetime warranty, this is a huge disappointment in a product that has been a reliable American brand name for decades. I just want the cracked lid replaced on my (very expensive) set of bowls!

      I have been calling and checking the website for warranty replacement for almost a year and am told that they are upgrading the warranty system. After reading other complaints it seems as if they are lying and do not plan on honoring thier warranty and have used this as an excuse.

      I have been trying to get replacement lids for several pieces of Tupperware that are older pieces. When I call (this has been going on for months) they indicate that their warranty system is being upgraded. However, if I want to purchase the lids they are available for purchase and they offered to help me find a local representative that can assist. What??? Upgrading the system to the point it is unavailable for months? I have a hard time believing it is true, especially since they don't mention the system maintenance until after I give the Tupperware item number.
