      I've had Drake for over 7 years handling my lawn and pest control. My yard is one of the nicest lawns in the neighborhood. They are always prompt when I call for weed service and when I find ants. The issues are resolved pretty quickly and easily. I would highly recommend their team.

      I have used Drake Lawn and Pest since 2015. They do a great job maintaining my home and lawn, I love their MOSQUITO service living next to the River it's a game changer. Great customer service and local company.

      Drake serviced my lawn for weed and pest control. I was only having problems with weed. When my grass started to burn, they kept applying more chemicals until I told them to stop. They claimed their warranty only cover sod replacement for insects. Dates were as follows for services before I told them to stop. 4/29, 5/30, 6/10, 6/29, They also billed me on 7/14 and 7/18. I actually met the the tech Chris at the door and told him not to return to put anymore chemicals on damaged grass, so there was no service performed. I've sent emails to David their manager on 7/23, 8/02, 8/05, 8/11, 8/12, and 8/14 requesting info for company CEO. No emails were answered. I sent 13 emails to show the damage. I also have phone log where I called on 9 days for a total of 71 minutes. I received a call on 8/16 after I requested CEO number. I was told they only warranty grass for insect damage not chemical damage. WHAT A JOKE

      Our district manager has responded to your concern. Unfortunately you are not willing to accept the fact that your lawn has drought damage from improper irrigation. We have been documenting this, and explaining this to you for months.

      There is no chemical damage to your lawn. The damage to your lawn is 100% lack of irrigation. Please do not blame us for your inadequate irrigation.

      It's frustrating that consumers are going to read this review and possibly think we do not provide a good service, when in reality, we did provide a good service, and did provide recommendations regarding proper irrigation to fix the problem.

      If negative stars were available, you would get them all. My irrigation was upgraded months before Drake was ever called for service which started as weed control. I had one sprinkler head that was broken for three days. The grass had completely turned black and disappeared in patches from chemicals and not drought. Each time I complained about the damage, Drake's response was more chemicals until I sent the technician away. There was no reason for "lawn experts" to put chemicals on my lawn 5 times in less than 3.5 months. The review stands as accurate.

      My husband and I spent countless hours and buckets of sweat, not to mention money, planting our landscaped backyard this spring.
      Then we hired Drake Lawn & Pest Control to maintain them, as we wanted them to stay alive and in the care of professionals. (We've used them for lawn and pest for about 3 years.)
      Regrettably, now, much of our backyard is in a state of death. I am absolutely torn up about this. I'm even sadder at the fact that when they came to my house, they had no plan for rectifying the situation and then personally insulted me for creating videos showing what had happened. The videos were created because no one was calling me back and I needed Drake to see what was happening to the plants. I posted them on ******* (unlisted) because the files were too large to email and they were only intended for those who had a link.
      After a visit from the GM last week, we arranged for a second visit with the District Manager. He came to the house today. From the start, he seemed to have little knowledge of the situation or interest in rectifying larger issues. While on property he quizzed me on how much potassium is too much for plants and on facts about the plants that we chose to plant. (Sidenote: I did the research) He continually interrupted me not allowing me to finish a thought. When I told him to stop quizzing me and interrupting me, he said he was leaving. On his way out he turned to me and called me "ridiculous" for making the videos. He then told me I looked 'crazy' in them. When I pointed I that I was not in them, he retorted, "you sounded crazy." He did this all while standing on MY property. The unprofessional, arrogant, insulting behavior was appalling and upsetting. Why wouldn't I make a video when no one is responding and able to witness what is happening? Why wouldn't I defend our time and money, and the work we put into our home? I'm so saddened that we paid for a service that was not rendered properly and then was personally insulted.
