      If you are thinking about using Acaria Health I would get a different company immediately!!! If I had an option for 0 stars I would give Acaria health that.. Constantly receiving my injectable medicine a week or two late. They put signature required for shipment method when I specifically tell them NO signature required bc I'm not home to sign. For over 2 years I have had the same insurance and never had a signature required but Acaria Health representative messed up on last delivery so now there system automatically puts signature required. Now I suffer bc I'm not home to receive my medication and Im passed the date when it should have been administered. Acaria health puts it off that the insurance is requiring a signature but I have other medication delivered from different pharmacies and a signature isnt required. When I spoke with my insurance they confirmed it isn't mandatory from insurance company. When you call Acaria health and speak to a supervisor it gets no where. This company DOESN'T care about the patient and when you need your medicine, they got paid from insurance already so that's all they care about! I'm sick now bc my medicine wasnt administered on time and they could careless to resolve the issue. They tell you they sent an email to the insurance dept and someone will call you but they NEVER do. This company is a nightmare and looking at their reviews everyone says the same thing, they are HORRIBLE!!

      Terrible - 0 Stars. What a pain in the neck. It takes 20 minutes every month to answer a multitude of questions to set up a mere delivery of my medication that I have been on for over 10 years. Even though I start the conversation with stating "nothing has changed" I have to answer every question like -- are you still allergic to penicillin? Well, yes that did not change. Anything change on your condition -- well no, that is why I am calling for delivery of my medication. Did your home address change - no, I told you nothing has changed. Has your emergency contact changed -- no, nothing has changed. Has your contact's phone number changed -- no, nothing has changed. Do you still take a child aspirin everyday -- yes, nothing has changed. Good grief. Please wait while I check your insurance approval. Guess what, after being on hold for another 5 minutes, once again its approved. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. I didn't mention the extreme language barrier.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I agree with other comments left before mine. No coordination of care occurs, no notations of concerns left for other front line staff. It is excessively time consuming to obtain a supervisor for resolution of issues or to lodge formal complaints. I have left 2 formal complaints regarding customer service at this time without resolution or communication of a correction going forward. I inquired to the details of my prior complaints and what was relayed is disappointing and incorrect. Thusfar my time has only been wasted attempting to receive a phone number or direct contact to supervisors or managerial staff to lodge these complaints. Integrity, customer service, and consideration for patient care is limited. I no longer trust their messages.

      Frequently misses medication due dates. I had to take medication late 4 times, and I skipped 2 weekly doses to try to get ahead of the late shipments, and still couldn't get medication. The online patient portal to schedule shipments is frequently incomplete so shipments cant be scheduled. Phone calls get poor service, or just hung up on. I changed meds in an effort to get a different pharmacy. They had my new prescription for 3 weeks and didn't notify me that it was approved and available to schedule. refill is out tomorrow, and I still can't refill my meds. Horrible horrible courier to be forced to use.

      I wish I could give them a -1. Every single month I have to have a 15-20 minute conversation to get my medicine. They never know what is going on and they do not comprehend anything I try explaining to them. I get a different answer every time I call and they tell me a different copay amount every month. The language barrier is a huge challenge and VERY frustrating. I have had numerous issues with them but the latest is that they cancelled my prescription because I didn’t answer one of their 3 calls within a week. I am a student and am not able to just run out to answer and have the same 15-20 minute conversation every month. It is incredibly infuriating.

      Something is wrong with this pharmacy. Everything seems great at first and then afterwards there are continuous issues with receiving the medication. When they are called to investigate there seems to be very little communication for the reason the medications have been delayed. The order is placed again, delivery is set and then again..next day I receive a voice mail to contact the pharmacy about a delay with my medication. ?? There is something shady going on here.

      They won't quit calling me, although I've told them explicitly to stop. I chose another pharmacy months ago after contacting them once when my insurance was about to change. Bad news!

      If I could give this "pharmacy" 1 star I would. I have been getting several medications through Acaria Health since 2021. Since day 1 it has been nothing but a hassle with them. Every month I get a text alert to refill my medications. I go through the steps on their website. Then 2 or 3 days later, I get a phone call to schedule delivery, even though I did this on their website. I tell them every time that nothing has changed with my diagnosis', nothing has changed with medications. Yet we still have to go through the lists of medications. Every month since 2021 I have told them that I have a Mirena IUD and I get 20 questioned on the dosage and how often I take it. Its an IUD. I started the Botox journey for migraines back in December. I got the approval from the insurance the 1st week of January. I have been trying for 1 month now to get my Botox delivered to my neurologists office. The office has talked with Acaria several times and each time they get the run around as well. Acaria Health said they have called me several times, which is a lie. They have only contacted me to refill the other medications. Today, I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get the Botox sent to my neurologist. First I got told that the neurologist's office would not verify my information; a lie. I was just there 30 minutes prior to me calling. They called an office in Sandusky, not MY neurologists office in Fairlawn. I went back and forth with the representative for 10 minutes explaining that she made a mistake in who she supposedly called. I finally said you need to do your job and call the correct office. I gave her the phone number and 10 minutes later it was handled. Imagine that.

      They simply have to send me my prescription once a month and it seems to much for them. Get cut off while on the phone, call quality is lay sketchy and now I'm getting the computer glitch excuse after a week of repeat delivery calls. They should be out of business is an understatement.

      Terrible pharmacy for ever. When my doctor ordered my prescription they said that it takes 24 to48 hours for processing. They do not know time of nowadays or their systems are really insane. Not even one star at all.
