      I work for a very large employer and I am sure to tell everyone concerned how bad of a service AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy is. From unfair web commerce practices, including concealing prescription costs at the point of sale. After 2 years using AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy, they cannot successfully refill a prescription using their own GD process! Each Time I have to intervene to get my prescription. They will keep you on auto refill without your consent, and reenlist you once you've unsubscribed.
      In my mind the AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy brand is ****!

      This pharmacy may kill me faster than my cancer. If I could give negative stars I would. Alliance RX is a complete joke and dangerous. I had a delay of 20 days for my TIME SENSITIVE chemo medications. Multiple times I was told on the phone that my medication was on the way, however this was a complete lie. They did not have the second half of my medication and instead of informing me like a responsible provider all I got was an alert on my app. If you can avoid it, NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY.

      This company goes out of their way to make things difficult, even to the point of costing themselves more money. Common sense need not apply.
      Interestingly, this company convinced my workplace that they could save them money over express scripts. Maybe they did but it was all at increased cost to the employees. So on top of higher costs you get to deal with a substandard service and additional frustration.

      My baby girl has an incurable disease that requires her to take medication daily. This company is an absolute DISGRACE. I won't waste ur time with the details...not much different experience than the other reviews. All I will say is AVOID ALLIANCE RX AT ALL COSTS. They should be shut down. This is a little girls life.

      Needed my prescriprions by a specific date and got the run around so many times on why they were not processed. I was reassured several times that I would get them on time to start IVF. Kept getting told I would get a call back and never received one and then everytime I called back I was told something different. They ended up blaming it on my Dr and saying they didnt recieve my treatment plan and that was a complete lie. When going through the fertility journey its an emotional time and you shouldnt have to deal with the extra stress of an incompetent insurance company. Time is against you during your fertility treatments/journey and to have insurance waste precious time is so heart breaking. I hope no other couples dealing with infertility have to deal with this shit insurance company.

      Horrible and incompetent pharmacy. Insurance company forces us to use Alliancerx Walgreens to order Chemo meds. Can never order online as it always says to call. Complained about it numerous times yet they fail to fix it. Called this Tuesday spoke with rep ordered chemo meds. They gave me a delivery of Friday. Friday comes no delivery. Call on Monday they claim they have no order placed. I told them I called they gave me a Friday delivery and they say they have no recollection of an order. Incompetent company all around Don't use Alliancerx Walgreens if you have a choice. They are terrible and put your life literally at stake withholding Chemotherapy Medication

      part1: My provider ordered the Mirena IUD device on July 12, 2021 at Walgreens since I have used them for all of our family's prescriptions for the past 10 years. I received a statement in mid-April, 2022 from AllianceRX for $983.29. After speaking with many CSRs, I was told they didn't have my correct insurance and that it "kicked back" (their EXACT words) in the system so they didn't file it at all and just filled it. I specifically asked why I wasn't contacted to see if I still wanted it filled since they had a problem with my insurance and it wouldn't be covered. No one could answer that. In 2016, my first IUD was ordered with them. I remember a Rep calling to verify my insurance. They wouldn't fill it until they spoke to me first! When I missed their call, they called my doctor and asked them to reach me to verify insurance so they could fill it and have it delivered! So, I know they can call to verify before filling a prescription!! I wasn't contacted to see why my insurance on file didn't work. I had Aetna instead of BCBS at that time as of July 1, 2021. No one contacted me to see if it was okay to still fill the prescription for the Mirena as a cash patient, had other insurance, or not fill it at all. I had time to find another pharmacy b/c my appt for removal and reinsert was scheduled and done on Sept. 7, 2021. Instead, they went ahead and filled it even though they knew my insurance "kicked back" and it wouldn't be covered. The Billing Sup. told me the bill needed to be "disregarded" and she apologized. This is unethical for a specialty pharmacy, especially since contraceptives with insurance are little to no charge at all. There are so many avenues I could've gone and not have to be billed for $1K. It feels sneaky. I was advised to file a complaint here. After reading the reviews, this is an unethical company. I shouldn't be responsible for their error 1yr ago. If the ins. kept "kicking back" then either DO NOT FILL IT or CONTACT ME. More details....

      I have never dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy. When prescribed TIME SENSITIVE meds, the prescription never arrived. I had my ducks in a row on Friday, meds needed by Monday, because I know they're not open on Sunday. They never came on Saturday and the on call person can't tell me if or why they're on hold. No one called me to tell me or to resolve whatever issue is causing the delay, they just simply never arrived. I've spent hours upon hours on the phone with this pharmacy. Someone needs to shut them down and leave the specialty meds to the real specialists because it isn't Alliance

      This pharmacy is by far the most difficult company that I have ever had the displeasure to be forced to deal with. **** forces us to use them for specialty pharmaceuticals. Mysteriously my co-pay assistance from the pharma company ran out in August. That never happened with other companies, in the past it lasted through the year. They call and call to remind me to get a refill and when I do try it gets so messed up that it involves hours of time and multiple phone calls. I was placed on hold for in excess of 30 minutes 3 times trying to get a refill. My Rx gets delayed and I call to get it straight and they tell me it's good and I will receive it the next day, yet I then find it's been delayed again for the same reason and the person that I talked to never recorded the information. It just seems to be a terribly managed company and **** is getting right into bed with them.

      I thought it was just me until I came here to leave my VERY FIRST DISGRUNTLED review ever! I am a very positive person and always look for the good in everyone and every situation...you will not find any good dealing with AllianceRx. After signing up, I expected a "few glitches" with shipment timeliness, etc., but good grief! When a company's customer service agents mantra are: "there's nothing we can do about it"....somebody needs to take a hard look at this sorry excuse of a pharmacy service company! I have not found them to provide even half the service of other mail order pharmacies. Doctors offices are too busy to keep correcting Walgreens mistakes! If you have a choice.. DO NOT CHOOSE Alliance Rx!
