      Worst place every. I have called these people and got nothing done. They need to be out of bussiness. I get excuse all the time from these people. They don't work with people that don't have insurance and they are rude. They are not worried about people health. I bet if it was there family they would be up and going on there meds. I been at trying to get my husband meds since June 30, 2022. They got a high school education and graduated and can't do there job. They need to be investigating this place they way I see it.

      This is the WORST specialty pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I call and call, get all kinds of excuses as to why they cannot fill my prescription. They blame the insurance company- who turns around and blames ******. The two are actually connected I found out. What a nightmare-Every single month!!! Just missing my next dose of meds- and they are really not concerned. Then, IF they get themselves together enough to fill my prescription, I can only hope they overnight it. How they are in business at all baffles me! IDK about any one else, but the stress of not being able to get the medication I need makes my situation much worse!

      Terrible customer service, terrible service provider. Different answer every time you call. Language barrier is frustration as english is not first langue for reps that take calls. Always an issue that leads to more waiting and longer delays. The first time they filled my prescription, they called my doctor's office three different times to verify "something". My doctor's office was very frustrated with them. It took five weeks to get my first prescription filled...FIVE WEEKS! I started going through the process to get the exact same prescription refilled and it started out the exact same way as the first time around, confusion and delays and contacting my doctor's office to verify "something". I ended the call immediately and will go through the pain of switching to a different pharmacy. Shame on you AcariaHealth! ZERO STARS! If you are shopping around for a speciality pharmacy and decided on AcariaHealth and my experience starts to sounds familiar as you go through the process, run away as fast as possible, it won't get any better. They are consistently terrible.

      Every single time I've tried to fill my prescription, there is some problem that Acaria has as to why I cannot fill it. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever worked with and it doesn't seem like anyone really wants to help you. And apparently this company has no supervisors because when you try to escalate your situation, there is no one higher up the chain of command to voice your frustrations to. Also, they never call back when they say they will. Poor, poor service all around.
