      On May 23, 2025, I placed a takeout order at 3:49 PM for a strawberry salad at LongHorn Steakhouse, *****************************************. The receipt shows the order wasnt marked ready until 4:15 PMa nearly 30-minute delay for a cold ******** one checked in with me or offered any kind of update or apology. When I walked to the back to ask, a waiter looked directly at me and said nothing. No greeting, no assistancejust stared at me. Staff were visibly standing around talking, and multiple higher-up employees (wearing jeans and plaid button-downs) were present. They saw everything but did nothing to address it.This wasnt during a busy ****** was poor service and no accountability. I stayed calm and respectful throughout, but this experience was unacceptable and disappointing.I am requesting that any follow-up be done via email onlyplease do not call. I want an explanation for why a cold salad took nearly 30 minutes to prepare, with no updates or acknowledgment during the wait. I am also requesting either a refund or store credit for the poor service and delay.

      I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the $20 gift card, but I dont feel it reflects the seriousness of the experience. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a cold salad with no update, no apology, and no acknowledgment from staff or management.


      This wasnt just about foodit was about how I was treated. I would be satisfied with a $50 gift card to fairly reflect my time, inconvenience, and the lack of service I experienced. More importantly, Id also like assurance that this has been addressed at the store level.

      OLIVE GARDEN STE 160 ********************************************************************************************************* I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to your restaurant, as its typically one of my favorite places to dine. Unfortunately, my experience last night left a lot to be ********** start, our server didnt seem very familiar with the menu when we asked about the Buy One, Bring One Home promotion. Her lack of knowledge made it hard to get a clear answer, which was frustrating.Midway through our meal, she returned to our table and asked us to pay on the kiosk because she was being timed. That comment felt out of place and made us feel like we werent trusted to pay our ****** worse, that we were being rushed out.Then, as we were eating, we noticed an ant crawling across our table. We called the server over, and she used one of our napkins to kill it. I specifically asked her to let the manager know, but she didnt follow through. Toward the end of our meal, the manager happened to stop by and asked how everything was. When I brought up the ant, it was clear she hadnt been ******* the managers credit, we did receive a 25% discount, but the overall experience was disappointingespecially from a restaurant weve come to enjoy.

      Olive Garden is a nasty restaurant. The drinks have trash in them. The bread is too salty and you have to keep asking for more bread. The salads do not have enough ingredients. The soup is gross and not prepared correctly. I feel the chicken ******* is not cooked all the way. It tastes ** ***** and I dont like ** *****. The food seems rushed. The desserts are not good. The chocolate sauce is so disgusting with the doughnuts that I wanted to throw up. The waiters and waitresses are lazy, rude and act uppity towards the patrons. I hate Olive Garden and I hope they close permanently. I became ill several times after eating there.

      Our General Manager for the location the guest dined in contacted her. The manager was unable to locate the guest's dining experience in our system, and the guest did not have a receipt for this. However, as a goodwill gesture, our General Manager sent out an electronic gift card to the guest that could be used at any location in the **. The ** also asked the guest to please speak to a manager while she is dining if she experienced any issues in the future.

      I went there to eat with my daughter and niece while my daughter was on lunch break. We waited for our food just for it to be something that would be passed down to a dog. My daughter her dip and tenders were cold. My pork chops were tough and hard. My niece she ordered the mushrooms and they were shriveled up and over cooked and her wings were very salty. When consulted by the Manager about it. She wanted me to still pay and have my food remade but I just want a refund now.

      I had noticed I had a charge on my Debit card from this business and they were located in *********** the charge was dated 03/03/2025 for $ *****.I seen this charge when I checked my statement I contacted the restaurant by telephone on Sunday 5/04/25 and spoke with a manger named *** and explained that I had this charge appear on my card statement and I have never been in ******** ga. *** ( manager) took all the transaction info, my name phone number ect and told me he would locate this and take care of it when I asked if he could just please refund the charge as I was going through medical treatment for a very bad illness and traveling to *****. And he said he would take care of it. However in almost 2 weeks I've never gotten not refund, no phone calls and anytime I call the restaurant the person answers the phone and I ask for a manger or *** she will ask what is my name and what's it in regards to I'll explain it and then they pute on hold and no one ever comes back to the phone and on 2 occasions someone picked up and hung up on me. I am including a screen shot showing dates and times of my calls in an attempt to get back in touch with management to get this resolved but neither *** or other manger will come to the phone I'm just put on hold and no one ever comes back. I ask that this please be resolved and refunded please.

      Ordered ribs and shrimp serve bought salmon and then argued with us that she was right and us wrong and claimed she could not see across booth of 3. **** *. Server cheddars *******************. Mine went home in boxes as the rest of the family was done eating while I sat and watched them.

      I will preface my complaint with this: My family eats at The Olive Garden at least once/month at locations nationwide because of the amount of traveling we do. Thus, we have certain expectations w/ food quality and service--typically, both are stellar. However, we dined at the ******, Ca. location yesterday, and the food served was inconsistent with the quality we are accustomed to receiving. My seafood ******* pasta was undercooked, as was my wife's cheese ravioli. Further, the salad we ordered was not enough to feed the three of us. We asked for another and the server returned w/ less. We never got to ask for a third salad to cover our appetite. What's frustrating is that the restaurant was not that busy.

Our manager did speak to this guest but the guest was unable to provide the date of visit, credit card information, or receipt. Our manager searched on the date of 5/5 and a month previous and we do not have that check number. It is very possible that it was not that location, but the guest has not returned repeated calls from the manager.

      I ordered a meal online and paid with a giftcard. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they didn't have my order in stock and I asked for a refund. Not only did i not get a refund, but my entire giftcard balance was depleted. I have contacted Longhorn multiple times without resolution.

      I apologize for the delay, our restaurant team did submit the refund which was initially rejected due to a system issue. I have had it reprocessed today so the guest should see the refund within a few business days. I am also sending an electronic gift card as an apology for the inconvenience.

      Visited bahama breeze last night with some family that was visiting in from out of town. **** was my server that was not present. When food came it was not eatable. Try to talk with the manager *****, Is very rude manager. He should not be a manager at all.He knows nothing about problem solving or conflict resolution.Not that I was giving him a conflict.I was just airing the issue with the food that arrived at our table. He walked away from me twice told **** was rude twice stood at the doorway, held it open for him.Terrible terrible experience. I ended up speaking with ******* the assistant manager. ******* was very approachable.Understand conflict resolution and problem solving. Not sure why he is not the manager but I hope you will look at him a bit more closely to make him one. ***** should not manage anyone. ***** left me very upset and shaking from the emotional turmoil that I had to suffer dealing with him.
