I initially had an OUTSTANDING relationship with the company. My salesperson was prompt, considerate, professional - in short, couldn't have asked for anything more. The installation was done promptly. I couldn't have been happier, but then something happened. I noticed that my rain sensor was dangling from my roof a couple of weeks after my gutter installation. Upon contacting the *** maintenance department who then instructed me to call the landscaping department, they came out, a minimum service call of $115, to inspect the situation. Turns out that upon installing my gutters, Safe and Sound DID NOT reattach the rain sensor properly. The landscaping company was great - didn't charge me for the parts and labor, only the required service call. My sole income is VA disability and $115 is a huge bite out of my budget. I contacted Safe and Sound and my sales representative called me back immediately and took detailed notes promising me that this would be handled by the owner. 1 1/2 weeks and NOTHING! I'm so disappointed!
UPDATE:
I'd like to follow up with my review dated 08/17/2024 - The company did reach out to me and apologized for the delay. WOW - I am so impressed with the response back. They went above and beyond! No one ever intends to make a mistake, but we all do. It's how we eventually. handle them and Safe and Sound provided excellent follow up customer service!!!! I stand corrected!!!! Way to go!!! All companies should take lessons from them on how to handle the "oops" in life.

Working with ******************* and Safe and Sound was the PERFECT EXPERIENCE in getting a new roof. **** is the consummate sales person who totally has her act together. She orchestrated the project, took care of everything every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and seamless for us.Every person who worked on this job also had their act together. They all showed up on time, worked very hard, did a great job and totally cleaned up afterwards. Everyone on the job who we talked with was very knowledgable, pleasant and accommodating.If it was possible to give Safe and Sound a 10, we would do that.Safe and Sound Construction and Roofing LLC
