      After a slip & fall on Jan 21, 2022, not ever dealing with something like this, the first atty firm we thought of was Morgan & Morgan, because we always hear you say for the people. I'm
      so confused after hiring your firm and just searching for answers.
      I went to work early that day and fell and broke my leg . I had to have 2 surgeries and a titanium bar in my leg, and spent 8 days in hospital. There was no worker's comp. insurance but owner
      did have a limited liability insurance policy which your attorney's said they went after. I don't know as no one told me anything except a year and a half later I'm told they are dropping the
      case. I guess I have been bounced around to attorney's. Never spoke with anyone except Richard Lavery who seemed to care and then he said they took the case from him. I was told this
      could be a personal injury case, which I did not understand why they would not send over to a Morgan & Morgan Personal atty. as all my records are there. I was sent a letter that Morgan &
      Morgan could not say that I did not have a case but I was free to look for another Attorney.
      I'm confused, for a 1 1/2 year I thought Morgan & Morgan was my attorney?

      I'm 65 years old, broke my leg and lost my job and I don't know what i'm supposed to do now

      Waste of time. Filed a case in April of 2023. Never hear back from them unless I threaten to go elsewhere and that's because they want the commission. this is the equivalent of the worst fast-food chain ever. They are constantly switching my attorneys, Oh yeah when they do call you back they sound annoyed. I am looking into other options for my case at this moment because I don't think they give a ****. They have taken on to many cases and now do not know what to do. John Morgan should be ashamed of himself. I am sure he wouldn't want his brother to be treated how all these clients in the comments are being treated. He probably doesn't even know because it is an auto-generated response to each complaint not personal at all

      I contacted Morgan and Morgan about a fall I took at Walt Disney, They immediately sounded interested and they told me I have a good case. The initial case worker assigned to me had great communication with me and she seemed like she was always looking out for me. But then my case was assigned to another case manager along with a different attorney. That's when all communication between them and me ceased. I have tried multiple times via phone calls with voice mails to both my attorney and my case manager aka paralegal. Neither have returned my calls in almost three months. Absolutely ridiculous for a law firm that constantly advertises "For the people". What a disgrace....
