I gave $3600 to Sapphire in March 2020 to help cancel my timeshare with Wyndham Vacation Resorts. They said at the time of taking my business that it would be completed in one year. After a year, they said that due to the covid pandemic it would take longer. I supplied information to them regularly. Now suddenly they are not answering their phone and my emails are being returned. I don't know if they have gone out of business or not.
I want the money I gave them returned as soon as possible.

Suckered in on a promise with a guarantee to get our money back if timeshare issue was not resolved. Can't contact and looking for a way to get money back. Appears they changed their name to Sapphire Consulting Services How do we contact ? Would a class action with others who were scammed have any positive results?

I signed with them in 2020 and they have done nothing for me. They tried to scam me out of more to try to end the timeshare. How can I end this nightmare?

I paid $4K to have these guys cancel my timeshare with Marriott Vacation Club. The timeshare ($40K) was all paid off. I just didn’t want to continue to pay the “maintenence fee” every year. I was guaranteed that I would be out of it in 6-8 months. I signed up in January 2022 and they pretty much stopped responding to me within 6 months. These people need to be held responsible.

This company is a fraud! I lost $5500 and did not get my timeshares canceled. I want my money back but don't know where to start! I am so disappointed that there are so many scammers in the world to include the USA. Where do I go now to try and get some of my money back?

Everything you read about this 'company' is true. They are a TOTAL FRAUD. It's a shame people like Shana, her daughter Chelsea W. and Shana's son even exist ... not to mention 'Cedric' and Jennifer R. (if these are even real names!) I trust these very bad people are looking over their shoulder as they owe me $5,000 with their 100% money back 'guarantee' ... because I've vowed to find them. They have taken advantage of people to benefit their selfish desires. It wasn't until recently that I learned the monthly updates we've been receiving are most likely computer generated. I had a friend check the address where they say their office is/was and there is no one at that location as of Apr 2023 as they likely disappeared a couple months before that. A third party told me they 'sold' their business and left the area ... about which they apparently failed to inform their customers. They've scammed people out of thousands of dollars ... people who turned to them for help and who they committed to helping. As of a week ago their website was still on the Web but clearly the phones 'are not set up to receive calls.' On their website, they used the logos from the Business Consumer Alliance, American Bar Association, US Chamber of Commerce, Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce and Florida Chamber Foundation, presenting themselves as a legitimate business. Having said that, I would assume members of the local Chamber and others should know and STOP these people from purporting their FRAUD or from being able to establish any type of business in the future (legitimate or otherwise.) I would encourage the Law Firm and lawyer (a fellow Air Force vet) with whom they advertised and/or associated themselves would take action against these people, if they indeed were not culpable in assisting with the fraud. I and MANY others are disgusted with what's happened to us and something must be done to rectify the damage they've caused.

This company is definitely a fraud!! They took my money over 2 years ago and guaranteed the timeshare cancellation would be resolved. I paid over 3400 Canadian and there has been no progress. They don’t return my emails any longer and nor do they return my phone calls. Is there anyone they can be reported to and some action can be taken against them? I understand from other reviews they have now closed shop and disappeared.

This company is a fraud! We hired them in November 2021 to cancel our timeshare for $2500. We signed a contract that clearly states we will be provided a full refund after 12 months if the the timeshare wasn't canceled. They have not helped us in any way that was helpful. They no longer provide assistance, phone calls, or emails. They tried to charge us $700 to get our money back with a prepaid gift card! Total Scam!! Do not do business with this company!!!

I contracted Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation to help cancel my timeshare in March 2022. They were very professional, and I did everything I was told to do. Everything was ok until my year came up (or so I thought). I got all of the update letters. I was told not to contact the timeshare and to send all correspondence to them. I was told not to contact the timeshare and to not pay anymore money. I did everything I was supposed to do. Now I find out that it was all a scam. I trusted in this company to help me with my timeshare cancellation. Now they are gone. What a crappy place this is. They are liars and cheats. They should be ashamed of themselves! How dare you do this to all of these people. You will be caught sooner or later. Now I know you are in another business and started other company's in the name of Sapphire. Sapphire Consulting is it? Same people that were in this group. I want my money back. What can I do?
