      Ordered a item from the company on Aug 8th , after a month I reached out to the company to see what was going on and was told through automated emails, there were delays due to covid. Fed up I asked for a refund to which they kept sending the same automated reply stated above. I went back and forth through email with them asking for a refund several more times, to which I kept getting the automated reply. Finally when I threaten them wit BBB, I see they are processing a refund but only for my shipping!

      I ordered a bottle of phermonie 4 weeks ago and I still have not received it and they won't really respond to emails on the customer service email. There is no phone number to contact them either. I paid $29.98 and for express shipping. I ordered this Aug. 6th and still have zero updates. I want the product or a refund and for sure a refund on the express shipping. My order number is TT11095 and I paid with my **** ending in ****. I'm really feeling like this place is a scam. Buyer beware.

      I placed an order and cancelled within the same 24 hours. I have not received a refund or even confirmation that my refund request was received. I have also looked up my order and they have no trace of it. I have not been shipped a product or been given a refund and there is no one has gotten in contact with me.

      Ordered a product from pheromonie.com about 2 months ago never received it and asked for a refund a couple of times now and still no refund and no resolution. I keep getting order updates and still no product after 2 months or so now. There is no contact number listed to speak with anyone but they keep providing this fake tracking information. Ive considered this a loss and just dont want anyone else falling victim to this scam.

      I placed an online order from pherumonie on the 6th. And I still haven't received my order. I emailed them and never heard back. The following week I sent another email they said sorry that my order was on its way and I will be receiving it soon. We'll still haven't received it. When I try and track it, it says it's waiting to be picked up still and try again later
