I purchased a training from them to get a digital certificate. One great thing about the digital age is everything is instantaneous. Not so with this company. They are predatory and hide your certificate behind a paywall if you don't want to wait a week. It does not cost them extra to give you your certificate in a timely manner, but they refuse to live in a world where they can't extract maximum value out of every interaction. This company is greedy, predatory, and I recommend avoiding them at all costs.American Safety Council, Inc.

Wed like to clarify that all course completions include access to the digital certificate at no additional cost. Standard processing time is up to 5 business days. This processing time is required for compliance and verification purposes.
To accommodate students who need their certificate sooner, we offer an optional Instant Digital Delivery upgrade for a small additional fee. This upgrade allows the certificate to be available immediately in the students account upon course completion. In your case, our records show that this expedited option was purchased and the certificate was made available accordingly.
That said, in an effort to resolve your complaint and provide a better experience, we have refunded the $9.95 Instant Digital Delivery fee as a courtesy.

My daughter enrolled in the ******************** and completed all of the online portions. I went to login and fill out the driving log and the were no courses listed so I called customer **********************. I was told their portal switch to a new system and she needed to complete everything before that happen*** The representative told me to email the driving log and they would generate the certificate since everything else was complet*** I did this and did not hear back so I called the next day. I was told they escalated the issue and would receive a call back the same day. Again, no return call so I called today to be told I need to purchase a whole new course and my daughter needs to redo the course. I already had to cancel her road test because of this issue. This company should lose their accreditation with ***************************** and Regulation due to the poor customer ********************** and runaround you get from them. Everyone should have been carried over to the new system and it should have picked up where they left off. I went through my daughter's email and I found no emails from the company or any correspondence that this would happen. I would never recommend this company to another family for driver's ***American Safety Council, Inc.

We understand how upsetting it must be to encounter these issues after she completed the online portion of the course and had her road test scheduled. Please know this is not the experience we strive to provide, and we truly regret the disruption to your plans.
To clarify, our transition to a new student portal system was communicated through several follow-up emails and in-course announcements sent approximately two months prior to the shutdown of the old platform. These notifications advised all students to complete their coursework before the migration to avoid any disruption. We're sorry to hear that this information did not reach you and understand how that could have caused confusion.
We also apologize for the inconsistent information provided when you reached out for assistance. If your daughter had completed all required course sections before the transfer, and if you've already submitted the driving log as instructed, we would like to investigate further to determine whether we can manually verify her completion and issue the certificate.
Please reply with your daughters full name and the email address associated with her account so that we may escalate this to our records team for immediate review. Our goal is to resolve this as quickly and fairly as possible.

I went through all of my daughters emails a land there was not a single email about the switch. At the same time, she was done with the course work and only had the droving log to finish. Its not like I can have her click through courses, she needs to complete the actual hours. After multiple phone calls over the course of a week, I finally found a customer ********************** representative willing to assist and fix the issue. Horrible Business. After completing all sections of her ******** *** my daughter was ready to take the final test. When she logged in we got a "Course Expired" notification. No email address, no "contact us", no phone number, no suggestion of what to do. Just "Course Expired". Emails were sent and unanswered, so we tried a chat. On the chat we were informed that their system had gone through an update on February 14, 2025 and that my daughters course progress had been erased. We were also informed that they provided warnings at login and sent us emails. NO WARNINGS were given at login. I searched my junk, trash, inbox, etc. NO EMAILS were sent ********* appease us, we were offered a voucher for her to start the course over again. The voucher, of course, does not work either. We are frustrated and my daughter is beside herself. What a terrible thing to do to a young kid, American Safety Council should be ashamed.We are going to our local drivers ed ********** suggest you do the same.American Safety Council, Inc.

They have every type of technology issue under the sun except for when it comes to taking your money. Thats the only system that works for them. Seriously a really horrible company with really horrible staffing shortages. I think they have 6 full time employees answering the phones but theres no call back option so you have to waste your entire day just to beg them to give you what YOU PAID FOR. The head of the company should be replaced immediately with someone who took any business 1000 course and has semi-decent morals.American Safety Council, Inc.

Purchased a training through **** education center and the training expired without ever having accessed it. They refused to give access to the training and refused a refund. There was no indication of expiration on the receipt or on the description of the training course. There was no available refund policy at the time of purchase nor at the time of the refund request. I will no longer use ********************* for any trainings as a result of this experience.American Safety Council, Inc.

They failed to submit my results to the board of cosmetology. I work for a franchise, and its very important that I keep my license current. This is my first year experiencing this. Certus is the company they are using.American Safety Council, Inc.

My wallet was stolen almost six months ago. I had my forklift certification in it. I tried reaching out to the place I got it from. BUT got nowhere. I called the customer ********************** line and Pink sent me all the info I needed to get a replacement. Very helpful. My son is required to take a course before getting his license. The site stated that once completed it would take 1 to 2 business days to have certification available to download. After many online chats and emails and a week later the certificate is still unable to download through his profile page. Their system is flawed and they are doing nothing to correct it. Do not waste your money with this company please. They do not do refunds and are nothing more than pencil pushers sitting behind a computer and doing nothing to help customers that have already paid. The payment processes fast almost immediately and once they have that it becomes a back burner issue for them and they could care less.American Safety Council, Inc.
