  From the first phone call to the final install of the windows everyone was professional, knowledgeable and they know how to treat customers. Knowing this was going to be an expensive project we needed to be sure to get a company with staff members that do their jobs professionaly. Jimmy the sales person, to the staff member that came and measured each of the 13 windows to Jordan managing the project and Matt and his team doing the install. What a wonderful experience. They are a true reflection of this company's reputation. Finally a company in Pensacola that stands behind their word, shows up on time and responds to email or phone calls. The install team was wonderful even going so far as to help with the mini blinds which I could not take down nor put back in place. Highly recommend this company based on my experience.

  When our windows finally arrived to installation in November 2022, the first installation contractors did not install the windows correctly and a second crew was sent to remove the windows and install them correctly. In the process, a large arch window was broken and had to be reorders. It took 3 months for that window to come in. In the meantime, the 2nd crew finished installing the remaining windows. While we waited for the replacement window, the initial installation FAILED inspection for not properly securing our hurricane windows. We also needed new trim ordered which was cut too short in the installation.
  Needless to say, it has taken us 9 months to get our windows and have them pass inspection, when they originally arrived for installation in November (ordered last July). The customer service has been very poor with little coordination of installation of new window and replacement trim and the result has delayed our getting our home on the market for sale by over 3 months.

  Great experience from design of our screen room to completion of the project. As with other projects that they have done (2 walk-in showers) we were most impressed by the workforce. Great job but also neat, courteous, and very professional (including their electrical subcontractor).

  More than I bargained for...
  Apart from having a roof replaced (which apparently is a rite of passage along the Gulf Coast constituting true residency) this was my first major home project. Kudos to HTC staff for a timely/professional response to my repair needs while providing an object lesson reinforcing annual training concepts.
  From initial contact through post job inspection, the organizational scheme of separation of duties was abundantly apparent. Through polite and informative notifications, the Scheduling Manager, provided dates and times specific events would occur. This was a refreshing change from the seemingly normal 'hit or miss, best guess or block timeframe' approach. The HTC Home Consultant assigned was well versed in the HTC organization, materials and installation process. I was neither rushed through the meeting nor pressured to make an immediate decision authorizing the work. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. He also advised me of potential circumstances which may impact cost I had not considered and more importantly, questions for other construction companies, if I didn't choose HTC. The Installation Manager, gathered measurements, previously taken by the Home Consultant, affirming supply dimensions would meet my project requirements. The Installation Team was equally time conscience, polite, professional and efficient (they should actually consider hosting a clinic). Their coordinated efforts and construction talents were well matched and seamless throughout the project.
  Would I recommend HTC? Yes. Will I consider HTC for my next home project? Yes. Am I satisfied with the end results? Very satisfied. How were the construction areas left, following project completion? Neat, all packing materials and construction scraps were completely removed. There was no evidence home construction took place with regards to abandoned debris.

  After a short wait, my windows and siding arrived in perfect condition. The installers were the most polite I have ever hired. When I had questions the people in the office either had the answers or found the answers then contacted me within a short time. Their products are top of the line and have completely transformed my house. I definitely recommend this company.

  We love the windows and the service we received from HTC. Jimmy was excellent. His presentation sold us on the windows because he explained the differences in windows. Mike was great when he measured and inspected. He’s also a great wealth of knowledge on other home stuff. Jason and Tyler were on time, fast, professional and very friendly. Hannah from the office called with updates every few weeks and was polite, friendly and much appreciated. Give bonuses to all of them!

  Signed a contract on 6/22/2022 for a two part remodel and repair project. First part of the project was a bathroom remodel. Worker showed up and worked 11 hours the first day and came back to finish the next day. He performed excellent work, but the 11 hour day with work in our house and 3 dogs made for an exhausting day for us. Second part of the project was to replace the enclosed patio door they installed approx. 5 years ago. Salesman suggested another one of their cheap doors that was already worn out. The man that came to measure the door suggested a factory built door with dog access. We signed a change order on 8/23/2022 because the suggested door was more expensive. When the door was delivered we found they ordered the wrong size. Now we had to wait till they could reorder the correct size. We were told the door could take up to 18 weeks to come in on the signing of the original contract. They finally installed the door on 2/6/2023 which took 32 weeks to finish the project. Communicated with their office numerous times in the 32 weeks and got the run around every time. This is the last time we will do business with them. Workers are good, but the office personnel are unprofessional. Our change order for the door called for an additional $220.00 for a 36 inch door. In the end they installed the correct 30 inch door but never mentioned that the 30 inch door was less expensive than the 36. Seems like they were not honest enough to mention that to us. Last time we use them.

  We are so happy to hear our installers provided exceptional workmanship on all your projects. We apologize your experience with our office staff did not meet your expectations. We really try our best. To provide some clarity for others that may read your review. Covid has really changed the way suppliers, manufacturers, and such operate. We experienced the same issues you mentioned about us with our suppliers as well. We can only relay what information is available. I understand it’s not what you want to hear. We apologize, we misordered the size of the actual door needed. We input a 36" door not the 32" wide door needed. By the way, there is no price difference between the widths of the door as you mention. Had there been a price difference we would of certainly credited you the difference. I hope your three dogs are enjoying their personal door to the back yard. In summary, we tried to do the best thing for you and your pets by providing the best door, and we know you will have many years of enjoyment.
