    0 star rating Hired August 2020, they stated case and timeshares would be cancelled within the year. February 2023 they closed shop and booked it out of town without telling anyone or refunding money.

    I hired this company a year ago in March. They were so willing to take my money at 2500. I received a fake update in March of 23 and now my timeshare is going to put a lein on my house. I'm so disappointed in this company. They promised to assist and I'm getting no where. I only pay for the annual maintenance fee for my timeshare and want out.

    I contracted Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation to help cancel my timeshare in December 2021. The contract stated that if they are unable to cancel the timeshare they will refund my money. My timeshare has not been cancelled after working with them for a year and a half. I continue to email and call them, without any response from them. I just read another comment stating that they are out of business!!!!! Is this true?
    Who can help us now??? Will I get reimbursed? Also, the Timeshare is charging its yearly maintenance fees plus charging late fees since Sapphire was supposed to cancel the timeshare and it has not happened.
    Is there any hope for us hard-working people? We have to work hard for our money to just have it taken away like this.

    We have been working with Sapphire for almost 2 years and there is no resolution in sight! They took $4000.00 and now we are told that they shut down the business. The repeatedly send form letters that were the same just changed the dates on them. When you call they do not answer, when you e- mail them, they do not respond. This is a horrible, horrible situation.

    BAD NEWS! This company is horrible. They take you money and do nothing. Leave you high & dry! You call them, they do not return the calls or emails. Have been with them 32 months with no results. Very frustrating & sad. They didn't get me out of the timeshare that my deceased husband wanted, that I am now responsible for. The rating of 1-Star is actually too good for them. Very unhappy and dissatisfied. This is extremely pathetic for a company to do this to people who came to them for help. They did not refund my money either.

    I have a contract with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation to help me cancel my timeshare. The contract stated that if they are unable to cancel the timeshare they will refund my $4,000 payment. My timeshare has not been cancelled after working with them over two years. They also have not refunded my money. They have not returned my phone calls or emails over the last few months.

    Look .. I signed up with Sapphire timeshare cancellation in summer of 2021.. paid my 5000 dollars and we had communication early in the process but now that has completely died off for all of 2023.. no email responses , they never pick up their line when I call either . Starting to feel like I’ve been scammed and from what I see in the other reviews it looks like that’s what took place . Credit score from 720 to 500s because of the “miscommunication “ early on in the process as well.. yeah they got me … bad .

    I started with this company almost 2 years ago and was told to pay $3500 upfront to start the process of getting out of my timeshare. I then rarely received any updates and only 3 replies from the timeshare with the information they were requested to send. i kept getting told they weren't sending what was being asked for so they would resend a final letter. a final letter was every time i requested information. I then was referred by several credit companies that were going to assist with getting this off my credit but unfortunately they all stated they weren't getting paid and left. sapphire then got another one in dec of 2022 and assured they would not leave. I was disrespected, cussed at, ignored and no information ever given on any update by Shana and Chelsea *****. they are very unprofessional and refused to give any refund even though after 2 years they have ruined our lives and did absolutely nothing for us. Now as of Feb 2023 they have completely disappeared with no explanation and left us in a horrible situation. I have tried reaching out and was told by the new credit company that they sold it. the PA listed on the website stated he's never done anything legal for the company and was paid to put his name on their page for creditability. i feel they new they were going to get us out and didnt want to refund us because they knew they were going to go under.

    Real customer over here with a real opinion: I trusted in this company to help me with my timeshare cancellation. Paid like 3000 that's what they charged me. They recommended me to not continue with the payments of the timeshare so I did. Told me they'll work with credit zap and they'll work on my credit because of course I missed the payments so my credit score went to 520. After almost 2 years I received a letter from the timeshare saying they cancelled my contract because of default (I never paid them anymore). I emailed sapphire for an explanation and they only told "congrats you're out of the timeshare contract". But just because I didn't paid them, not because of their letters. Now I have a charge off. No explanation and credit zap and sapphire ignores all my calls and emails about fixing my credit since now I have a charge off. So putting it in less words, don't spend the money on them.

    We deny the allegations in this complaint, as the client has not reached out to us via telephone as all calls are recorded and voicemails are checked. We are more than willing to handle this with the client directly, but we will not stand with the allegations made towards us as we did not advise her to not make payment, as legally that is not allowed. The client signed a document stating at her discretion to stop making payments on a debt despite having the financial ability to make the payments. The client was released based on Sapphire Cancellations work on handling the cancellation for her, such as getting the timeshare contract cancelled in writing for her. We have got the termination for the client. On October 26, 2022 the client emailed us a copy of the document (cancellation) as we advised her the same day that was her release and final notice of release. The client emailed us back October 26, 2022 asking how can she delete it off her credit report as it was showing as a "charge off", we then responded the same day and informed her to contact ********** who is handling the credit services on her case, now that the release is final it would be rather "easier" for her to have it removed at which she could do herself by sending a copy of the release into the credit bureau to have it eliminated. Sapphire Cancellation does understand the emailed attempts of reaching out to ********** from the client, which is why we are willing to work with her directly for this resolution but again, we will not allow the allegations made towards us as we have done our job of cancelling the timeshare for her and Henrique. The client has paid for our services of cancelling/terminating the timeshare contract with Westgate, we have done so, the credit services can be handled accordingly once the client reaches out to us directly during business hours. The client should also understand ********** and Sapphire Cancellation are two different companies and one business should NOT take allegations from the client because of the credit service company. We have everything in writing of the work we have done to achieve the final release for the client.
