      This place is horrible. Very unprofessional and can not be depended on for anything at all. They are always late to deliver my medicine and always have an excuse why it isn't their fault. Do not use them. Get better results with shooting yourself in the head.

      I am forced to use Walgreen's Specialty Pharmacy to get my ****** injection and they would only deliver it to my doctor, not me. I pay $1,000 a year for this drug. This delivery it got lost, either by ***** or my doctor's office. Walgreens wanted to force me to pay my $300 copay again. I explained endlessly that it was not MY fault it got lost, I never saw it. I spoke to many people, I finally got my insurance company involved it took ONE MONTH to resolve this and Walgreens was nasty. Getting my injection so late can result in my being more fracture prone and my osteoperosis reversing! They did not care. They should have given my my medicine immediately and fought with ***** and my doctor re $300 co pay. I recommend no one use Walgreens for a specialty medicine, they are awful and don't care what consequences to the patient their actions cause!

      Id like start my specifying that this is my first online review of any pharmacy Ive used, but it is necessary to warn other customers. An account was created in my name by a representative without notifying me. I then receive an email saying that I must log into my account to view urgent updates about my prescription. I am incredibly confused because I never made an account, nor was I aware anyone was making a username and password for me. I try to log in with my email, but it doesnt let me. I call the customer service number attached to the webpage and am transferred 3 times to different departments before reaching the tech line. On the tech line, two different representatives send me a reset password link to get me into the account, but the links only re-route me to a general login page, not a password reset page. Finally, a representative creates a ticket for me. I havent heard from the ticket team yet but am told they communicate exclusively over email unless it is made clear that your issue necessitates a phone call. I feel I have spoken to many well-intentioned people in this process who are functioning with very limited knowledge in a much bigger puzzle. It points to systemic issues of communication and customer security; I was never aware an account was made for me in the first place. If your doctor obligates you to use this specialty pharmacy for your prescription, I would proceed with extreme caution and press representatives to give you all the information regarding your account because it may not be offered to you. If you have other specialty pharmacy options, I would urge you to pursue them.

      This pharmacy is being operated by incompetent employees , one department has no clue what the other departments are doing. They're never on the same page and no sense of urgency causing major delays. Their system and incompetency will cause patients to have serious complications due to delays in treatment. Please try other specialty pharmacies if you have a choice and save yourself a major headache.

      My employer changed insurance companys and this is our new Specialty Pharmacy and it SUCKS!!!! The left hand don't know what the right hand is doing. My son has Crohns disease and messing around with these people he has missed his dose. They have had his prescription for 3 weeks now and it still wasn't processed. I wanted to give it a no star rating but you can't.

      Every time I need to refill a prescription it requires hours of hold time and multiple calls. Not only that but every person I speak to has no idea what they are doing and is completely unhelpful. I even had a representative start swearing at me after she thought she transferred my call. If there is anyway to use another pharmacy, use someone else. This is not the company you want handling your pharmacy needs.

      ****************!!! I had my doctor send over a prescription and was told that it would take 7 business days. I waited and still no update on my prescription so I called again. After 4th call I was told that it is being filled. About 2 hours later I get a phone call telling me that the supervisors DENIED filling my medication. This company is the worst ever.

      Had a call from a customer service ***resentative who was very difficult to talk to. Snarky attitude, kept taking down to me in condescending tones.Kept mentioning I need ***** Medical Information that wasn't on my insurance card.I called a UMR *** and they had no idea what she was referring to.Tried to call back but was on hold for 20 minutes.They don't want my business, I'm telling my provider to find another pharmacy.

      They dont even get a star! Legal action needs to be taken with this business. These are a bunch of incompetent, lying, spiteful, staff members messing with peoples health and medications. I am in such a panic right now for being out of my arthritis medication now for 3 days now. It had been 3 weeks, 5 phone calls and even a document I have that they sent me, that shows $0 copay and being shipped out back on the 24th. It Never showed up AGAIN and I called AGAIN and was reassured it was being overnighted and did not show Up again. Today 5th call and being told it has not shipped and I am showing a copay of $1200 that was suppose to be clarified and changed 4 phone calls ago. I work in a hospital and I am walking around in a panic on hold now for 1.5 hours to speak to financial after a supervisor refused to get on the phone with me. What a nightmare, 3 days without my meds, no resolution and now I have to make A doctors appointment and figure out where to go from here all While not taking my medicine that makes me function. Because I have a huge long history in the medical field, I know all too well the dangers and harm this can cause someone. The first phone call I made there should have been a resolution, nobody deserves this and since my Dad is a lawyer, he has instructed me to go to the ** and get all of my health issues and struggles documented from all of this and were going after them to protect future patients who need and cant live without their meds. I have never seen anything so dangerous and ridiculous as I have seen dealing with this place.

      Now called Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy.Poor and rude customer service. Not many of the customer service **** understand how to deal with ********. People should not have to spend 7-8 hours on the phone trying to get prescriptions refilled because no one understands the new ********* Why were employees not trained properly?? Some of these medications are critical to people's health!Hopefully, I can find a different Specialty Pharmacy. I really don't want to deal with this every month.
