I have requested Green energy group representatives to stop calling me about solar. They call 2 to 4 times a day, every day. I have asked multiple times and just get hung up on. If the people calling is call center that Green Energy group uses, Green energy should be held responsible. This is harrassment. They refuse to remove me from the calling list. Next step is a lawyer. I have received a minimum of 4 phone calls a day for the last 6 months wanting me to become a customer. I explain that I am on the do not call list & do not call me again. Every time they call, it shows up on my caller ID as a different caller from a different number. I block these numbers every time they call, but it doesn't stop them. A few times they have used profanity towards me, and acted very unprofessionally. I need this to stop- Please help!Customer Answer

Green Energy Solar is harassing me numerous times per day and I have asked several times for this company to stop calling me! I have also asked them to please remove my number off of their calling list and yet, they continue calling me oftentimes, upwards of eight or more times a day. This falls on harassment. This is a class two misdemeanor, and I want it to stop! This has been going on for over a year maybe longer! There are other solicitors also but, this Green Energy is the worst offender! And, furthermore, the fact is this is unsolicited, And, We have had Solar since August 2019!!! I have a good company and have dealt with them and Energy Pals fka Energy Geeks! Another point Id like to add; ************ calls using all different towns, states, and often will be a local town from my state, and I answer because I am expecting a call from a medical provider, in which I am disabled. Bottom line; The caller from Green Energy, his name is ******, and when I asked him why do you insist on calling me knowing that I have asked you to stop calling me, Why? I have received at least 5 calls a week, if not more, and sometimes more than once a day for several months from Green Energy Group regarding solar panels. I speak with someone every time, and let them know that my home gets electricity from a municipality (Groton Utilities) and I cannot have solar panels. I request every call that they remove me from their call list, and the representatives just hang up. I've asked to be transferred to a supervisor, but the representatives hang up. I have not been able to speak to a manager or upper-level supervisor. The phone numbers I receive calls from are different every time, so there is no way to block the number before the call. It's disruptive to my work day, as my cell phone is also my work phone. I have had my phone number on the Do Not Call Registry since 10/14/2022. Please do something about them and their cold calls/disruptive calling.Customer Answer
