1 starAll they care is selling. Never explained non refundable policy. Their charge is very expensive compared to Hilton honors. I can book same property with same price and fully refundable. With non refundable, price is even lower. These guys never care about their customers. Theyre making dirty money.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

1 starSus empleados me presionaron y me obligaron a aceptar la compra de un tiempo compartido utilizando tcticas de venta engaosas. Me mintieron diciendo que esto era una propiedad de inversin inmobiliaria que podra alquilar a mis amigos, engaarme al decirme que esta propiedad era heredable para mis hijos pero en verdad es una carga para ellos, no revelarme los gastos de mantenimiento y otras tarifas de reservacin asociadas con el uso del tiempo compartido, y engaarme sobre la disponibilidad general del tiempo compartido. Intentamos irnos del cuarto de la presentacin varias veces, es *** nos negamos ** de tres veces a la venta pero los vendedores ********** fsicamente nos detuvieron. No nos queran soltar. Para empeorar la situacin, resulta que antes de entrar a esta pesadilla, la recepcionista nos pidi que le entregramos nuestras tarjetas de identificacin. Sintiendo que era una batalla que bamos a perder, se las entregamos, pero fue hasta muchsimo ** ******** que nos dimos cuenta que nos la pidieron para no que pudiramos escapar de la emboscada de 3 vendedores motivados por la avaricia. La firma del contracto fue apresurada y no nos daban informacin de que era lo que estbamos firmando y tampoco se nos inform sobre el derecho a rescindir el contrato. El contrato que nos otorgaron estaba en ingls, un idioma que no comprendemos completamente, a pesar de que toda la presentacin se realiz en espaol. Los empleados ********** Resorts nos hicieron sentir abusados y no respetaron nuestra decisin de no aceptar las ofertas que nos presentaban.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

1 starDear BBB,My husband and I were approached by representatives from the timeshare at a booth and offered a 4-day/3-night stay for $125, with the requirement to attend a meeting. At the meeting, we were repeatedly pressured to upgrade and purchase more points, even after declining multiple times. We were promised several perks and deals, including Dream Holiday vacations, a tablet, a beach bag, and gift cards. We were also treated to a free dinner at a steakhouse.However, we were misled by the representatives on several occasions. We were told by **** at *********** that we could convert from the Hawaii Collection to the US Collection, and gain equity that could eventually become a check written to us. We checked for understanding multiple times, and were given assurances that we could make the request and receive a check. However, this never happened, and **** stopped responding to our calls and texts.Furthermore, we were told that when we upgraded to Gold, we could offset some of the maintenance fees by selling some of our points. The representative in ****** even offered to assist in recruiting others to purchase our points in order to get a cash payment sent to us. We were also told in ********** that our maintenance fees for 2024 would be reduced with an additional purchase of points, and that our loan payment would be cheaper with more points.Every meeting we attended took all day, and we were repeatedly pressured to purchase more points. We were always told how great our situation was, and that our Price Per Point was amazing and locked in at an unbelievably low number. The offers suggested that day would expire the moment we walked out the door, hence we were pressured every single time.We feel that we were deceived and misled by the representatives, and we want out of our timeshare and a refund.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

1 starI hope someone will release me from my obligation due to the nightmare of misrepresentation and fraud. My spouse and I are beyond frustrated and appalled by the manner in which our multiple requests to terminate our contract have been ********** the time of purchase, our sales representative, ******** *******, repeatedly assured us that we could terminate the agreement if our financial situation changed. This reassurance was crucial to us as newlyweds planning to buy a home. We were confident in making the purchase only because of these assurances. Yet now, when we contact Hilton, we are met with evasive responses and a complete deflection of what was told us before purchasing.We would never have made this purchase if we hadn't been assured Hilton would take the property back whenever necessary, due to many reasons. After our initial purchase, we contacted ****** ***** to express our dissatisfaction. He told us to give it time and assured us we could be released from our obligations if needed. We also attended what was presented as a meeting to learn how to use our ownership, but it turned out to be another sales pitch, this time to get us to upgrade to the HGVMAX program.We feel so deceived and thoroughly lied to. Your sales representatives blatantly lie to consumers to make a sale but refuse to honor the verbal assurances made to us. This is predatory behavior. We demand fair treatment and resolution. Please stand by the promises I expect a quick resolution, including a full refund of all paid amounts. 1 starI bought a Grand Hilton promo for $99 plus tax for a 4 days 3 nights in ********* with subjec to us attending a time share presentation which we did on August ******. However, I found that yesterday that Grand Hilton Vacations charged me twice . I was charged for $112.25 in February 2024 and again another $112.25 in June 2024. I just called the customer to get a clarification on those 2 charges and I was told that due to my check in date was a weekend. I felt like they were not honest and never disclosed the terms in advance. They charged customer with authorization.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

