      Peter was OUTSTANDING! We needed to rent 2 units at Sheraton Vistana in Orlando for February. Availability was very limited with nothing available through Interval International. Peter was able to secure one unit for one week and a second unit for two weeks (3 total rental weeks) at a mutually agreeable price. He was friendly, informative, NO HIGH sales pressure and successfully provided all the requisite deliverables. I highly recommend Peter if you're looking to rent a week and even put his number in my phone contacts for any future needs we may have. Thank you Peter and Timeshares by Owner.

      This review for Timeshares By Owner is for Peter H. who works in the rental/concierge department. It has been a pleasure doing business with Peter as he has secured multiple stays at Timeshares for myself. I have to say it's becoming rare to find the customer service that I have received dealing with Peter. He definitely knows his job and extremely efficient at it keeping me abreast of every detail until the deal is closed. Without a doubt I would recommend Peter to anyone who is interested in renting a Timeshare.

I know that it took awhile for a successful rent to happen for Dr. *******.       This company does nothing but lie, paid them $500.00 to sell the time share, owner told me they'd have it sold in 30-90 days that was in 2019. Then they started calling they could rent out my time share for $ 1500-2000 a week, first offer came in at $300 for a week. Then they just start calling trying to get money to move the time share in front of others stating it will sell that way 3 times they've called and tried different tactics to get more money! Nothing but a local scam company!

      I'm sorry that Chris ***** feels the way that he does. However, I can understand his disappointment, as it does appear that Mr. ***** has not received any offers on his timeshare since he purchased a marketing program through our services to advertise his 128,000 points that he receives annually through Club Wyndham resorts. Currently, he has an active ad on our website and in our walk-in offices, for which a complete profile and multiple photos have been added to give his ad more exposure.

      Our guarantee is to market a client's timeshare, which is exactly what we have been doing. We do not guarantee any timeframes or amounts that a client will receive in regard to the sale r rent of a timeshare, and all of that is fully covered in the contract language that is signed in advance of purchase, and in the quality control call that takes place after the purchase of the marketing. I will immediately work with the Concierge Department to see what we can do to find offers for Mr. *****. Wyndham Resorts are among the most popular properties we advertise and generate more overall offers than most any other resort property. While Mr. ***** does not what we consider have a lot of Club Wyndham points, there is no reason why we cannot come up with some offers that could turn into success.

      I will also go ahead and place Mr. *****'s ad into a couple of additional rather pricey marketing programs at no additional cost to see if we can get some offers for him. The Winter Showcase and Elite Plus marketing programs will be the additional programs provided.

      RUN! SCAM! Harold Blue will call and act like your best friend, give you his license number, make you feel crazy for doubting them, tell you the complaints are about "old programs" they used to do, blah blah blah. You'll pay your initial amount for your timeshare property because he's going make it sound amazing, "guaranteeing" they'll sell your property quickly because the market is so hot, and you'll be making money on rentals in the meantime. I specifically asked him if I was going to be bugged in the future for more money, and was guaranteed it wouldn't be necessary. NOPE! I (stupidly) went against my gut and paid the initial amount (I want to say around $800) and NEVER received ANY offer. I did receive 1 call asking for more money ($1100+) to be put into a more exclusive marketing program, but I declined and he quickly got upset. I would periodically receive calls saying they are still working on it, but no one had any answers. I knew what I signed and admit I stupidly paid the fee, but I am determined to not let anyone else fall for this scam! They don't deliver on their "promises" made by their sleazy salesmen, who of course deny ever saying that later on. RUN! Read the other reviews and see the pattern. They claim to have an A+ rating with the BBB, but that's only because of the responsiveness (and honestly ridiculousness) of their VP. They are NOT BBB accredited. I don't know how they sleep at night.

      "I received a copy of the review that you recently filled out, and I am sorry that you feel the way that you do. I did try calling you back on the two telephone numbers that you provided with your original marketing purchase. I was able to leave messages on both numbers. To reiterate the message I left you, I have added complete profiles and multiple photos to both of your website ads marketing your Holiday Inn Club Vacations Villages Resort (ad #******) and Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort (ad #******). Enhancing the ads should help with generating more exposure. Additionally, I am going to go ahead and place your ads into our Elite Plus Marketing Program, which provides you with two different digital marketing magazines--the Timeshare Trader and Elite Plus magazines. I will also be working with the Concierge Department to see if we cannot get some offers coming your way. We certainly do generate plenty of Holiday Inn Club Vacations offers that are successful.

      As soon as there is an offer, a representative of our Concierge Department will contact you and work with you from offer to completion, be it rental or sale. To locate your active marketing on our website, just go to www.timesharesbyowner.com and once on the site, at the top of the opening page, you will see a blank bar underneath verbiage that says "Search 1000s of Timeshares for Rent or Sale." Just enter ******, click "search" and your ad will pop up. Then click "View Details" and a close-up of your ad will appear. It is exactly the same process for ad #******."

      My review of Timeshares By Owners is for Yisely "GiGi" ****** in the Concierge Department. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from "GiGi". She took down my vacation information and frequently kept in contact with me with daily updates by email and phone calls until the deal was FINALIZED! She was supported, polite and very professional! She made the deal happen! My husband & I are looking forward to our vacation in Hawaii in February, 2023.
      Without hesitation, I would highly recommend The Concierge Department at Timeshares By Owners to all my co-workers, family & friends! I will definitely schedule my next vacation with TSBO!

      This company, Timeshares by Owner, is the most annoying, unprofessional organization in the business world. I have been inundated for months with 5-6 phone calls a day with solicitation calls. The calls come in from numerous different people and different phone numbers. The "sellers" repeatedly state that they are "following up on our conversation" or replying to my inquiry when in actual fact I have NEVER inquired, I have never talked with, I don't want this service!! Period!

