      The Scooterbug rep that was on site at the Pop Century went above and beyond to meet my specific needs. The scooter that was reserved for me had a seat that was not adjustable. My back needs to be supported in an upright, straight position in order to also support my cervical spine. The rep had me try about three different seats until he found one that was comfortable for my needs, and adjustable. I really appreciate the time he took with me to make sure my physical needs were met. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name to let you know what a valuable employee he is! Thank you whoever you are!       Very easy to work with. I actually placed my order the night before we were arriving at Disney and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. They dropped off and delivered and everything went smoothly.

      I am so thankful that I called the Disney information line prior to our trip because I was worried that their electric wheelchairs were first come first serve. They gave me your number and from the minute I called they put my worries to rest when I found out the Scooter Bug could be delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival. Thank you so much for making my trip to ********** so magical without all the worries.

      This company is awesome. I have rented from them twice 2021 and 2023. They deliver the scooter to your hotel fully charged and pick it up from your hotel. They have never gouged me or tried to say I did any damage. I asked the hotel (******* *** and Resort on International Drive Orlando Fl) to recommended them to their guest.

      My family and I visited Disney World this past week. I have a bad back and needed a scooter to get around the four parks. I've never driven a scooter before and it was a breeze. I was so impressed with ScooterBug. Their Customer Service is great, the scooter delivery and pickup was great with no effort on my part, and it was worth every cent. I'd highly recommend Scooterbug for your next trip. Keep up the great work!!
