      If you take your health seriously, do not use this joke of a company. They care more about the green that they care about your ability to breathe. During a years time, I successfully got 6 months worth of equipment. They claimed I was "noncompliant" when they told me in email to send chip to somewhere in Tennessee. Wrong address! And I might die if I don't have this equipment because of an odd condition that is not straight Apnea. I have had to cash pay for filters hoses, masks, water chamber. Yes, I have insurance.

      I never even asked to use this company or contracted with them. A supplier in Dallas told me that I could he would get a hold of a company that could replace my ask for less than $100. A few month later a box came with a mask, a hose, and replacement nose cups. A few month after that I was sent a bill for a little over $20 and thought, what a bargain. Then I received another bill for over $120, which I reluctantly paid online. I have since been sent three other bills, the last for $88 which is classified as "rental". Again, I have never contracted with these people, much less agreed to rent medical equipment. If it's a rental, they can have it back! It's a scheme, and I want it to go away and have nothing to ever do with this company. They sent me some weird acccounting that is useless and confusing -- I think they have the brothers from "Succession" doing their books.

      I have a payment of $30 come out each month till my bill is paid for. I lost my debit card and I called the office (Fort Smith) to give them the new card number. They had just taken out my $30 two days before. I owe $90 and told the guy on the phone to NOT take anything out since I just made a payment. He said ok. At the end of the conversation he said my receipt would be in the mail. I asked to make sure he did not charge me and he said no mam, it’s just to show we updated your payment information. Got off the phone and I checked my account. I was charged the $90. Called back and spoke to a lady. I explained to her what happened and I don’t know if she hung up on me or the call dropped but no one made any attempt to call back.
      Called a third time to speak to supervisor. Was on hold for a while and they came back to say they were too busy. That they would call me back at the end of the day. Never received a call. Called the next day to speak to supervisor again, said they were busy and would call me at the end of the day again. Never got the call. I did speak to someone who said they put in for me to get my $90 back but still haven’t received that either.

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No apology from anyone and then I received another bill for $53. Don’t even know what that is for. I know people make mistake and things happen. I get that. But the lack of customer service, especially no call back from a supervisor says a lot about that location. They will be losing me as a customer.

      Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. **************** is a joke. No-one knows what is going on. Different answer every time I called. Tried since April/May 2022 to get oxygen certified through ********* Every time we submitted requested documents they requested more information. I had to call just about every week which is how I found out additional information was needed. Requested callback from district manager ***** never came. I could never get anyone to call. In November I was told I had to start over as information was over 30 days!!! I we2nt to doctor as requested and was told about another company. Within 24 hours it was ******** approved and oxygen delivered!!! SERIOUSLY!! Then they withheld my CPAP supplies and never called me. I ordered end of October and received end of December. Again no-one called to tell me I was non compliant. I was told to buy my own as ******** won't pay until I became compliant. How about a call and tell me they will have to direct bill me and send me the supplies. No empathy for their customers. Horrible horrible company. What a joke. They deserve a lawsuit for the stress and suffering while recovering from a near fatal car accident. This was the last thing I needed in my life a company with no compassion. I was even lied to and called the rep on it. Was told she didn't know *****' last name then said she told me she didn't feel comfortable giving it to me!! The supervisor I spoke to was useless. This ***** needs to come down from their glass tower. *** the supervisor was also of no help. I could go on, but you get the gist of what I am saying. NO star rating.

      I ordered CPAP supplies in December 2022. My supplies were delivered late December/early January. The normal process is to bill my insurance first and billed for any amount not covered by my insurance. By the second week of January, I started receiving collection calls from AeroCare to pay the balance not covered by my insurance. I stated that I would pay the invoice as soon as I received an invoice. I received an invoice January 17th at 11pm with a due date of February 6th. I paid my invoice on January 18th, today. I am still receiving collection calls. I felt bullied because I refuse to give AeroCare auto pay. I am a well-established patient and I have always paid my invoices on time upon receipt of an invoice.

      If 0 was an option that would be the choice for this company. They DO NOT know what they are doing and they ARE NOT truthful. We attempted to work with them on a bill that was incorrect (our insurance company was at least helpful in attempting to assist) after being told many times that the account was on hold and that we could make payments to the company and guess what they did not do any of the things requested or attempt to help in any way resolve the issue

      this business continues to call and mail bills that have already been submitted to insurance companies. All have been paid by the insurance companies or are in-process, but they want me to pay in advance anyway. I asked the brilliant customer service body if all past claims have been paid by the insurance company and this body said "yes" and then I asked then why call me. Dead silence! now I get a mailed bill stating past due for $39.90 on 12-19-22 for service 11/17/22 $19.62,I called my insurance and they paid this bill 11/17/22. The balance hasn't been mailed to them from AeroCare. This has been a absolute nightmare dealing with this outfit.

      This company has taken money out of my account twice without my permission. I told them NO and they took the money out anyway. Now I'm getting phone calls to update my payment information. If this happens again, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

      Horrible company to deal with. Communication is nonexistent. I have tried calling, emailing and the response from the company is poor. AeroCare has stolen money from my account because their inept billing department cannot figure out how to bill secondary insurance. I have attempted to resolve the situation to no avail. If you have a choice, find another company.

      And yet again, I've emailed and received no call back. Adapt loves to say they want to help, and as is typical, they have no accountability.
