      Alliance is trying to charge me (again) nearly $2000 for a prescription for my child because every single time my child gets this medication, they prove they are incapable of coding their bills to the insurance company properly. The doctor's office staff have spent HOURS talking to the Alliance billing folks to help them and they still can't manage to properly bill insurance. Their call center folks are incompetent (obviously no training) and they are somewhere in India on cell phones that cut out. I have decided to just shred all bills from Alliance from now on. They will never get a single penny out of me that the insurance company would normally pay.

      I have issues every 90 days getting my medications refilled with Alliance. 1) They won't ship so that I can receive the meds on time so I am always without my meds for 3-7 days while I wait for delivery. 2) Last time they received the order from my doctor to fill and didn't fill it. They forgot?!!! So I was 2 weeks late receiving that shipment. 3) This time the order was suppose to ship on the 13th, by the 19th I hadn't received it so I called. It still hadn't shipped yet!!! Why? "Because the medication was under review." What??!! Something I've been taking for 6 years is suddenly under review?!! So its suppose to ship today. I'll be without it for 2 weeks by the time it arrives. 4). I have to call them 2-3 times every 90 days to make sure they are filling the prescription and have actually shipped it. Just ridiculous. Blue Cross Blue Shield needs to go with another mail order firm. I never had these issues when we had ***** mail order. They were wonderful!!

      This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with !!!!!!!!! I would not have even gave this company a star 1 if I didn't have to ! My husband had 2 shots which the doctors office as well as this pharmacy said there would be nothing out of pocket for the expense of this shot which was 1500.00 a shot . We received a bill for 700.00 which I called and set up on a payment plan back in August . They said they tried to pull the money in August and said it came back NSF which was a complete lie because the money was in my account and I verified with the bank and there was no transaction at all . They told me I would need to pay 3 payments and would not help me at all . Their customer service is totally awful! I will never use this company again .

      I am looking at all poor reviews an can't understand why someone in management position can't resolve problems. My granddaughter needs time sensitive injections monthly. My daughter starts 2weeks before trying to make sure meds will get to them. Everyday she calls an still sitting on someone's desk. Supervisors step in an say will push thru only to find still in same place. It is now 4 days away an shipment was to be yesterday. Guess what! No meds delivered. Another call to find out meds out of stock. The customer service at alliance is the worst we have ever experienced. Hopefully, if enough people complain maybe something will be done. I am not hopeful

      This pharmacy is the worst that I have ever come across. I signed up at the end of July for mail order pharmacy since it is more convenient where I live at. They made five mistakes on one prescription bottle even before that I had spoke with numerous representatives over the phone about what prescriptions I take dosage amount and how often it is taken. This pharmacy put the wrong dosage amount that I take on the label, how many I take was wrong on the prescription bottle itself, my last name was spelled wrong, refill amount was incorrect, and stating that I got 2 of 2 prescription bottles. I never did receive the first one. My health insurance told me to call them and have them reverse the claim back to my insurance and got told that they weren't able to, because of the date the prescription was refilled. I called them numerous times on many occasions to get the matter resolved and every time am told different stories. I ran out of my prescription medication and ended up having to pay out of pocket, because of there error and thought it was crazy they wouldn't offer to put a trace down on what happened to my first prescribed medication bottle that wasn't ever received. I spent four hours yesterday at a pharmacy trying to get my prescription refilled and they couldn't do it because of the error on their part. I definitely would not recommend this pharmacy service to anyone. I have switched and will definitely not being using Alliance Rx or Walgreens, because there service sucks and they flat out lie to you.

      The 1 star is only because it is required. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had experience with. They not only have lied to our office but they have lied to our patients as well. This place is absolutely terrible. They don't have good customer service at all, employees are miserable and its projected onto their customers and everyone involved. We had patients waiting on medications from this pharmacy that never arrived. They have told our office one thing and our patients another which has caused issues for all parties involved. The supervisors at this pharmacy are a joke and when we filed a complaint with Corporate we got no where at all and in fact Corporate wasn't even sure how to handle the case. Avoid using this pharmacy at all cost. There are other pharmacies out there that will provide much better care and follow through.

      Absolutely Absurd! There is no reasonable explanation that it should be this complicated to get medication that has been properly prescribed and approved. I've been dealing with them for MONTHS and every 2 weeks I have to contact them and deal with one issue or another to get my medications shipped. I've missed does, rescheduled treatments, had to modify treatment schedules and it just goes on and on. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! Even my doctor's office is frustrated trying to deal with them. They have some serious issues that need immediate attention. I can't believe that Blue Cross/Blue Care Network are aligning with an outfit like this and forcing patients to go through these issues. It's completely unacceptable to be interrupting people's medications the way they do.

      Charged way over the price I should pay and directly wirhdraw those funds from my account. Probably just better to have Walgreens storefront handled my prescriptions. Never had a problem with them. Support doesn't know to handled anything.

      Consumer brought this to the Pharmacy's attention on 08/15/22 and the amount charged to the consumer's credit card was refunded on 08/15/22. Consumer is aware that the credit was provided to her credit card.

      Worst pharmacy ever!! I tried to get my transplant medicine through them, which they constantly kept telling me we got it in the system and it's on its way. My medicine never came and I had some health issues result from it. Complete ignorance and lack of communication. Do not go here, you get better customer service and professionalism from a crackhead on the street

      Their customer service is the worst. They are a Walgreen's pharmacy... sort of. I tried for over a week to get a prescription delivered before I left on vacation. I will now run out during my 16 day trip, and the best they can do is "maybe" cancel the mail order that will arrive 4-5 days after I leave home. They can do nothing to actually get me my prescription despite 5 phone calls over the last 7 days and plenty of lead time. Did I mention that they assured me this was resolved at least 3 times during the last week? I'll be using any pharmacy other than Alliance or Walgreens at this point.
