      DO NOT USE!...this service is horrible. The phone **** use different systems from the store. And both use a different system from the "escalation" department. I called and spoke to a Mail order *** who instructed me to call my doctor for quantity change. I did that. Email said no meds being shipped as card needed to be in file. I called but apparently some meds WERE SHIPPED TO OLD ADDRESS. This is AFTER I had confirmed shipping address with 1st phone ***. ********** **** get auto shipped and billed later? Then that same *** told me she could escalate call to have meds sent overnight since it wasn't received. Well at that point neither of us knew meds had gone out to WRONG address. I realized this when I looked in my app (which I never check as I usually call) and found out meds shipped to wrong address. I called back and was told the escalation department only works M-F 9 to 5 and meds could not be ***laced until I spoke to them. It's Saturday and I can't go to store to get ***lacement because THEY USE SEPARATE COMPUTER SYSTEMS... So now I have to go into a store to get my med that didn't ship. And still without the rest of my meds for 3-5 days. HORRIBLE SYSTEM

      I was forced to use alliancerx because they are one of 4 providers for a med that I need that is apparently new to the marketplace. When I tried to contact them for a refill I was unsuccessful with multiple calls over a period of two days. I spoke to a girl that simply wasted my time, she gather all of my information and never called me back. I called back and left a voice message and of course nobody contacted me back. Its nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and when you do, you do not make any ************* stars please avoid them for your own well-being.

      Worst run specialty pharmacy Ive dealt with, but because my insurance wants me to use them, Im stuck with them. They dropped the Alliance name and went to just Walgreens and the problems I thought were in the past just come back again. I have an Envarsus copay card to help give assistance with the copay and they keep wanting to bill me (or have billed me). Its criminal and legal action will be taken against this unreputable company . If I could give them 0 stars I would

      There needs to be an investigation by the government on this Alliance Rx Walgreens Pharmacy Insurance companies are using as a vendor. I am a migraine suffer. I had received couple of statements to be paid but zero explanations on the break down. Usually there will be an explanation of benefits pay by insurance and pay by the insurer. Well I called Walgreens and requested a statement. I told them that wasnt ethical and I needed to know the chargers in detail, thats when my nightmare started. The next day Walgreens decided to withhold my medication ! My neurologist kept telling me that my medication will not be deliver at all, I had made several phone calls and no resolution. I do understand that I have to make a co payment but I do also know that I have the right as a consumer to ask to be send a statement that is not blank.Also they are requesting more money and I am requesting to see the statements that I havent received. I tried to put a complaint with BBB but apparently my situation did not cover all required information to be set as such,! The email to *********.****** If anyone wants to send correspondence I will because this needs to get the attention of more people I believe I being discriminated due to a medical condition reason they withhold my meds. The money for the copayment was definitely going to get to them but they did not care if they put the patients at risk bottom line.

      Terrible company false advertising and worse customer service people. I called multiple times to ask if they accepted ******** and they wouldnt give me an answer. They will say a medicine cost this after insurance and after sending the bill will say thats just an estimate of the cost you may receive another bill after you already agreed to pay the amount. Bad company would never do business with again.

      They deserve a 0!They received my order for a colonoscopy prep kit on July 30th and as of today, August 13th I still haven't received it!I have called numerous times and the reps always apologize and say they are creating a ticket so it can be sent overnight.....but I still don't have it and now my colonoscopy is in 2 days!!!!!!I am so angry and frustrated with this company!This is just ridiculous!!I am going to change pharmacies. I also called my insurance to let them know what Alliance RX is doing to patients.

      Thier support is terrible. They almost never will reply to email support questions about prescriptions. I have transferred scripts to alliance walgreens and they never show up on web portal. Worst pharmacy ever. zero stars

      What Walgreens alliance is doing to people is criminal. I just began ******** and horizon selected WA for me. I need my meds daily and they stonewalled me for 6 weeks making me spend hours on the phone. I was told by WA that they could not help me although they are happy to take my monthly premium. I had to file a complaint against WA with ******** to get my meds. SHAME ON **. SHAME ON HORIZON. SHAME ON ******** for standing by idly while they commit criminal acts.

      It is unfortunate I have to give 1 star instead of zero. I was mandated by my insurance company to utilize this pharmacy for a "specialized medication" that had been filled through a local pharmacy without issue for over 10 years. Now, it has taken over 5 phone calls to Alliance RX, three to my insurance provider, two to my primary care doctor and 2 to my neurologist and I am now missing doses of a medication that I could have picked up last week from my local pharmacy, but was not allowed to by insurance due to Alliance RX being unable to complete the prescription and mail in a timely manner. This is a HORRIBLE company!! You cannot auto refill and have medication sent to you without multiple phone calls MONTHLY! Forget the days of picking up your script at the local pharmacy without calling ahead to "schedule delivery". This company is going to cause patients to miss doses of their prescribed medication monthly. Great job paying out to ********** in whatever incentive you did to lower the patience experience and attempt to cause harm to patients by missing doses of medication. If you are forced to use this company, pack your patience and make sure you drop everything in your life once a month to receive their call or you won't get your meds. Also, make sure you schedule ***** minutes for that monthly call as you sit on hold.

      This pharmacy *****. It seems like every other month. I need to get my medication for my type. 2 diabetes and I have trouble. They're always telling me that they need to re. Check with my insurance company. Then my Doctor's ****** and then my insurance company again. And then the Doctor didn't do the prescription correctly. And my insurance company didn't authorize the prescription. Which is BS we have record showing That it's always been done correctly. And how am I supposed to get better when I can't get my medication. I take it for a month. Maybe 2 months tops and then I have to wait a month for everything to get settled for them to give me my prescription again. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy. I've ever dealt with, but unfortunately, because it's a specialty medication. I have to go through the specialty pharmacy. It's a headache every time. I don't understand how I'm gonna get better. My type 2 diabetes is gonna eventually turn in the type one because of this pharmacy. I wish we could file. A lawsuit against them because I'm sure a lot of people cannot get better because they can't get their medication because of this pharmacy.