2 starsThey sell you a vacation package for supposedly great deal. Then when you try to book there are tons of limitations (cant take a beach vacation in the summer). If you do settle on a date and then need to reschedule, you pay an extra $20 to do so. Not convenient and a lot of rules that air on the side of taking your moneyHilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

1 starWe wrote a letter to the President of Hilton Grand Vacations, the parent ******* of ******* Resorts, a recounting of our distressing experience and a plea for urgent assistance. Hoping that he can provide guidance, support, and intervention in our case. The emotional and psychological toll this ordeal has taken on us cannot be overstated. We find ourselves in a battle that we are ill-equipped to fight alone, against an entity that seems to have perfected the art of exploiting the vulnerabilities of the elderly as my wife is in her late 70s and I am in my mid 80s. We are not seeking retribution but rather protection and justice, not only for ourselves but for others who may find themselves in similar situations. Elder abuse, in any form, should not be tolerated, and entities that engage in such practices must be held accountable. The realization that we were deliberately chosen for this treatment because of our age is not only disheartening but deeply disturbing. It is a ***** reminder that elder abuse can manifest in many forms, including through deceptive sales practices. Practices, I must add, that are unequivocally prohibited by law. We know that Hilton Grand Vacations has no responsibility for the actions of the employees of a ******* that Hilton has taken over, but we feel compelled to share our story with you in the hopes that Hilton Grand Vacations understands the precariousness and difficulty of our situation. We are both retired individuals, living on limited budgets and incomes, and feel that *******, at all points, took us for a ride. ******* Resorts targeted us to push us towards making a timeshare purchase with them under the false promises of ease of access, the building of equity to hand off to our children and the ability to make extra income into our old age via renting out the timeshare. 1 starOur Diamond Resorts ownership, now owned by Hilton Grand Vacations, began with a US Collection purchase from ******, ******* on membership with points on alternate years. Once that purchase was finalized and we were full-fledged Diamond members, we were contacted by the company regarding a meeting to review our account. The purpose of the meeting, we soon discovered, was just a ploy to pressure us into purchasing additional points. We were told that the meeting would be a simple 90-minute review, but it quickly turned into a high-pressure sales scenario that dragged on for 4 hours. This was not the last time this has happened. Eventually we had a mix of points in different collections - US Collection and Hawaii Collection - and had to pay a variety of assessments and fees for each which were never fully explained to us. Because of these confusing fees, we were convinced to consolidate all our points into Hawaii Collection at the suggestion of the salesperson, to simplify the charging of fees to one Collection. Diamond employees shared historical maintenance costs per point which appeared relatively stable, and they convinced us to buy more points so that he can consolidate all points into the Hawaii Collection. Well, this advice was clearly incorrect because in 2024 our maintenance fees skyrocketed to an unsustainable level of $24,600 annually.Our health and wellbeing are directly tied to divesting ourselves of Diamond/HVG points and maintenance fees which will alleviate mental health pressure and financial burdens.We have written the President of HGV; we pray they will come up with a solution.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.

1 starWorst decision I could have ever made. Terrible website and app, impossible to get any good properties to stay at. Hidden fees, awful customer service and I wish I could liquidate immediately. 1 starI am super excited to get into the Hilton Brand since we started as Hilton Honor Diamond members. As we got into the HGV **** we were informed of many things that clearly I see now we are having difficulty with. I thought this was only for owners, difficulty booking, the website now is horrible whereas before you were able to see many of the resorts regardless of whether them being booked and yet on Hilton Honors it is available, non-owners get preferences to which rooms they like, if owners, no real distinguishment between owner's vs non-owners, if you happen to book with enough time, then cancel to change for something else available, you are not able to book or points can be taken. Don't get me started with the presentations. We took almost 4 hours with this guy that we clearly told him no we are not interested in upgrading due the reason mentioned above. Just why pay for more? It is a whole mess for what I am paying for, and this needs to be corrected because, with the review I have seen, I am not the only one. HGV needs to reevaluate its strategy.Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc.
