    One of our tills had an issue with the EOD report. Nabil ******* made a call and remotely accessed the till. He offered guidance on what he believed to be the issue and how to fix it going forward.

    I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received from EposNow. Their live chat agents have been absolute lifesavers! We recently had an issue with setting up our kitchen display screens, which seemed daunting. But every agent we worked with was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through every detail until it worked perfectly. What I appreciate most is how they explain things clearly, so even a non-tech person like me can understand. The system has also made shift management so much easier, and their Xero integration for a nominal fee is a game-changer for my bookkeeping. Truly grateful for such a responsive and dedicated team!

    Epos sales initially told me everything I wanted to hear.All the options I needed were not available after I paid for the unit & signed the contract.
    On the set up day tech support surprisingly confirmed the unit did not have features I needed & asked for..
    This is how they trap people because as me once people realize the truth you are NOT getting your money back EVER AGAIN & to break free you are charged an exit fee to break the contract with threats that collections will take over...which if you have good credit that will affect you..
    The company lies and there's no finding the original sales man..he did his part in scamming you!
    Stay far AWAY from EPOSNOW! Don't say you weren't warned..
