      It was wonderful to know the scooter would be at the bell hop station when I got there and equally as great to be able to drop it off at the **************** at the end of our trip. Thank you for that. I didnt have to use any of our vacation time waiting for delivery or pick up.

      Always great service from the Scooterbug team! If something goes wrong they are quick to correct it. I wont rent a scooter from anyone else.

      I would leave a zero if I could. Absolute worst experience. We rented two for a ****** vacation, both had battery charging issues. Had to leave them both in the park for them to pick up. They were supposed to leave us 2 replacement scooters the next day.we only received one. **************** could care less. They absolutely ruined our vacation.

      Most flawless scooter rental we've experienced on our trips to ******. Scooter worked properly and was clean. We had to make a modification to our reservation because the person using the scooter was having issues utilizing the controls since they are experiencing motor function issues with their hands after a stroke. We were able to switch out to a wheelchair. The transition was executed easily. The modifications never impacted our travel plans and we continued to have a wonderful time on our ****** vacation.

      The whole process was flawless. They even email you a user manual link (which is easy to download) so you know how to operate your scooter before pick-up. I was a first time rental user and I would do it again without hesitation.
