  I can only describe this as a very easy and safe transaction. Linda Smit was our agent. She worked with us every step of the way and was extremely professional. We highly recommend Linda and this company. I was a little skeptical about making a purchase through an outside company to purchase Disney points from someone other than Disney but found this to be a smooth and easy process.. Linda answered all of our questions and explained how everything worked. The process was very quick. When it came time to transfer funds, we were notified immediately when they received our check and notified within 24 hours. First time purchasing outside of Disney but it will not be our last . In my opinion, this was a very good company to work with and we’re glad we made the choice to use them.

  I could not be happier with my experience selling two sets of DVC points through DVC resale market. Dani and her team were great to work with on the sale. My questions were answered promptly and the sale moved quickly. A great experience overall!

  I contacted DVC Resale Market when I was ready to sell my Disney Timeshare. It was a great experience. My sales associate was Humberto Santos. He was great! I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and help me sell my DVC quickly and smoothly. He made me completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend contacting DVC Resale Market and ask for Humberto ****** to help you with your timeshare sale.

  More than exceeded my expectations!!
  I thought it would take a while to find buyers. But after talking with Karen we set a price and in less than 2 days, both were taken.
  The process was seamless on my end. Each staff member is specialized in an area and as one team member finished their part they passed the ball to the next all while informing me via email along the way.
  The team at DVC Resale far exceeded my expectations.

  Dani ******* and DVC Resale Market have been a dream to work with. Recently, I started looking to add onto my DVC contract. I found a contract that fit my needs through the DVC Resale Market. I was matched with Dani to submit my offer. From making the offer through closing, there were no issues whatsoever. I was kept informed every step of the way. The next thing I know, the contract had closed, and I had points in my account.
  Then I decided I needed points at a different resort, so I again submitted an offer through DVC Resale Market with the assistance of Dani. Once again, everything went off without a hitch.
  Dani and DVC resell market saved me thousands of dollars on my purchases compared to buying direct, and I was able to get the exact number of points at my selected resorts. In case you're hesitant or otherwise, wondering how this process works, please know that everything can be done by email and snail mail. And they will answer any questions you have promptly.
  I am now searching for the perfect time to go back to my original home resort, Animal Kingdom Lodge. Thank you!

  My wife and I recently completed a purchase thru DVC Resale Market. They made the process incredibly easy and straightforward and were helpful along the way with any questions we had. We are in Canada so were a bit concerned about any difficulties that may cause, but it turned out to be incredibly simple. Humberto Santos was our sales associated and was a big help - he spent quite a bit of time with us on the phone answering all of our questions and was always quick to respond to e-mails! Thanks !

  Fantastic experience working with Dani M. and the whole team at DVC Resale Market. I researched DVC membership for almost 2 years before making the decision to buy resale instead of direct and the process couldn't have been easier. Dani and her team were always immediate in their response whenever I had a question or needed clarification. It's now October 2023 and I just booked my first 2 stays at Disney as a new vacation club member!
