I have been very pleased working with Gigi ******. She is very friendly and responsive on returning calls and quick turn around on signing the contract. She has handled renting out a 4BR & another 2 BR for us. She was very clear on the process of and timeframe to receive our check in the mail. They call you and tell you they will sell your property for you but every time they call you they ask for more money. Always the promise to sell in the next 2 months or less if you just pay more money. When does their fee collection end and they actually sell a property? To Whom It May Concern,
According to our records, it does appear that Heidi ******* has purchased marketing through the services of Timeshares By Owner on at least three different occasions. The advertising has included website/walk-in office advertising as well as advertising that was placed into the Timeshare Trader digital marketing magazine, the Elite Plus Marketing Program (that included both the Timeshare Trader magazine followed by the Elite digital marketing magazine). The last marketing program included what is called the Showcase, which was for three months of seasonal advertising and also included email blasts going out to those that had expressed interest in Ms. ********* timeshares. As a result of the marketing programs purchased by Ms. *******, it appears that she has received at least 45 different offers from April 8, 2022 to as recently as May 26, 2023. I'm sorry if none of the offers have worked out, but it would only stand to reason that some will be successful eventually It also appears that Ms. ******* has five different timeshare properties with seven different active ads on our website of which those ads now have complete profiles and photos added to give them more prominence.
As soon as there is an offer, it will be our Concierge Department that will contact the client and work with them from offer to completion, be it rental or sale. Yes there will always be more rental offers than sale offers, but with a successful rental, there is always the prospect of the renter becoming a buyer. In response to the concerns expressed by Ms. *******, I will work closely with the Concierge Department in trying to find a successful offer for Ms. *******, and I will ensure that we provide her with additional marketing at no additional cost that includes another Showcase program and Elite Plus marketing program.
Finally, Ms. ******* should never hesitate to contact our fully staffed Client Services Department at toll-free (888) 707-8463 or (888) 402-0280. Our Concierge Department that provides offers and work with the client from offer to close can always be reached at toll-free (888) 364-9212.

The sale of the timeshares takes some time. However, TSBO is very good about getting rental offers and i get them frequently. When i have rented out a timeshare the process is quick, easy, and efficient.Timeshares By Owner

As a vacationer you always want a quick response when looking for a timeshare to rent and I must say that GiGi is the quickest person I know to get back to us with properties..which I love!!! Don’t do it, run the other way!! I am a widow and this company took full advantage of me, literally taking a minimum of $6000 from me. Made promiseS after promiseS and DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. I pray this review makes people fully aware of the scam that takes place with timeshare by owners!!! If I could get back even half of what I was suckered out of I might add some forgiveness, but, not holding my breath for that to happen. I was completely fooled. Shame on TSBO.Timeshares By Owner

In response to the negative review filled out by Ellen ******, I do understand the frustration in not receiving offers for her timeshare. Ms. ****** has purchased all the marketing programs that we sell, including website/walk-in office advertising that remains active and renewed. She also purchased the Elite Plus and Showcase Marketing programs that include the Timeshare Trader and Elite digital marketing magazines, three months of additional seasonal marketing, and email blasts that go out to those that have expressed any interest in a Branson resort or something similar to her Stormy Point Village property. Based on the complaint, I will also feature Ms. ******'s timeshare in future additions of all marketing programs, and I will work specifically with the Concierge Department in finding offers that will work for her. In addition, I conduct a weekly podcast known as "Vacation Time Live" for which I will feature her advertising.
As soon as there is an offer, Ms. ****** will be contacted by a representative of our Concierge Department and someone will work with her from offer to completion. Our guarantee is to market a client's timeshare, which is what we have been doing, but i will add even more to see if we cannot achieve a successful rent or sale.

RUN and RUN FAST!!! I am a widow who has the sole care of my 87 year old mother (with dementia). They tag team (had three calling me at different times....Starting with Robert P, then Jeremy H, then the "Executive Director", Jim C or K (who knows) and " marketed" me out of $5,383.00. Yes, sounds o credible, but true. This was over the course of 4 months, starting in Sept of 2022. They enlist you in this "marketing" product and that "marketing" product, making it all sound very promising and I received almost nothing in return. Not even sure that the "offers", which was a total of two, weren't part of the "program". At the end, which was yesterday, on the final call, which Jim stated repeatedly, was on a "recorded line", because it got heated for me AS WELL AS him, he said he was going to play the recording on his church on Sunday. Good grief....and if I didn't get the offers I was hoping for, I could "go out on the sidewalk and put a gun to somebody's head...." WHAT!?!? They are total scammers with NO CONSCIENCES....Timeshares By Owner

Let me be the first to apologize for any misunderstanding in regard to the services that Timeshares By Owner provides for our clients. I also regret any lack of professionalism that might have taken place and corrective action is in place to ensure such actions are corrected. First of all, I can assure Ms. ******* that indeed her timeshare did receive offers through our Concierge Department, and I do have our Concierge Department representatives looking at providing more offers. I also believe that Ms. Roberts' timeshare, being a Disney Vacation Club property, is a perfect candidate for resale. I'm looking into that as well and have all representatives of our Concierge Team looking into what can be done. In addition to marketing already purchased, I am placing Ms. ******* ad into our Hot Deal of the Day and "Vacation Time Live" podcast that is broadcast every week. I will also provide Ms. ******* with our three-month Winter Showcase Marketing program
Timeshares By Owner has been very successful at finding renters for clients timeshares, and while the sales of timeshares do not move as fast as rentals, we do receive offers and set up closing services on a regular basis. We do not close on timeshares ourselves, but we do work as a liaison during that entire process. We close on rents all the time at the corporate office and renters are known to become buyers.
