      This company should not be in business!!! I have run out of life-saving transplant medications and I cant get a reply to repeated messages. My insurance company switched to Acaria worst decision ever!!! Im paying out-of-network to get my meds because my order is being held up in the insurance department of Acaria.

      **************** is terrible all around. Don't choose this pharmacy if you have any choice at all. I've been waiting on my medication for weeks and been calling them multiple times a day in the last week and can only be thankful that missing doses is not life-threatening in my case.

      My medical insurance agency switched from a ********** based provider of specialty pharmacy to Acara presumably to save money. Four weeks into the transition and I still have not received my monthly medicine. Acaria outsources all customer service to the worst trained staff based in *****, with extremely poor English communication skills, little to no cultural awareness of anything in the ** (including that ********** is a state not located in ************ or **************, etc), using antiquated forms, and no awareness of their own systems/processes. Each and every call is filled with 30+ minutes of asinine QA that solves nothing and does not move my enquiry forward. An ******** company in ***** moving jobs to a foreign country at the expense of ******** patients.Acaria is an unethical business that is surely breaking numerous laws. They deserve 0 stars. Not 1 star.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Regular Acaria customer here but the consistent problems with getting medication and having customer service that actually tells the truth and actually wants to help you have led me to go elsewhere. After trying for two weeks to get my medication and being told over and over again that I was either "all set" or "someone will call you back shortly" and finally "your ordered was delivered" and it was never delivered and then dealt with customer service that lied and said it was sent again and again nothing. I have decided to go elsewhere. I was left without any medication over a holiday weekend with no recourse-very dangerous and long term effects result. This company clearly DOES NOT care for their patients. The fact that they let someone run out of vital medication to live is beyond me. Don't waste your time, your money or your sanity with this chop shop of a pharmacy. Negligent, Unprofessional, Uncaring, Untrained, and Rotten.If you value your life do NOT put your trust in this company.

      Worse pharmacy ever. I dealt with them for 3 weeks to get 1 Rx and then I dont get the right amount that was written on doctors prescription. Bad thing is I have no choice but to use them due to the medication Im taking.

      Been without my medication for over a month because they keep loosing my documents and keep trying to charge me, saying my insurance wont cover. Which is a blatant lie, I have a 0 dollar copay. Had to threaten them with legal action just to take me seriously. Even after talking to the supervisor twice, I'm still waiting for them to fix their mistake and send my meds.DONT CHOOSE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND TIME.

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. EVERY single month something is wrong with my rx order. This medication is a life saving medication and I feel as though they do everything in their power for you to not get it. All of the other people (doctor ******* insurance, etc.) do their part and I have no issues but when it comes to Acaria its always something! The worst company to fill through and you cant ever understand the person youre talking to.

      Without a doubt, the most incompetent people on the planet! I have countless emails showing their continuous screw ups! Every month, I get major anxiety when it’s time for my refill! I have spoken to Supervisors who make false promises & STILL there are constant screw ups! I’m going to call Healthnet & forward all the emails so they know what incompetence exists with this company & BEG them to find another mail order pharmacy!

      Perhaps the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

      After successfully placing a specialty pharmacy prescription order, a representative called a few minutes later and asked if I would like to place an order. After I explained that I just placed an order, she asked if I wanted to place another one, then hung up.

      Then my doctor's office contacts me a few minutes later and said Acaria has had difficulty reaching me.

      When I called Acaria to ask if everything was OK, they couldn't locate me in the system and placed me on hold, then disconnected. Since then, someone from Acaria keeps calling me and when I answer just breathes heavy. Creepy!

      After careful consideration, you know how many stars this place gets!

      absolutly the worst pharmacy i have ever used. No one knows what is going on . The last refill on my perscription i talked to five different people before i got my refill done . Then they called to tell me they duplicated the order and it was with the wrong medication . This is about the same every month . Usually takes about four hours back and to on the phone to get my refill . I'm done .No more.