      Something must be done by the BBB or any government agency to prohibit this type of badgering and incessant, unprofessional solicitation. Day time, Night Time, Weekend, Sunday morning, the calls come and come and come. Timeshares by Owner: you should be ashamed of yourselves for such business practices.

      I'm sorry that Steven M. feels this way. I do not see that based on his email address that he has ever been a client of Timeshares By Owner. If I had his telephone number, then I could program it into our "do not call" system and it would stop any calls from going out to his telephone number. I am also trying to work with one of our techs to see what I can to stop the calls, but I have little to go on right now. I don't even know that all the calls are actually coming from Timeshares By Owner.

      My review of Timeshares by Owners is only for the rental department of the company. We were hoping to find a time share rental in a very high demand area. We had very little luck on our own. We received a phone call from Peter who works in the rental/concierge department of TBO. Peter took down our information and the details of our vacation needs. Much to our surprise within a few days, Peter called back stating that he had found exactly what we were looking for. He made the appropriate arrangements and sent a doc u sign agreement. We agreed to the terms, and Peter finalized the deal. Peter found us a very good deal on the rental. We are looking forward to our vacation in June of 2023 thanks to Peter's efforts. I would recommend Peter highly.

      It is important to know that staying in a timeshare is almost always a better alternative to staying in a hotel, especially with all the amenities that can be found at a timeshare versus any hotel.       We were trying to sell our timeshare and they been calling us to sign with them , We listen to the supposed Quality Call that we only have 10 days to cancelled , really who will give 10 days to cancelled. unless you superman. so we go ahead, after 2 weeks they call aggressively asking for more money to advertising we refused to give more money its been 8 month and nothing.. I call today 9.21.22 and been in told the same thing not a guarantee because is only for sale also when I ask that if I leave a review on BBB they will tell me that I sign and contract and heard a Quality control . The same story that the VP write to all complaints in here. Until when we are going to let this companies play with our money . I want my money back . this is totally unacceptable. This is totally a scam that we enter like so many people . shame on me because I did check the ratings. Let see what the VP is going to answer with the same argument he writes to all review . Can someone help.

      To Whom It May Concern,

      Our records indicate that Ms. ***** has been a client of Timeshares By Owner since February 2, 2022, having purchased marketing to advertise her Westgate Town Center timeshare in central Florida. The advertising purchased was specifically for website/walk-in office advertising, along with an ad placed into the Timeshare Trader digital marketing magazine. All purchases require a signature on a contract and Ms. *****'s' contract was signed in advance of the purchase. Along with the contract, a complete quality control call was conducted right after the purchase to ensure that Ms. ***** fully understood our marketing program and our terms and conditions. In the contract, the ten-day cancellation timeframe was fully explained, and we have no record of Ms. ***** ever canceling her services for a full refund within the ten-day cancellation timeframe. In both the contract and quality control (QC) calls, the marketing program was fully explained and had to be acknowledged as being understood. If in the QC call, had Ms. ***** not acknowledged her understanding of the services provided, we would have processed a full refund of her marketing fee.

      In Ms. *****'s complaint against Timeshares By Owner, she does not accept the ten-day timeframe for receiving a refund and expresses frustration regarding the fact that representatives have attempted to sell her additional marketing. She is also expressing concern that my response may be the same response that I provide to others. In response, if Ms. ***** did not accept the ten-day cancellation policy, there was nothing that forced her to purchase our marketing. Timeshares By Owner also provides clients with different marketing programs and there is never a requirement to purchase additional marketing. As for my similarity in responses, would Ms. ***** like to me to make up information or respond in French? Our guarantee is to market a client's timeshare, which is exactly what we have been doing. I will do this, however, just to stop additional marketing calls from taking place; I will place Ms. ***** on the "do not solicit" list so that she will not be contacted again to purchase more marketing.

      Timeshares By Owner has been in business for 24 years helping clients rent and/or sell their timeshares. We generate millions in transmitted offers monthly (over $13 million in each of the last two months) and our fully staffed Concierge Department closes on transactions all the time (sometimes up to five in one day). Timeshares By Owner has absolutely provided the services that we say we do, and we have been marketing as we said we would. We cannot and will not guarantee a sale or rent within any certain timeframe or for any certain amount. Our guarantee is to market a client's timeshare and that is exactly what we have been doing. Once there is an offer, it comes from a representative of our Concierge Department and they will work with the client from offer to completion, be it rental or sale. We have also advertised in the USA Today as well as major city newspapers, billboards, TV (ESPN, A&E, Weather Channel, and Travel Channel), direct mail marketing, internet, and other forms of media. We also attend trade shows, and we now digitally distribute the Timeshare Trader and Elite Plus magazines on a monthly basis. We do seasonal showcases that are sent out in email blasts directly to potential renters and buyers, and we sponsor our own podcast; "Vacation Time" broadcast every week live from the studios of the Timeshares By Owner corporate office. That is just a little of what we do. We have the tools to rent and/or sell a client's timeshare and have been successful at doing just that since 1998.

      Just based on the fact that we have been marketing Ms. *****'s timeshare as contracted, there is no entitlement to any refund. To hopefully resolve matters, I will provide additional marketing for Ms. ***** into our next edition of the Elite Plus program and the Showcase Marketing program, which includes digital marketing magazines and the Fall Showcase for three months. I'm also adding email blasts that will go out to those interested in timeshares like Ms. *****'s. If there are any other questions Ms. ***** should not hesitate to contact our fully staffed Client Services Department at toll-free (888) 402-0280 or (888) 707-8463.
