      I made my reservation with the Hilton marketing team in September 2022 with the explicit understanding I would be staying at the Scottsdale resort in February 2023. My credit card was immediately charged, I received a confirmation number, and I was told that I would receive notification Within 60 days prior to my stay regarding the details of the visit. Sixty (60) days prior to my visit I had not received any information so I contacted Hilton grand vacation again. I was then notified that it would be more like 30 to 45 days before I received a notification from their concierge desk and that it was likely that we would not be staying at the resort, but could be staying at any number of the Hilton properties within the geographic area, including the low end options which were significantly cheaper had I made the reservation then the marketing package offered. Fast forward to less than thirty (30) days prior to my stay I still have not have the information and needed to confirm the reservation in order to complete my travel plans as we were participating in a race within the city. We were continually told that the inventory had not been released and we would receive notification. We finally had to make alternative reservations in order to confirm our location. I continue to contact Hilton and cannot get a definitive answer regarding my stay, yet I am bombarded with emails asking me to confirm my stay despite the fact that I have confirmed number of times both via email and on the phone directly with representatives. It's very clear now that this entire marketing sales pitch is a scam and I would never, ever recommend that anyone negotiate any type of deal with Hilton based on my experience. The absolute worst service I've ever encountered of any hotel chain in all my years of travel.

      We would like to make known that Diamond Resorts as a timeshare company is a poor company to work with. We have been unsuccessful in getting out of this timeshare due to the unethical practices this company has. They are absolutely allowed to say whatever they would like during the presentation. The company will not take responsibility for anything that was said during the presentation. They will bully your family and keep none of their promises. We HIGHLY recommend running as fast as you can from this timeshare. DO NOT INVEST!!!! They will take your money!!

      Our exposure to Hilton Grand Vacations started out innocently enough. My husband received an offer for a trip to Orlando that he deemed a surprise birthday trip for me. We had a clear understanding that this special pricing required a one-hour presentation at the point of purchase. Well, upon arrival to the meeting, we felt immediate pressure, being bombarded with questions. In hindsight, we understood that answers would simply be used against us by the saleswoman we were assigned to. 

      She stated that she was offering a package that was "perfect" for us because it would allow us access to Disney World, and the points would be enough to take cruises to hundreds of beach resorts around the world. One hour later, we requested to leave as nothing had been presented that we were interested in, regardless of her using our words against us in her "pitch". The response, basically, I'm not done yet. Then, she called in two more salespeople to put on the pressure. Regardless of who you are or how you finance this worthless product, it remains VERY expensive for what is open to the public on Hilton Worldwide's website, *******, etc. 

      Ultimately, they blatantly lied to us multiple times about multiple things and 5 years later, we want NOTHING to do with them. Their answer to every complaint is "You just need more"...of a bad thing? NO THANKS!

      What they tell you and what is available are two very different things. We bought points and have had a very difficult time using them. Also, the hotel rates are cheaper on other sites, the "special membership pricing" is higher

      Tim M some problem I had high hopes when I learned that Hilton was now responsible for Diamond. So far, though, I can't tell who is worst. I know that Diamond is the most incompetent but Hilton takes the top spot for greed. . They are horrible. Stay away.

      Scam! I am a Hilton Gold member. Was offered a package including 3 nights and points in Hilton Head. I was unable to book due to medical situation. I checked the availability at the 2 hotels which are offered and by rates offered plenty of availability 2/23-2/26. The hotels themselves have miserable reviews in last year. I called number to book package in December and was told there was no availability in the presentation but call back in January as availability would open up. Called today 1/3 and spoke with a Robert who is based in Orlando. I could not clearly understand him but was able to understand no availability, again due to presentation. Not sure why one additional person is such an issue, but asked for a supervisor. Robert told me my request for supervisor would be put in a que and it would take 3-5 business days to get a call back. If this is the type of customer service you receive as a perspective owner would hate to see customer service if you are an owner. Want my money returned!

      on November 7, 2022, me and my husband attended a presentation, in Las Vegas and we turn down what they were presenting, until this guy Zeb. was signing us for our free gifts. and ask us to buy points from Hilton, he claims we was buying a Hilton honor card, (Paying 20dollar a month) which I was thinking it was a Hilton Honor card & I was paying Hilton not a credit card I didn't pay attention to that part for some reason, but when I realize it on the same day. (With that fasat talking they do). I try many times to contact them, and I didn't get any response from them, the next day I talk to someone with The Hilton Grand and they claim I couldn't cancel this which it stated I could in so many days. I even tried America Express pleading to them telling to cancel this package deal and that card because I didn't realize I sign for a credit card. I didn't realize they was going through American Express Credit Card to pay for my points. I thought I were going through Hilton paying on an Honor Hilton card. I feel very dumb you never know when you could get Scam. I guess that' s how Hilton earns their money. I really respected that company. I. *********

      Diamond Resorts required my family to pay a full annual fee knowing 10,000 points had been sold two months earlier and required us to pay for the 10,000 points ($1708) with a promise they would pay us back. This was in January of 2021. It has been two years and countless hours of phone calls and e-mails and although Diamond Resorts acknowledges they owe the money, no one with the power to pay the refund is taking any action to pay the amount owed to us. It has been the most rediculous thing I have ever seen. It is causing my 91 year old mother so much stress. This seems to be all she thinks about.

      Very Scary place False advertisement don’t be fooled these are glorified apartments with a nice pool in the middle that are filled with locals that live there full time we checked in at midnight and tried to check out by 7 ambecause the balcony is connected to the other balconies and someone can just jump on to your balcony also the kitchen appliances are old and outdated not like you see in the pictures they provide The pictures they provide are misleading all they show you is the lobby and the view of the pool and it must’ve been the nicest room they had because it surely Wasn’t what we received so then I go to the lobby to check out explain our fears and concerns they were very rude and would not even let me talk to the manager he arrive for work 15 minutes late and they told me he has a meeting and they don’t know how long he will be in the meeting So I come back two hours later and he is still not available so the lady at the front desk handles my refund tells me 1 to 5 days and that my deposit would be released the same day it’s been six days and I have not received my refund for my deposit or my trip and they demanded that they charge me for the first night which was ridiculous and the worst part about it was the corporate office I talk to two people in corporate everyone there claims to be a manager which is ridiculous the first person I talk to was sympathetic and understanding but he said since I booked through Booking.com there was nothing he could do for me and the second person I talk to at corporate was so mean and so rude after I explain to her I have a three and a four-year-old kid stranded in Vegas waiting on a refund she be rates me she talked me like I’ve never been talk to in my life I was told it’s not their fault that we are afraid she said you weren’t threatened you weren’t harmed it’s not our fault that you don’t feel safe so we’re not doing anything for you and that’s just the beginning of the tongue lashing she gave me and that’s corporate

      IT'S FRAUD IT'S FRAUD The sales person waste 6 to 7 hours in Hawaii, forces us to buy $10K timeshare package by saying that this will change our vacation places. Told me i have to pay $900 annually as a maintenance. After 2 months got the first bill of over $2k. Try to call cancel my plan and make me refund. Called 5 different place and no straights answer. every time call you going to be on hold min 1 hr. After holding so many time talk to someone and the answer what i got was Ridiculous. As per contract if i want to cancel it then i have to pay $2k first and have to wait for 6 month. Also have to pay $2k as penalty and $1k as cancellation fee. And when i ask some legal question the person who was on other side hang up on me. Don't suggest to buy anyone. Please if someone come and tell you about timeshare concept. just run away.....
