      The scooter was delivered on time and in the expected place. There were no problems with the scooter while I used it. Returning the scooter to the same place I picked it up was convenient. The price was reasonable. All in all a great experience with this business.

      We had a great experience renting from Scooterbug! The double *** was perfect for my 6 and 3 year old when they got tired of all the walking at ******* The stroller was at our hotel when we checked in and we just left it at bell services to be picked up on our last day. Super easy!

      My scooter bug overall experience was wonderful. Came fully charged and we were at the park from 8am-9pm. It ran great and never had to charge it while at the park. I did have one broken arm rest on the scooter but I worked around it. I honestly couldnt have made it thru the whole day without this scooterbug. It was at our resort waiting for us and I dropped it off outside our hotel. Super easy. I would use them again.

      I was disappointed with the initial scooter because it was in very poor condition. However, I called to inform you of my displeasure and you sent me a replacement the same day. I was pleased with the response and the new scooter.

      I am very happy with my rental From the scooter bug. My scooter was delivered on time was very clean and well-maintained. I had great customer service from my initial contact, including making several changes that never was a problem all customer service I came in contact with were professional kind. They all went overboard to make sure I was a happy customer. Delivery was extremely easy leaving it right at my resort and for them to pick up. The scooter was top notch only had one small little glitch with it which I realize was my own personal mistake but when I reached out to ask about it they were extremely helpful and help me see what I was doing wrong and of course never blamed it on me. I am planning another trip next year and I will definitely be using scooter bag again. I highly recommend them for their professionalism theyre caring and good quality scooters.

      THE SCOOTERS WERE THERE WHEN PROMISED. THEY WERE IN GREAT WORKING ORDER. SCOOTERBUG COULD NOT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM. THEY EVEN KNEW STUFF ABOUT ************, THAT THE BUSES AT THE **** HAVE SPACE FOR TWO SCOOTERS, THAT I FOUND VERY HELPFUL.
