By far, the worst Pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. my Physician, the nurse and myself have been working for 4 month to get my Rx filled. They seem to have nothing but excuses after committing to shipment. I have spoken with them several times and confirmed shipment of my much needed medication. They like to leave messages about delayed shipping but nobody seems to know why. They refuse to listen and interrupt during the conversation. My Physician filed and emergency shipment, they approved and called me later stating they couldn't ship my meds. You are nothing but profit and there for exploit. They will never deliver your life saving medications.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

Everyone in customer service has a strong accent, is in a room with like 100 people yelling in the background and then the service on the line is awful (breaking up, hard to hear). For a patient care coordination team, this is sad service. Do better!AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

They are very mismanaged and as a result incompetent. All calls go offshore and the connections are horrible. I had a prescription that needed to renewed and the prescription was sent by the doctor to my everyday pharmacy. All they had to do was call the pharmacy and transfer it over. I communicated that to them. After two days of heading morning I called and was told they needed to contact my physician. I made sure they had the correct info. Two more days, nothing. When I called I was told they needed the fax number, which I have them before. Again two more days and nothing. Called again and was told to have the office fax it over, which I did. Two days nothing, called again in the morning. This time I was told they had it and they would ship it next week. Told them I was due for it last week and I couldn't wait that long. It was promised to me overnight for the next day. I called to verify shipment and they say it's been shipped but can't give me the tracking number. Meanwhile I took the day off work waiting for a shipment that may not arrive. Now I'm told they need to contact my doctor ******** nsurance dictates I use this company for my med otherwise I would go elsewhere.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

Ive been in the healthcare industry for over 24 years and never dealt with such ineptness. For the second time today I was RETURNING a phone call to acaria specialty to schedule a medication delivery, was given a delivery date and then was told it couldnt be delivered. I advised each *** that they were withholding a legally prescribed medication and that I would document as such. I will advise each patient to pursue legal action if any undue harm occurs due to Acaria withholding their medication. And do so in the future as well. Review your policies, and do better. Hard to believe this is an actual pharmacy. Excuse after excuse after excuse. **************** has to be in *****. Cant understand anyone. Delays from computer glitches to pre authorization to pharmacist approval. Actual trash of a company. Never dealt with anything like this especially when dealing with important medication(chemo). This is the WORST SPECIALTY PHARMACY I have ever dealt with. The customer service representatives are based out of the *********** and are NOT TRAINED. They are incompetent. I spent 45 minutes on the phone setting up a delivery of a medication to my doctor's ****** on 06/26/2024. Paid my copay and they validated that it was set up for delivery via ***** on 06/28/24. The next day the doctor's ****** called me and told me that Acaria called them and I said needed to pay my copay and set up delivery. I kept the doctor's ****** on the phone and called these idiots at Acaria Specialty Pharmacy and had to go through the exact same thing I went through the day before. HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE. You cannot understand the representatives.How about hiring and employing people in the ************************ that can communicate!!!!!AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

1 starI was told by the ***** I spoke with (US based customer service) that if you get someone off shore, request to be transferred to US based customer service. ****** got my problem solved in 2 minutes where I was put on hold 9 times with off shore and then told they had a system outage. Ugh this company is a mess. Their US based reps are stellar. Just get rid of the off shore CS !!!Review fromDale C

If it was possible to leave less than one star, that would be the rating. After weeks of numerous phone calls, repeated instances of being hung up on while holding endlessly to resolve or speak with someone about the problem, my niece still does not have her prescription. She has been told they have everything they need and the issue is with their system. She has been told its a co-pay issue. She has been told its an insurance issue in general. If you actually speak with someone youre likely to get a different answer with why the medication hasnt been sent each time you call. Her health has declined significantly in the weeks that she has been trying to resolve this. She has sent them everything they have asked for. She has spoken with the manufacturer of the medication and they say everything is fine. She has spoken with her insurance company and they say everything is fine. She still does not have her medication. This is ridiculous. These people are s******* around her health and her life . This compromises her ability to work and care for her family . This is an example of why lawsuits are rampant in the healthcare industry.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.
