    We are very pleased with the fence and our experience with Fence Outlet. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, courteous and helpful. The rep answered all our questions and explained the process. FO did a turnkey job: provided the survey, had utilities marked, got the permit, all at a fair price. All we had to do was clear the pathway. They kept us informed throughout, except for installation date. We were surprised to receive a call Thursday night telling us that they could installation tomorrow, but this wasn't a problem. The installers were prompt and worked continuously, obviously experienced. The fence was installed in a few hours. They removed the old fence and left the area neat. The fence is thick and sturdy. We would reccommend fence Outlet.

    I am very impressed at the quality of the service provided by the very well trained staff. Starting with Lisa who did my estimate then with Andre from the warehouse, he was very helpful and attentive to detail as well as provided expeditious service. Highly recommend Fence Outlet. It was a pleasure doing business with such professional staff.

    No Stars!! BUYER BEWARE!! Company does not honor warranty. After 8 months gate is sagging, salesman guaranteed it wouldn’t sag.

    We apologize for your recent experience. We do stand behind our product and warranty. Our installations are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty.  If any part of the fence fails due to an error in the workmanship, we will correct it at no cost to you. Once it’s out of warranty, there is a cost for labor and materials. We did send our Quality Assurance Manager out to your property to assess the damage. He found that the damage was not due to improper installation or defective materials. Based on those findings, it was determined it would not be covered under our warranty. There would be a charge for labor plus the cost of any needed materials. We would be happy to provide a quote for the repair. You may also purchase the needed materials at any of our locations, if you would like to complete the repair on your own. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please call our Customer Service Manager, 407-203-0533.

    We went with this location because we originally lived in Oviedo. I wanted to go with that store for my first install. They did so great on the install that when the fence was damaged from the high winds of a hurricane this year, I wanted the repair done by this branch. They made it happen and pleased with the repair work that was done. Very good location to work!

    I originally got my vinyl fence from Fence Outlet a few years ago. Bears had damaged my gate to get at my trash, so I took the damaged pieces to FO to get replaced. I had no idea how to fix it myself and anticipated them offering to do it for $$$. Well the manager loaned me the tool, gave me little spiked to hold the fence together that the tool uses and demonstrated how to use everything. Plus he loaned me a drill bit to take out the "spikes". How about that?

    Fence Outlet of Oviedo installed 80+ feet of vinal fence for me. Andrew did an excellent job of estimating the cost, as well as identifying our old fence was not on the property line. A survey was done and he was right. So when they installed our new fence it was correct. The fence has endured two hurricanes already and is standing tall. The estimate was "spot on".
