      Order was never processed, checked in at restaurant curbside, waited 25 minutes, got a message that stated the order had already been picked up. I went inside and spoke to manager named *****, she stated the order had been lost and tried to give me someone else's order. Got smart with me when I told her that the order she was trying to give me was wrong and took the order back to the kitchen, she refused to refund my purchase stating that I would have to get in touch with Paypal.This is a copy of the text that I received at 5:15 pm about the order.Curbside check-in Pickup at 05:00 PM Order #************ $49.39 Our records indicate that your order has been picked up.If you feel this message is in error or otherwise need assistance, please call the restaurant using the link below.

      I went to Longhorn located at ************************************************************************** on 8/8/2024. i ordered a 9 oz filet for myself and Salmon for my wife. I ordered my filet rare. The first filet that came out looked like a sirloin as the steak was almost flat like a burger and the cooked temperature was medium. I refused the steak and told the employee that I wanted the steak how they normally are which is around 2.5inches thick and to be cooked rare. I waited for them to make another steak only for the second one to look the same and this time to be cooked longer than the 1st one. Mind you I have now waited 45 minutes for one steak. I told them this is unacceptable and that they need to hire a new cook. I told the manager i did not want another steak and wanted my wifes food comped. She refused. I have been to Longhorn many times and this is unacceptable.

      I had a server to steal money off my card without my permission, went into cheddars on Monday, spoke with the manager **** and reached out to the corporate office in regards of the matter, which led me to missing work also for my account went into a negative from the server that took money and I had an overdraft with fees. The food was terrible and cold that day which was Saturday July 27, 2024 I asked for a refund and for the extra money that was taken from me And the only thing they offered me was the $10 that was taken off the off my card and they ended up giving me a free appetizer. Which is unacceptable havent heard anything back from corporate!

      I called in and placed a to-go-order over the phone at 10:50 A.M. today 07-22-2024. First of all the order was received later than told. After waiting for over 30 min. I ordered steak and was given no steak sauce,so my order was spoiled.I was upset and called in to speak with a manager to inform her of the issue I was put and left on hold for another 40 min and she never picked up after being told she was on the phone. I called back no even more upset was put on hold again and no pick up at all.It the lousy service.

      I visited longhorn steak twice over the last two weeks. the first visit was on 7-11-2024 at 4:30pm. Check number *****. The first incident. i was seated and it took about ten minutes to be served. i ordered a ribe eye with a side of ribs and loaded mash. well the loaded mash came out cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. the steak looked awfully burnt when I asked for rare. i took the first bite of steak and was overcome with the heavy load of blk pepper where I almost threw up. i immediately stopped eating. i did not eat the ribs steak just nothing but my bread salad and tea. i was so sick from that awful taste with a combination of meat that tasted spoiled and a handful of blk pepper tase.the waitress who was so nice and kind felt so bad and offered to remake it but I was already getting sick. i paid the receipt of ***** which is weird because I didn't eat the entree. the second visit I decided to try again. that visit was on7-13 at 527pm. check number *****. this time I did not order the ribs. i thought by trying it again maybe it would got better. i felt defeated and just ate my food and left. i also found out the watress will lie. if you ask for their wings with no season they will tell u it already comes on there. i was told that for two years. on the first visit on the 11, I actually called the guy who answered explicitly said they can infact order wings with no season or light season. so I asked why the waitress would lie. He said well, because it takes too long, and they don't want to deal with it. i was flabbergasted and shocked! this needs to also be addressed

      Transaction Date: July 9 (to go)Order: Brown ***** Location: Capital Grille Issue:I purchased a food item July 9 (brown bread) uncooked. Cost $15.16. By the time I went to eat it on July 10, it had started to mold. I called the location July 11, again July 12 to no avail.July 13 decided to go there since I had availability. When I arrived, I informed the hostess and she called the manager. He appeared to be very unhappy with me about the situation. I showed him my purchase receipt. I advised I had tried to call. He then states I should have eaten it that day (Jul 9), since it had no preservatives in it. The only instructions were to heat it up 375* for 18 minutes before consuming. I kept it in the fridge, like other breads I purchase. Well he was very rude and condescending. I requested a gift card instead of refund since I frequent Capital Grille often. He just walked off while I was talking, came back with cash instead in the amount of $15. I advised my receipt showed $15.16. He just walked off, then comes back with $1.00. I said it was only $0.16, he stated "What do you want me to do we don't keep change and to keep the dollar." The entire transaction he treated me like ****, when I was professional. *** bothered me as an black woman, would he have done the same to someone else. It left a bad taste in my mouth for this location. Several of the core employee visions of Darden such as inclusion/diversity, respect & caring, ********************* including excellence were not met and severely lacking. **************** was poor to say the least.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is a generic response. Because of this Manager's unethical behavior, I'm now doubtful I'll be treated fairly if I ever go back.  It would be out of our way to dine at another restaurant since this one is closer. But based on that day, it discouraged me wholeheartedly.

      My treatment by that Manager deserves way more than a generic response of we'll talk to him. This is his behavior... Period. It wasn't a fluke or any other excuse. He treated me like trash from the street. While I maintained my composure. I have never experienced something like this before at any restaurant.

      I want a dining credit and the Manager terminated from his position. No person should ever be treated in that manner.

      Today on 7-11-24. We are staying in a hotel in ***** and ordered from the bus Boulevard store. We ordered takeout and when I got back to the hotel, we had no ******* with our steaks. We had no croutons with our salads. We had no silverware no napkins. we ordered medium rare steaks and two of them were literally raw. I called the store and they told me they had just closed. There was nothing they could do basically and they said that we ordered gluten-free steaks that we could only get broccoli with them, but we didnt get broccoli either, and that was interesting that we got no sides was her response ! We live in ******* and we go to Olive Garden all the time and its amazing there. Besides, we had no nocci in our chicken soup. Worst meal ever, Along with the worst response ever! no mints either by the way or cheese!

      I was eating dinner with my family, Wednesday, June 10, 2024. I witnessed the ** having inappropriate contact with a very young looking male employee. I will not allow my children to see or believe this type of behavior happens at a restaurant that claims to be family. I filed a complaint with Darden Corporate and I thought the BBB should be aware of this situation as well.

      On Friday 6/28/2024 I had a curbside pick up for 6:15pm. My husband and I picked up our order and when we got home and started to eat the meals we got we were very disappointed. My husband fried fish tasted raw, baked potato was hard and my meal tasted nasty I got the shrimp *******. I got an order of croissants and they were hard. We ate at ******** before and this was a huge difference in the quality and taste of previous meals we had. We decided we could not eat the food forcefully and we took it back my husband got down and we had the receipt and all meals. The manager I believe his name was ****** gave my husband a hard time and refused to give him a refund. I had paid with ****** pay and he said he needed to send a email in order to give us a refund and a receipt stating the refund and was very adamant of instead giving us a gift card. We did not want a gift card, we wanted a refund. After my husband asking him multiple times he refused to give us a refund and went ahead gave my husband a gift card. We don't want the gift card, happy to return it. We simple want a refund. This whole experience really makes me never want to eat here again and never recommend this place to anyone. Please just make the situation better and just give us a refund for what we paid for. Thank you
